We
booked
happy
fish
guesthouse
for
5
nights,
its
appeal
being
it
was
off
the
main
strip
and
not
a
party
place.
After
the
third
night
all
4
of
our
backs
were
hurting
so
much
from
the
springy
mattresses
that
we
were
forced
to
switch
to
a
different
location.
We
put
in
numerous
requests
to
the
front
desk
to
have
extra
blankets
to
lay
on
on
top
of
the
mattresses
which
after
3
nights
were
still
not
provided.
The
blankets
that
came
with
the
room
were
child
sized
and
thin
as
well.
It
was
crawling
with
ants
(considerating
we
were
on
the
4th
floor).
Our
light
detector
was
not
working
when
no
one
came
to
fix
it
we
improvesed
and
used
a
Bobby
pin
to
hold
the
key
in
place.
Toliet
seat
and
bathroom
tap
were
also
broken
which
we
brought
to
staff's
attention
everyday.
No
one
came
to
fix
it
even
though
we
were
told
they
would.
After
numerous
complaints
(to
the
same
woman
at
front
desk)
we
changed
to
a
different
hostel.
No
apologies
or
refund
given
even
after
I
pointed
out
that
the
price
had
been
cut
in
half
for
our
room
on
various
webpages
since
I
had
booked
and
paid
in
full.
Do
not
stay
here
unless
you
don't
value
your
sleep
and
sanitation.
Rude
unhelpful
and
unwelcoming.

Thank
you
for
taking
the
time
to
reply.
I
appreciate
your
offer
of
a
meal
in
the
restaurant
however
the
two
times
I
frequented
it
in
the
past
few
days
it
was
also
less
then
satisfactory
(considering
it
is
supposed
to
open
at
8
am
and
@8:10
this
morning
there
was
still
no
one
there
so
we
went
elsewhere)
I
will
decline.
I
am
still
in
Phuket
and
was
supposed
to
still
be
at
your
establishment
this
evening
and
tomorrow
evening,
however
checked
out
early
due
to
the
lack
of
any
sort
of
attention
from
your
staff
when
we
repeatedly
brought
up
issues.
What
I
would
like
would
be
for
a
refund
for
the
two
nights
the
4
of
us
didn't
stay
with
you.
