Big
statement!
specially
for
a
guy
that
has
only
been
diving
for
one
year
(around
60
dives).
But
I
had
the
opportunity
of
visiting
at
least
8
dive
centers
that
I
can
remember,
plus
I
generally
pay
a
lot
of
attention
to
the
small
details,
so
its
a
well
thought
statement.
First
of
all,
before
you
even
visit
the
center,
I
dare
you
to
send
an
enquiry
email
to
Scubadeep
and
4
other
dive
centers
in
the
area
to
compare.
Philippe
and
their
team
will
be
not
only
the
first
to
answer,
but
also
the
ones
to
provide
the
most
relevant
and
comprehensive
reply
to
your
query
(absolutely
zero
cut
and
paste,
real
people
caring
for
you).
Before
I
visited
I
asked
them
everything
you
can
possibly
think
of:
equipment
type,
age,
boats,
facilities,
flexibility
to
adapt
to
different
dive
sites,
etc.
Not
only
did
they
honestly
answered
all,
but
their
answers
were
straightforward,
fair,
honest
and
proved
to
be
100%
true
when
I
visited
the
center.
In
short,
the
dive
center
facilities
are
new,
the
equipment
is
new
too
(as
of
summer
2021),
its
well
looked
after,
properly
handled
and
there
are
plenty
of
options
for
you
to
choose
from
for
stuff
like
fins,
wetsuits
and
BCDs.
The
thing
that
impressed
me
the
most
was
the
thoroughness
with
which
boxes
with
equipment
where
handled,
the
logs
registering
who
had
what,
the
well
organized
calendars,
and
the
effectiveness
of
the
operation
in
general.
I
visited
Scubadeep
to
do
a
couple
of
courses
after
my
Advanced
Open
Water
(namely
Deep
Dive,
a
Buoyancy
workshop,
and
a
few
others),
our
instructor
was
Paul
Whitehead,
and
he
was
simply
great.
A
quick
google
search
will
tell
you
all
about
his
fantastic
diving
experience
and
qualifications,
but
it
is
his
ability
to
communicate
and
teach
that
surprised
us
the
most.
Its
very
simple,
you
will
come
out
of
it
a
better
equipped
diver.
I
can
only
thank
Philippe
for
his
patience
in
handling
my
endless
questions,
and
chatter
during
surface
intervals.
He
was
tough
when
he
needed
to
be,
but
above
all
made
sure
we
learnt
and
practiced!
He
specifically
helped
me
in
readapting
to
a
new
weight
distribution
which
has
radically
changed
my
trim,
it
was
a
big
change
(firstly
dropping
weight
and
then
changing
its
position)
and
without
his
attention
and
dedication
I
would
not
have
had
the
patience
to
allow
the
time
needed
to
get
over
the
first
few
difficult
dives.
I
am
relatively
new
to
diving,
but
I
have
had
plenty
of
experience
in
receiving
training
in
other
fields,
and
I
can
assure
you
that
Paul
is
a
top
class
instructor:
knowledge,
experience
&
ability
to
adapt
his
style
to
get
the
job
done.
