Thr
hardest
bed
I've
ever
slept
on
wasnt
even
the
worst
part
about
the
experience.
What
seems
like
a
good
hotel
in
a
good
location
only
got
worse
and
worse
from
simply
checking
in.
When
I
got
to
my
room,
the
wifi
was
not
working
which
made
it
hard
for
me
to
access
my
laptop
for
work.
Every
single
day
we
stayed,
the
wifi
did
not
work.
Even
after
inquiring
with
the
front
desk,
there
was
no
change.
Finally,
few
things
in
the
room
were
replenished
(soap,
body
wash,
etc),
the
water
has
to
be
paid
for
in
the
room
while
other
hotels
offer
it
for
free
and
our
sink
faucet
was
broken
and
would
dispense
water
sideways.
Additionally,
there
is
a
policy
that
was
told
to
me
upon
arrival
that
any
guest
I
bring
back
is
an
instant
750
baht
charge.
Even
if
that
guest
was
a
friend
or
family
member,
any
addit8onal
guest
would
be
a
charge.
Initially,
it
made
sense.
No
one
wants
to
stay
at
a
hotel
with
escorts
running
amuck.
But
why
charge
for
it
when
you
can
simply
put
the
rules
within
your
regulations
and
enforce
it
by
kicking
people
out?
Seemed
shady
to
me.
Other
than
those
things,
the
staff
was
very
helpful
and
courteous
(great
people),
the
rooms
were
clean
and
well
kept,
a
lot
of
power
outlets,
and
the
location
near
everything
can't
be
beat.
