Had a great experience with them. Friendly, professional and comfortable travel from Phuket to Koh Samui. Well priced too

Very well organised from one hotel to another, door to door. Very fast boat. Went from Koh Samui to Patong beach.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They changed their departure times without notifying anyone, resulting in people having to wait from 6.30 AM onwards for a 9:00 AM departure (which was originally supposed to be at 7:00 AM). Staff is super incompetent, barely speaks English and does not even offer complimentary food or drinks even though they could have. They are extremely unorganized, even for Southeast Asia standards. All in all, probably the worst travel organization I have witnessed so far, would recommend to look for alternative travel routes.

Easy way to go from Phuket to Koh Phagan! Bus + boat ride seem very straightforward.

Terrible! Organization is really bad and after we paid everything, they drove us in Phuket (somewhere where is their office) and then they charged us to take us to Hotel. Ride took really ling, and we waited so much for them to organize themselves. From 11:00 am until 6:30 pm from Koh Phangan to Phuket. Guys please avoid this. You don't need this at your vacation.

Good company almost in time. Everything’s good organized, bus in good shape. In general travel with this company is comfortable.

Staff most helpful and friendly. Bus left on time and arrived safely at pier as scheduled. Pity TV did not work on the trip but otherwise bus most comfortable. Ferry staff very efficient in off loading the luggage.

Trip from Bangkok to koh tao. Bus very good, clean, comfortable and spacious. with your sit assigned. We went and arrive at time. Ferry was good and only 15min delay. In general I have very good experience, we bought tickets by internet without problems and without any extra commission or taxes. You need to make reservation some days before. I only don't like the impossibility to make check in by internet... (like in planes) Really I recommend, next trip we took with Seatran Discovery and was bad! With 260thb extra taxes. So don't think a lot about cheapest, because is not really cheaper.

If you are traveling to Koh Tao or one of these nearby destinations, caution, there are no drinks, meals or snacks available for the entire journey. Even on the ships, whereby previously pre-pandemic, At least there was a little kiosk where one could buy snacks, drinks etc. So guys make sure you have drinks or snacks to survive the 7 hour journey!!! My recommendation to the Lomprayah office, please setup a little store or coffee station so your customers can purchase a few treats before their trip. This would generate extra revenue for your business.

Possibly the best tour company there is in Thailand. Professional, organized, highest of quality from the options available.

Ease of transport, best way to get to koh Samui. The charges for the transport aren't much considering the bus journey and ferry service via speed boat. Check out the upper deck to enjoy an hour of the sea. There are sea sick tablets available, recommend you to carry them with you.
