Very authentic Sino-Thai building housing traditional shops, eateries, huge jewelry store and a very interesting museum of Phuket's Chinese heritage. Very worth visiting to feel the old time vibe!

We spent 3 hours in this museum soaking on Pernakan history and culture. We also got the chance to wear Pernakan traditional costumes and tour the museum taking pictures wherever possible. Don’t miss this attraction.

Lovely museum for us to discover our long lost Thai Peranakan roots (our family is part Thai and part Singapore Peranakan), also lovely costume rental and photo taking opportunity, lots of retail, and the staff are warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful.

Very interesting. Well setup exhibits and very good - FREE - tour guide, even for just one person 👍. Restaurant downstairs was good and reasonably priced. Jewellery was exquisite and 😵 "reasonably" priced.

It's ok if you want to see a museum. But a bit far away from anything else. Entrance is 300 baht for about an hour.

It's an off the beaten track place, usually very empty. They have a nice museum on the first floor showcasing Phuket Town architecture and some boutiques aimed at tourists. What I come here for is coffee, tea and scones and apple crumble at the excellent Pinyana cafe which deserves a separate 5 star review.

Ticket price is overpriced. The place was quiet and dark. They told us they would switch on the electricity and ac and needed 15 mins before we could enter. Guess what? We skipped this place and saved our money. By the way, the museum looks very small and the shop sells way overpriced peranakan batik that you can buy in Malaysia for much cheaper.

I was charged 300 THB for my entry ticket. It was a little expensive but it came with my own personal guide who explained everything I saw. So I felt it was worth it. The exhibits covered a wide range of subjects, from the history of the Peranakans to their food, clothes, jewelry, wedding, religion etc. The exhibits were also exquisite, especially the jewelry. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. After the tour in the museum, I had coffee in the cafe and checked out the shops. The coffee was pretty good, it's worth stopping by. As for the shops, I was impressed by the range of exquisitely embroidered and dyed clothes. But their prices were also high, much higher than Thalang Road. If you're on a budget, this is not the place to shop. But if you're looking for the best selection, you will likely find something you love here.

Unique small local museum. Worth the visit. My family had a great time dressing up with traditional Phuket costumes at their photography studio.

Strongly recommended to Koreans! Brilliant Korean girl(who married with Thailand guy) guided us and we got a detailed information about Puket’s history and jewerly industry. She may be kindly welcome you wherever you coming from, but particularly if you coming from Korea. Put here in your tour schedule absolutely. And look for Park Kyung Joo:) *PINANA coffee shop in 1st floor is also good at brownie and scorn *Near from Tesco. You can go to shopping easily
