Surprisingly well equipped gym, had the whole place for myself, not another soul training. As for an european, some machines were too small for me, but that's true all over the country. Seek no other place, just train here.

This is the third gym I have been too since arriving. This is by far the best gym. Brand new everything. $200 to get in and protein is extremely cheap. Highly recommend

Visited 4 different gyms in Thailand during a 5 month visit and this one was the best! AND charged the least for membership - I only took a one week pass for 500 baht and it was the cheapest by 400 baht within a 20km radius. I also noticed that their prices for one month membership (and longer) were cheaper than I'd paid in the previous 3 gyms.... An excellent gym and better than some I've used in the UK AND, within minutes from the gym on a scooter, you can be on the beach. Win win win!!

Best value for money gym in Phuket. 700 baht per month and you get a towel for every work out. Extremely clean and well maintained. Unlike all the other gyms in Phuket this gym is not on a main road where there is a lot of traffic. Only gym where you do not have to battle through traffic. If you are based reasonably close. It's also mainly local Thais. There is a lake out the back with swans of all things. Definitely one of the better gyms in Phuket

Used the gym for a week as the hotel gym I was at nearby was t great. Was able to do proper workouts. Had some decent equipment for upper and lower 👍🏽

Very nicely equipped gym. More weight plates would be nice, if there are 2 strong guys in the gym, all weights are gone 😅

Nice small holiday gym with good equipment and aircon cheaper than gyms further south where they are 400 bhat a day or more Deals atm 300 bhat Daily 800 bhat weekly pass They also had monthly and annual but it didn’t apply to me so I cannot remember price unfortunately.

Best gym in Phuket. Really enjoyed. When you plan to go more then one time, think about the week Tarif (500 bath).

After working out at this gym for several years I can say it is fairly small and cramped, challenging to function in with even a lower volume of people. Machinery available is sufficient for upper body workouts, yet very lacking in lower body/abdominal options. The security door which scans your finger frequently does not allow me to enter the gym. It’s pricy compared with even western standards such as Planet Fitness membership costs. Willing to guarantee 50% + or the user reviews here entail short holiday memberships..

Nice gym, everything for exercise they have. For cardio big space, for regular pumping a little bit small, but you can manage. For people who are living close to the gym, its better to buy 3 month or 6 month membership car, its soo cheaper. Products like whey protein, isolate, chocolate bars are available in the gym.

The gym is too small and crowded. Fitness equipments are not enough for members there. Besides, some of members don’t have manners. Some people make too much noise. Some are sitting on equipment playing their cellphone...Actually they need some to manage the gym.

This is a great place in Nai Yang Beach for fitness. You can get membership for 1month just in 1000 Baht. More equipments than any normal gyms. Best choice in entire NaiYang Beach ⛱

This gym had exactly what I needed for a holiday workout. Good new machines, great Air Con and friendly, helpful staff ☺️☺️ Pretty much the only gym around and really good Value.
