This place is amazing! It's a basic Thai restaurant run by a whole family. They are kind and make you feel so welcome! My husband and I have been twice already while here. The food is delicious and cooked in front of you, portions are very generous, and prices are great! Will definitely be coming back for even more. Get the Massaman Curry!! Wow!!

Don’t let you fool by the appearance of this restaurant. It’s a basic place, but the food here is amazing and very reasonable priced. I ate here 3 days in a row and was never disappointed! I am a big fan of the southern Thai cuisine and the chef here really knows his job. The family is so friendly and welcoming. As everything is homemade, preparing the dishes takes a while. But trust me, it’s worth the wait!

If you wanna try authentic local food. I recommend this place. The restaurant run by a whole family. You have to wait at least 30 mins because Chef,Father, has to prepare the food dish by dish and it is worth to wait. I am Thai living in BKK and i can say that the food is different from other places because this is a real Local Southern Food. He is happy to cook for customers. We had a great time talking with this family. The price is very cheap compared to the quantity of food. If you don’t eat spicy please tel them first otherwise u will get sweat haha

This restaurant is HANDS DOWN the best restaurant in all of Phuket for authentic thai dishes, that even a Thai friend of mine could vouch that this is true. We had their Som tam, Thai basil leave with minced pork, Panang pork curry, Tamarind shrimp, Deep fried squid with their special sauce (a must order) and Tomyum goong (not pictured here). Everything was superb that we had to come back here THRICE during my 5-day trip in Phuket. Can’t wait for my next trip again just to have their food.

This place is a gem! It's tucked away in the back of a side street so most people will miss it just driving or walking by, so definitely keep an eye out for this place! Once you try it, you'll want to keep coming back. The restaurant itself is pretty and unique. The owner super nice and fun to talk to. The food? AMAZING! I've visited this restaurant multiple times and I've never been unhappy with any of the items that I've ordered. I would definitely try some of the curries though! Some favorites are the Masaman, Penang, and Green curries with Roti. The papaya salad here is also very good, but you'll need to be able to handle the heat. This might be a bit challenging for those sensitive to spicy foods. Oh, one thing that might put people off, is that it takes some time for the food prep. Come with some friends for good conversation, it'll take a while for your food to be ready. This restaurant beats most places you'll find anywhere in Phuket.

I had to come back to Phuket city just to go back to this restaurant again, even changing my hotel 😂😂😂😂 It was a truly wonderful experience, and as a serious foodie myself, It's an honour to have been able to try this restaurant. It's that good !!!!!! Literally all the dishes will wake your taste buds up, so get prepared !

Hidden gem! An amazing resteraunt!! Chef and his family as local as it gets! Really good quality maybe my best thai meal to date and fair prices. Full of locals is always a good sign!

Absolutely delicious food! Really friendly chef who's also happy to cook food that's not on the menu if you ask for it. I would wholly recommend a visit to this establishment and will be going back for repeat visits myself.

Slow service but this with waiting for. Eat well in a charming environment tucked away from the noisy road. Might have been an unlucky day, but friendly and helpful proprietors seem to need some staff. Delicious and charming but maybe not for those in a hurry.

Absolutely delicious food. Chef has been cooking for more than 40 years. Loved it so much that we came here for 3 days in a row. What more can I say other than come try it yourself.

The best Thai food in Patong with loads of vegetarian options. I come here whenever I am in Phuket. There aren't a lot of good Thai places in Patong since it's so touristy here but this place is awesome. In my photos you can see my favourite Thai dish, it's called "bai liang" in Thai. It is fried melinjo leaves with egg. I also had "gang mussaman pak" - vegetarian mussaman curry which comes with roti as a side dish. In Thai "gang" means curry, and "pak" is vegetables". The owners here are super friendly and nice, their dog called Khao Tom is also really happy to see customers and friendly and cute. If you're looking for really good Thai food in Patong, make sure you stop by Go Lek at some point on your trip.

Authentic Thai food, been there twice in 3 days, service was friendly. Went there for dinner at 7pm last night even though we had late lunch. Prawn salad is my favourite, the prawn was fresh and tender. The sour and spicy taste combined so well. Fried vege,tomyum and fried rice were superb.forgot take photo of fried rice. Definitely will come back again.

Best Thai food hands down in a 5km radius of Patong and probably one of the best in Phuket. We ate here three times and wish we could come back again. Authentic southern Thai food cooked with heart and 45 years of skill at a very reasonable price. Friendly sincere owner with his family. Probably need a vehicle to get to the place but Still walkable. Highly recommended.

Best meal that we had during our entire time in Thailand. The Massaman Curry with Roti… absolutely divine. Great depth of flavor with perfect amount of heat from the chilis. We also had the fried fish in red coconut curry and the cashew chicken. Every dish was top tier. The kitchen is open and you can tell just how much the family that runs it loves cooking and serving food. Everything was fresh, made to order. Without a doubt add this place to your list of dinner plans!

Our first stop in Phuket and really impressed! We had the deep fried squid, fried rice with sausage, papaya salad and spring rolls. Hope to be back soon.

My friends and I stumbled upon this restaurant on Google Maps and we're so glad we did. It was so good we went two nights in a row and wish we could have gone back for more. The family that runs this restaurant is super friendly and they make everything fresh before your eyes. If you're in Phuket, definitely go out of your way to try this place, you won't regret it.

This place is a hidden gem! It has a rather inconspicuous entry, which if you would only walk in, you’d find a rather quiet and spacious courtyard. Very kind people, serving a variety of quality local food, every dish was cooked with love. Highlights from the menu were papaya salad, minced pork salad, massaman curry chicken, panang curry fish, red curry fish, lemon chili steamed fish, stir fried kale with crusty pork, stir fried morning glory.

WOW. We spent about two weeks in Thailand, eating through Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. This was the best food we had all trip! Don’t come here in a rush—take your time, wait for your food, chat with the lovely cooks/owners, and then feast. We got the Tom Yum, Pad Thai, Three Flavor Fish, some veggies with egg, and the Prawn Salad, and each dish was better than the last. The sweet chef even gave us a complementary dessert after! THANK YOU!

Awesome cosy n authentic family-run eatery located at a side road. Everything here is prepared from scratch. Treat it as a private dining experience cos it's well worth the wait. The seafood is extremely fresh, tom yum soup is refreshing n addictive (with loads of seafood in it), n the best part of the meal is the fried garlic/ shallot garnishing! Chef Lek has been cooking up a storm for 45yr - a must try if u're in Phuket.

OMG!!! My husband randomly found this place on google. We decided to make the 20 minute walk and I’m SOOO glad we did! The best food we’ve had since being in Thailand BY FAR! Everything is so fresh and delicious. MUST TRY: Massaman Curry, Tom Yum Soup (with seafood), and Paid Thai! After our meal, we stayed and talked to the chef/owner for 30 minutes. He was so kind and personable. This has been such a wonderful experience for me and my husband. We will certainly be back!!! Probably tomorrow :)

Really good food and nice local people running the place! Don’t come here if you’re in a rush - but if you’re happy to wait a little bit then would highly recommend. Everything we got (fried pork appetizer, fish red curry, fried morning glory, fried chicken with pineapple, egg fried rice) was delicious and reasonably priced. The kitchen is open so you can also watch them cooking the food which is very fun.

Amazing Thai food, best in Patong for sure. Had to try a couple of different dishes, stir fried prawns, chicken cashew and Massaman curry. Happy that I tried them all and all were amazing. But if you want one dish, order the Massaman curry, best I have ever had in my life and I have had a lot as it is one of my favorite Thai dish. Make sure that you take your time when you come here as the chef cooks with his heart and and doesn’t rush. But you will be rewarded for it, you will leave with a full belly and a very happy smile on your face. Don’t miss this place if you are in Phuket!

This is an amazing restaurant. It was a random find on Google. It has amongst the best Thai food we have ever eaten. The red Tom Yam soup was so good that we actually ordered it twice. Everything was cooked 1 by 1 by the chef to perfection. He really took his time and the delicious food was a testament to it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Thai food.
