Customer service is so bad. When I'm going to pay there was a girl on cashier, she backed off and did not even looked at me. She was talking with another girl who was working there. And also they are treating like we came to steal from their shop. They do not even talk or smile. Not supportive. Just stand behind us like ghosts while we shop 🤷

Workers language is disgusting,they even talking their personl things in higher voice ,didnt care about the custmers are around , specily in the 2nd floor .

I gave 3 stars because things in shop were really good qulity and beautiful. They have chocolates, personal care, home appliances, beauty products, etc. If I go to kandy city definitely I stopped by here. But I only gave 3 stars because of the staff. There are not friendly at all. Specifically in upstairs.
