Located about 30mins from Patong Beach. Took a ride there as I have been to the Premium Outlets in Las Vegas, Miami, New York, Gold Coast and Auckland, New Zealand. This is the same concept, but it I have to say it is disappointing. Adidas, Calvin Klein. Guess are a few of the shops. Can't compare it with the others I have been to. Very Small eating area 30% of the stores are closed. The rest are open but because of the heat the doors are closed, so it gives the impression the rest of the shops are closed as well. The do have some sales on, but usually out of stock. I think before Covid this would have been a great place to shop My honest opinion unless you feel like taking a ride through Phuket rather give this one a miss. Hopefully it will get better 🙏

We recently visited Premium outlet phuket that boasts ample free parking, and while it had its perks, I couldn't help but feel a bit underwhelmed by the experience. Here's a breakdown of my visit: **Parking:** ★★★★★ The one aspect that truly shines at this place is the availability of free parking. **Atmosphere:** ★★☆☆☆ Upon arriving, I couldn't help but notice the somewhat deserted atmosphere. There weren't many shoppers around, which created an odd sense of isolation. Most of the shoppers I did see appeared to be foreigners, which isn't necessarily a negative, but it did contribute to the feeling of being in a place that lacked a strong local vibe. **Shopping Variety:** ★★★☆☆ One redeeming quality of this venue is the range of products it offers. You can find a decent selection of clothing, shoes, sports gear, and toys. Brands such as Calvin Klein, Adidas, Vans, Seiko, Casio, Guess, Hush Puppies, Lacoste, Crocodile, and Polo Ralph Lauren are available, providing options for a variety of tastes and preferences. If you're a brand-conscious shopper, you might find some appealing choices here. **Overall Experience:** ★★★☆☆ In summary, this shopping destination has its advantages, such as the generous parking and a wide array of well-known brands. However, the lackluster atmosphere and relatively deserted feeling might not make it the most exciting place to visit. If you're in the mood for some relaxed shopping and don't mind the quieter ambiance, it could be worth a visit. Otherwise, you might find more vibrant shopping experiences elsewhere.

Do not come. There’s nothing much here. A lot of shops are closed and even if it’s open, the quality is bad.

Good outlet mall in Phuket. They have limited options but still they give you big discount. Due to new-year they have big promotion going on.

Not a great variety I would say. Bangkok being a shopping paradise, it was disappointing to visit the Premium Outlet in Phuket. Deals are definitely good. But the stock looked old in most of the stores. Visit only if you have a relaxed schedule and nothing much to do.

All the major international brands are showcased. Each offering their own promotions. Prices are not extremely cheap, but still great prices, allowing you to get all your shopping done at one place. Regular promotions are held, so pop in to check what is on offer. There is currently a Chinese New Year market or sale on at the big marquee in the parking area. Enjoy your shopping.

Looking for premium goods? Here's the place..... Almost all the brand is here, just looking around and you'll find what you want. Shoes, clothes, accessories, and otbers. There's food stall...not so many, but good taste and coffee, The Cable Grill ia recommended pqlce to buy or you can go to the store next to.

Place looks a bit worn, but prices are pretty good here, wouldn't really recommend eating here. They got pretty much all the large brands here. It gets VERY hot outside the stores!

One of the Most over rated places in the whole of Thailand. The mall (so called) is always empty , and is full of over priced goods. The same products of the same brands are available for atleast 30 percent less within Phuket itself. It bears a very dead look and also takes almost 30 mins from any top notch resort you’re staying at. If you have time to kill or waste in Phuket it’s better to go for a road side spa than be lured with this waste of a time area..

It’s a sweet outlet… it seems as if there is always a discount running from 30% to 70% A good selection of variety of shops, some are more cool some are less cool.. the funniest moment was when I discovered that shop called Crocodile just across Lacoste….

I’ve been to Phuket many times and I always give this place a chance for some reason only to be more and more disappointed every year. If you’re into sports brands then you’ll be able to get something but if you don’t then I wouldn’t recommend going here. There aren’t many shops open and not worth the drive.

Many brands, modern and in fair prices (to my experience only). They also have a rest area for outdoor snacks and refreshments. It's a nice place for spending few hours of shopping.

Coming from Australia 🇦🇺 was expecting outlets and major brands. Little to no stock or choice. Gives off abandoned shopping centre vibes

This place has been hit hard by the pandemic. However it does have some nice shops mostly carrying multiple brands, with almost 40 percent of the shops closed. It is worth a one or two hour visit and hope for the local community things will get back to normal soon

There's zero reason to come here when Central is right down the road. The mall is dead. The prices aren't that great. The selection is limited. The food court is lame. It was a complete waste of time and I'll never come back.

It's not the same as with other premium outlets I've been to. When passing by (going to other places), we did notice some stalls going up near the parking area but it didn't entice us to go back to check it out. Cons: - range is very limited both in brands and stock - felt old and needed fresh new paint - not much place to eat or have a drink Overall, I'm not really vibing with this place.

If you think there are good things out there, then absolutely not. One names. Taxis will charge you a lot for the return trip as you won't be able to take a bus or order a public taxi. Count on 700-1000 baht. In short, waste your time and money. The only thing you can buy there cheaper is a bag made of crocodile or snake skin. But the design will be artisanal and scary. And another 70% is a hoax. 20% or 50% And the window says 70%. A Pierre Cardin sign. And in the middle of the store, it stinks of cheap, locally produced plastics.

Time waisted. Most of the shops sell fakes under famous brand names and for their prices. But most of the clothes come from street market of Bangkok. There is no a chance that Guess or Lacoste would have so poor quality as in these outlet stores in Phuket.

This outlet is huge but not many things that i want to buy. Even i visited here on sunday, not many customers. I think the prices of goods are not that cheap, almost same as Central phuket shopping mall or Jungcylon.

Covid certainly hasn't been good to this place, loads of storss have closed including Nike and North Face. The stock levels in remaining stores are low so not really worth the visit.

One of the victim suffered from the pandemic... Many Brand's outlet are closed and many of them doesn't have new arrival products or apparels... Probably they have to revamp the place(more brands) in order to attract more people and tourist to this outlet...

Same concept as other Premium Outlet places but a good number of stores weren't occupied (or closed) and the whole place looks a bit run down. Definitely would not rush back and what this place really needs is a halfway decent place to have a coffee or bite to eat. Current offering looks woeful.

It looks like an abandoned place, not well maintained, bored staff what is more interested in their mobile phones than into customers. Some shops are empty. Therefore the prices are not a deal. Most boring shopping experience ever. To be fair in few shops some sales staff welcomed with a smile. But that’s not enough.

  • 3/5 andre M. 4 years ago on Google
Practically empty. I came to look for some good deals since they marketed up to 70% off. Can't believe the prices are still expensive. Their Nike and under armour does not have much selection. Not much going on here. Moving on.

Seems to be only BERRER location here on Phuket Island. Their selections are great, if there's something you don't see just. It most likely in the back stockroom.

Nice mall but only when weather is good as it is an open mall so when it's too hot or rainy this will ruin your shopping

Dear Premium Outlet, I hope this note finds you well. I wanted to express my genuine interest in purchasing the entire property of Premium Outlet, given the current situation where the business is reaching its end. I have been closely observing the property and believe in its immense potential. It holds a special place in my heart, and I am eager to continue the legacy and vision that you have instilled in it. I understand the importance of the due diligence process and am willing to work closely with you to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction. My aim is to uphold the values and standards that Premium Outlet represents while also exploring new possibilities to revitalize the property. To further discuss this opportunity, I have sent an email to the address associated with your business. I hope we can connect soon to explore the possibilities and move forward with the necessary arrangements. Thank you for considering my interest in purchasing the property. I look forward to hearing from you. Your so called Showroom & DUMB staff m hard to decide which is worst

Hard to rate it. Still not doing well due to covid. Seeing other ratings though, it was never great. I didn't find anything worth wild, but nice area and decent stores.

This is a bit of a letdown. Unless your a shopaholic I would not use time on vacation to visit this place. Some places have OK deals but usually the selection is quite weak!.. Go to one of the shopping malls (Junceylong or Centrall festival) For shooping they are much more shopping friendly...

Still not opened up properly since COVID, so tried to go but found it not particularly good for our family. The food court was closed so no option to feed the family so ended up leaving to get food elsewhere with little appetite to go back

Has nothing at all. Complete waste of time. If you want to buy rejected lots or out of fashion stuff go to the only 3-4 stores that are open there. Horrible experience.
