Beautiful hotel . Great pool for a swim Little bit quite now . Only a 5.mins walk to a very long clean beach . 15 mins walk to walking street in Banglor Road . I'd definitely stay here again

I stayed here for a week and booked it blind. You get the sense of a great 3 star hotel that just needs a little maintenance. The rooms are a great size and aspect. The location is good at the quieter south end of Patong Beach, but it is next to a busy road where as typical in Asia it seems, wide boys like to drag their unsilenced motorbikes late at night (roll on electric motorbikes!). The service was excellent though: attentive staff, with a really good little room service menu at good prices, and a lovely choice at breakfast.

Clean and Modern rooms, great pool. Close to all that Phuket has to offer, but quiet enough to get a decent nights sleep. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and the food was good. The staff were helpful, although their English was very limited. Would definitely stay here again.

To be honest I liked this hotel, the room is spacious, view is beautiful, access to anything you need is just walking distance. I stayed for 6D5N. Got spacious room with view direct to the pool. In the room, they even provided 2 umbrellas as it was rainy that time, this is really helpful during my stay. The bed was extremely hard, not really comfortable. But I also found the same problem with few hotels during my stay in Thailand, so it's not my first experience with the hard bed. Staffs were polite but not too friendly. They have no safety box at our room but offer it in the front desk. Breakfast was so so. Location wise is perfect, there's 7-11 right in front of the lobby. Patong beach is only 300m away, while Bangla road is around 700m away from the hotel. Not the best I ever had but I'd definitely would consider to stay here again if I have to stay at Patong Area.

Over the course of my life I’ve slept in a lot of unfavorable conditions and places. Believe me when I say this was the worst “bed” I have ever slept on. I’d equate it to plywood with a slight padding but plywood has more give. I’d honestly rather sleep on cardboard because at least it isn’t lying to me about being a bed. The Wi-Fi is more come and go and less reliable than my alcoholic father in my life. Void of any logical process, the Hotel wants to charge you if bring someone back (even like a non-paid, consensual partner). They claim it is because you said X number of people are staying in the room when actually Y number is. But, the room is the same price if I book it for one or two people. Other than those things, solid location. Nice staff.

This 3-star hotel is highly unsatisfactory, offering poor value for money and a subpar guest experience. Service is lackluster, with staff failing to meet even basic standards of hospitality. In addition, the lack of room isolation means that all street noise is clearly audible within the guest rooms, compromising the quality of sleep and overall comfort. The hotel's hygiene standards are low, and guests may find the breakfast to be of a poor quality. The reception and support offered by staff are also inadequate, failing to provide the level of assistance and attentiveness expected at a hotel. Mosquitoes are a common problem throughout the property, and the pool is poorly maintained, with visible dirt and debris. Based on these factors, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel.

I book that hotel for 27 Jan. But my flight 4 times delayed because of weather situations. I contact with hotel and explain the situation. I checked in 29 Jan. they charge me extra 1400 thb 1 night price. Also ı paid a lot of money because of delay, new PCR, spend money at airport, book hotel for wait etc. Now ı have to pay 1 more night? I said I don’t want to pay this, flight delay wasn't my fault. Reception said this is the hotel policy, you have to pay. Ok 1400 thb not big deal but I feel not good. I will not prefer here again. I hope they will be rich with my 1400 thb. 😉😌

My wife and I had booked our honey moon over a month and across 3 different countries including 6 different hotels. We were very excited for our trip. We found out we were expecting a child and due to the nature of the pregnancy she was deemed unfit to travel. We had to cancel our trip. Unfortunately this hotel (alongside one other) were completely unhelpful. When we sent emails to explain this and find out if there was a possibility to be refunded or the possibility to reschedule our booking we did not receive a single reply. We called four times and each time we were told a manager would return our calls and no call ever came. While 3 hotels refunded our booking entirely when they had the right not to (all had 0 cancellation policy), 1 offered to give us a voucher to use in 12 months, Ramaburin chose to completely ignore us and showed zero empathy or customer service.

We arrived here on the 21st January. On arrival we found our room had not been cleaned properly The public areas and pool was dirty And we was also told the pool bar closed at 2pm instead of 6pm and there was only 6 sun loungers around the pool After we spoke to management things started to improve. But really should be upto standard before guests arrive . The staff where friendly and helpful And the hotel I in a good location to the beach and bars and restaurants.

Clean rooms and really nice area the staff are super friendly and helpful, its 5 minutes away from the beach and 7/11 is front the hotel and you can find everything you want around the hotel

We stayed here for almost 4 days, and the room were great. It is well maintained and it smells amazing. The pool were great. The receptionist staff are great!

Thr hardest bed I've ever slept on wasnt even the worst part about the experience. What seems like a good hotel in a good location only got worse and worse from simply checking in. When I got to my room, the wifi was not working which made it hard for me to access my laptop for work. Every single day we stayed, the wifi did not work. Even after inquiring with the front desk, there was no change. Finally, few things in the room were replenished (soap, body wash, etc), the water has to be paid for in the room while other hotels offer it for free and our sink faucet was broken and would dispense water sideways. Additionally, there is a policy that was told to me upon arrival that any guest I bring back is an instant 750 baht charge. Even if that guest was a friend or family member, any addit8onal guest would be a charge. Initially, it made sense. No one wants to stay at a hotel with escorts running amuck. But why charge for it when you can simply put the rules within your regulations and enforce it by kicking people out? Seemed shady to me. Other than those things, the staff was very helpful and courteous (great people), the rooms were clean and well kept, a lot of power outlets, and the location near everything can't be beat.

Very good resort, rooms are big, breakfast is nice. Location is good as well. Staff was very supportive, and the facility was clean and well maintained. We also took free shuttle to King Power.

Nice hotel not too far from city center. Close to the beach, restaurants and market.

The room was very beautiful, cozy and spacious. The hotel itself is calm, and you feel welcome. The staff speaks english and they're very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just 4 minutes walking from the beach and 15 minutes walking from Bangla road. Placement is very central to the different markets. One bad thing was the wifi, it was very unstable, and you often have no wifi at all. Overall still a very nice experience, would recommend it.

Good Rooms. I stayed in the room with direct pool access.

The place is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. All my points come only for the room, pool and buffet breakfast. The staff is not at all hospitable. We were sitting by the pool and asked for a glass of ice water to drink and she made a face as if we asked her to draw the water from a well and give. However on the last day the staff is extra nice hoping that they should be tipped well.

We had some troubles booking for this hotel and once we got there, the front desk ladies were very kind and gracious and were able to accommodate for my family and I. The hotel was great. My kids love the pool they had. Overall service was great. The location was even better. So many things around the hotel within walking distance. We will definitely come back here again.

The location is good but not clean place to stay in. The staff is rude. The only thing good about the place is the location. Asked the staff for late check out ”with charge” they say no!! Then somehow they come up with 1 room, and I’m staying in three rooms.
