    Great hotel a newly built in a great location. A very quiet and peaceful place for holidaying families. The rooms are very clean and very well equipped, everything is new. You will not find local people here trying to sell you cheap fakes and souvenirs. Hotel service is very nice and they speak a little bit of English so there is no problem to get information on the subject you are interested in. At your disposal is a whole well-equipped kitchen that you use in the price of your stay. Guests can enjoy local fruit and snacks in the kitchen at no extra charge. Greetings to the owner and all service. We highly recommend this place.

    Очень чистый, опрятный, аккуратный гостевой дом. Видимо недавно построен. Нам приходилось бывать в других местах и это оказалось лучшим. В номере чистое и выглаженное постельное белье, чистые полотенца, чистый туалет и душ. Отсутствуют муравьи, их нет совсем. В номере две бутылки воды входят в стоимость. На первом этаже гостевого дома находится кухня, где можно бесплатно сделать себе кофе или чай, а так же приготовить свою еду. Удобно, что рядом с домом так же есть кафе и бюро с экскурсиями. Дом удален от дороги, поэтому расположение считаю плюсом - вокруг тихо и спокойно.

    Были в январе 2020 семьей. Отличный миниотель. Все новое, большая комната. Приветливый персонал и дружественный хозяин. Отель расположен в некотором удалении от пляжа, но если у вас байк или вы любитель прогулок то это вам не доставит неудобств (с детьми 5 лет шли минут 8-10). До банг тао минут 25 пешком. Рядом пара кафе. Возможно из недостатков отсутствие бассейна. В целом остались очень довольны отелем.

    Araya house is a paradise hotel in phuket.Easy acess to surin and bangtao beach.Every day we found our room totally clean.The water pressure is perfect,nice beds,nice mattresses,a big noiseless fridge,big shower cabin.Araya is better than big hotels because is like your home
