By far the worse experience I have had as a customer!!!😡 I wanted to buy 3 screen monitors of the same brand, the seller Shouted; NO! NO! NO!!! With a very aggressive body language, I was perplex and asked what is happening here?...He showed the boxes and said: You don't see?!!..No Box!!! just go buy somewhere else!....I complained to the manager and asked him to give this guy a day off but hie didnt even dare reprimend his own staff and never approach the guy in question...if you don't want to have your day ruined! Just avoid that store or at the least the computer department!!! They will make you feel horrible!!!🥺

Staffs don't greet, not recommend, even not reply to your questions. Really poor customer service. Better go to banana it next there. U less you have the one card to earn the points.

If you like to be treated like a fool by their cheap staff (computer), dont go anywhere else. I bought a computer after selecting it myself, and I did not take their time beside basic questions. From the minute they sell you something, its like they scammed you and dont want you to come back.

Staff of GoPro outlet is more interested to feed her stomach than serving the customers! We were there to understand the products better but were very disappointed with her attitude. I now understood why the sales of GoPro was so low as compared to other countries. Thank you.

Stopped in to get information about a computer monitor and the staff approached me to tell me that they can’t help me and that I needed to go online and order. I needed more information to help me pick the right monitor but they said nobody could help and to just go online.

I purchased an headphone here when I was traveling. Unfortunately it broke 9 months later when I was at home, and I lost the receipt which I needed for the warranty. After speaking with the staff via phone, they were able to retrieve my receipt in the system and send it via email! Great service, thanks a lot!

The worse shop ever. Please avoid at all cost! Incorrect information was given for some headphones spent around £90, the next day I tried to return them and was told we can't return this. To make the matter worse, bought these back to the UK and the headphones have broken, they did not even last 7 days. Really poor quality. Horrible customer service by most of the advisors. The women (manager) had no empathy and kept repeating the same words "no return, no return" without understanding that we were mis sold. Please do not get robbed by going to this store.
