Not
professional
attention,
I
would
not
recommend.
How
it
went:
1-
a
nurse
came,
took
all
the
information
and
filled
a
paper
with
the
syntoms
2-
doctor
came
and
never
check
the
patient
(my
mum),
he
read
the
paper
and
asked
the
same
3
questions
the
nurse
asked
and
left.
3-
another
nurse
comes
and
tells
me
they
are
going
to
inject
my
mum
with
xx
medication,
give
her
tablets
to
take
later
and
a
lotion
for
the
skin
4-
she
gets
injected
and
another
nurse
gives
me
only
the
lotion
5-
when
checking
the
bill
I
see
a
lot
of
names
of
medications
(except
the
one
they
told
me
they
were
going
to
inject
her
with)
when
I
double
check
with
them
they
inject
her
with
other
2
different
drugs,
and
they
were
charging
me
the
tablets
they
didn’t
gave
me
(I
had
to
ask
for
them
as
I
was
already
being
charged
)
Total
mess
between
them,
no
one
was
sure
what
they
put
on
her,
what
exact
medicine
we
needed
to
take
home,
what
was
going
on
in
general.
WORST
the
doctor
that
didn’t
even
approached
my
mom
and
have
a
look
(she
was
having
an
allergic
reaction)
he
just
read
a
paper
and
left.
I
Don’t
recommend
to
go
here.
The
staff
was
nice
and
friendly
but
not
attentive
or
professional
at
all.
This
continues
after
your
answer:
The
doctor
never
approached
or
checked
my
mum,
I
was
seating
in
the
chair,
is
witness
everything.
He
always
was
at
least
a
meter
away,
was
there
like
30
seconds,
read,
repeated
the
questions,
left.
I
was
the
one
answering
as
my
mom
doesn’t
speak
English.
Never
check
her
skin.
So
don’t
tell
me
he
checked
my
mum
because
I
know
what
I
saw.
My
mum
was
trying
to
show
the
allergic
reaction
(
red
marks
etc)
as
she
never
had
one,
and
I
was
explaining
that
she
also
had
heavy
itching
in
her
hands
and
feet
(even
thought
NO
ONE
CHECK
HER
HAND
AND
FEET
and
she
didn’t
have
allergy
marks
on
them)
They
always
talk
to
me
as
my
mum
doesn’t
speak
in
English
so
they
never
told
the
patient
what
they
were
gonna
inject
her,
they
told
me,
I
Google
it
to
show
it
to
my
mother
In
Spanish.
As
mention
before
when
I
check
with
other
nurse
(me
holding
the
bill
and
showing
her)
to
ask
what
was
she
injected
with
because
the
name
they
gave
me
before
wasn’t
there
(on
the
bill)
she
pointed
to
2
other
medications
that
I
wasn’t
informed.
Nurses
were
not
properly
checking
if
the
medication
did
effect
or
anything.
We
left
and
hour
and
a
half
later
with
my
mum
still
heavy
on
allergy
and
we
had
to
see
another
doctor
because
of
the
hand
and
feet
issue
that
wasn’t
normal.
Nurses
were
dispersed
and
no
paying
attention.
Doctors
attitude
was
very
bad.
The
medication
they
didn’t
gave
me
to
take
can
be
a
mistake
but
the
rest
of
the
attention
was
the
most
worrying
part
as
you
are
playing
with
people
health.
We
weren’t
taken
seriously.
