I am from Nepal. We stay there 4 person dated 2019 Sep 22 & 23. The receptionist is not welcoming to us & not good behavior. All the staff were rude for no reason. The worst part they ask us to deposit 1000 BHT for 1 room as security. I mean this hotel sucks. I have more for ask to u. If u want to know.

Overall the experience was great. Staff was polite and helpful. The rooftop bar and pool made my trip more relaxing and great. They have restaurant downstairs which gave us complimentary breakfast as it was included with my booking. Their steaks and bbq is ample to treat your taste buds. I just love the overall experience. Recommended 👍🏻

Rooms are definitely in need of work, nice enough. My experience was: the toilet didn’t have a seal on it and was loose to the ground, aka I could smell sewage in the bathroom. Balcony doors didn’t lock. No safe in my room (supposedly there is safes??). Possibly a termite infestation, found bugs in a few places, door frames had some structural damage, possible indicating so. I stayed here in November 2023, there was still quite a bit of renovations going on, causing for noise during the daytime and morning hours. Not 100% sure if they actually wash the bedsheets prior to new people getting rooms. Wiring must have been done wrong, couldn’t have the lights on and run the AC at the same time. Pros: staff are friendly enough. Located close to the walking road and the beach, but far enough away that you don’t hear all the noise. Breakfast is cheap. The Pools are nice. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it, but it’s good enough for a few nights if you’re travelling and looking for a mid range budget hotel

There is no feature to give negative stars. I would have gave negative stars if it was possible. The receptionist was way too arrogant. I was having room on 3rd floor. The building was newly constructed. There was no telephone service to call room service/laundry/waiter in the room. Receptionist said you will have to adjust sir and come down if you and ask if need anything at midnight. That was the moment when my vacation got spoiled. I was neither provided with telephone nor I was given different room when asked for. Food taste and room service is below average. Ambiance is the only thing. You will get a decent view chances are 25% as the hotel is surrounded by other buildings on all sides. Not worth for what I paid.There were other small hotels that were cheaper and better. Value for money.

This is a nice hotel and located close to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is close to the beach, to walking street where all the bars are and to the shopping centre. The rooms are nice and the value is good.

APK Resort and Spa located in a close proximity of Bangla street, Patong beach. The rooms are very spacious. Wash rooms are also clean and spacious and also has bath tub facilities too. They also provided the additional amenities like fridge, safe, microwave. The attached swimming pool is very small.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpfull staff. We are a family of 3 and booked an Economy room, room was spacious,neat and very clean. We had a massive King sized bed which could fit all 3 off us eazy peazy without us even touching and the bed was super comfortable. The staff in the restuarant was so accomodating and entertained my daughter with her preference of music, Food in the restuarant was delicious, we returned for more meals even after we left the hotel If you want to rent a car in Phuket, the Orange car Phuket is the only option(quickly found in google)

Hotel is decent. Rooms are clean. Seems like there is no hot water in the shower. It is Songkran, so we didn't really need hot water to showee. Breakfast was simple. Menu the same throughout the 3 days. Easy walk to nearby shopping malls and Soi Bangla. Front line staff was pleasant during check in. This hotel is not 'guest friendly' .

Went to this hotel after seeing the breakfast sign. I was very happy to see the meal that I received. Eggs any style,bacon and ham, sausages, toast with margarine and jam, pineapple juice, and pot of tea. Plus a plate of watermelon 🍉🍉 Unbelievable price of 169 baht. Bargain

This place deserves 5 star review. Had my filled pineapple dinner here and it was delicious, also for a very good price.

restaurant super bad service not recommended!!!! Slow and Forgot the order We waiting for long time and have to order by ourself at the counter (no staff service at the table) Leave us to wait ... no water no staff asking for anything

Room: Located in different Building . The swimming pool in another building, that is inconvenience,you have to walk in street and wear swimmwear to go , If hotel already mentioned about this , I mustn't booked. Restroom ,is leak of dirty water after washing , service: Early Check in is request in booking, they replied subject to availability upon arrival. Actual, arrived 45mins before the check-in time, Room is ready, but they not allowed. I'm Ok, but why don't let me have a good check in experience. Location: Located around 15 mins from beach. Be attention the hotel under construction, The rooftop swimming pool operate as usual , but they are construct the bar next to you when you enjoy the sunshine and swimming. They also saying that my booking is standard room,so that is the room walk away from main building, including swimming pool. you can pay more 1500 Bath to upgrade. Finally, This Hotel will NOT my first choice when I come back to Phuket. I will recommend you book this hotel if you can accepted that inconvenience.

The hotel was terrible. First day got a room with really bad smell and the sink had blockage. Second room no shower curtain at all and after every shower you have to clean it yourselves. No room service (cleaning) for three days. When you complain about it to them they act very terrible.

We made a reservation about a month before coming to phuket on the day we arrive when we were doing the check in they told us that the room was unavailable and there was no room left for the day and that they couldnt do anything about that and basically left us in the streets
