I
tried
my
best
to
like
this
place
due
to
the
host
Champika,
she's
very
kind
and
helpful.
Her
meals
were
super
awesome
and
extremely
reasonably
priced.
She
was
very
helpful
and
guided
us
from
the
local
bus
to
tuktuks
and
even
lent
us
an
umbrella.
The
dogs
blackie
and
Jackie
were
nice
too
and
controlled
by
her
Unfortunately,
the
chalet
itself
was
extremely
uncomfortable,
not
clean
and
worse:
the
insects.
It
was
an
infestation!
I
know
we
were
staying
in
the
middle
of
nature,
but
frankly
it
was
too
uncomfortable.
There
were
lizards
and
all
types
of
flying/crawling
things
all
around.
There
was
no
internet
connectivity
in
the
chalet
and
they
had
no
WiFi.
The
toilet
was
quite
dirty
and
we
didn't
try
the
upstairs
bed
due
to
the
lizards
on
the
ceiling.
We
had
to
stay
through
power
cuts
on
all
three
days
and
the
last
day
was
the
worst,
no
power
from
the
morning
till
6.30
pm
in
the
evening.
The
host
son
(who's
number
is
in
all
the
listings)
doesn't
answer
the
phone
and
has
no
consideration
for
the
guests
unlike
Champika.
Finally,
this
place
is
not
suitable
for
couples
and
children.
For
a
solo
traveller
living
off
the
grid
and
who
doesn't
mind
insects
should
be
fine.
Period
of
stay:
first
week
of
September.
