The food and the hotel is great. It also has a swimming pool. A good place to have a tasty meal.

Frustrated 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 Stayed today night but no sleep all the night. Because lots mosquitoes 🦟 were there. Opened air vents without any cover by nets. Poor designed room as no mosquito net to the bed. Got skin allergies from mosquito bites. Uncleaned walls and toilets. Worst experience ever 😡😡😡 Badly Disappointed.

Nice location for photo shoots but foods are not much better compare with others

We have been visiting the place for ten year, they are improving the all the aspects since then, bordering Kalu Ganga, it a nice place to hand out with friends or family, very goods service and tastely food value for money.

Be careful glasses are not cleaned well. When I checked, some of them had lipstick marks.

Most disrespectful place I ever stayed in sir lanka The service the staff the people around is just rude… they charging more just because you are a foreigner person and the locals are allowed to do whatever they want even to annoy you your stay in the hotel even though they are not staying in the hotel I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone who want their peaceful stay there are just and not sorrow to say thiss cuz of the fact what i saw from them . It’s a beautiful place but poor management for everyone. Hopefully it will ne better in future

Rooms are huge. It's not great room but passable. The food is amazing and very, very tasty. Portion is very large. Mainly, prices are very, very reasonable. It's worth visiting for the food only. Very friendly staff and very good service also. Can visit to beach in 5 min also.

However, my recent experience attending a friend's wedding left much to be desired. The food served at the event was far from satisfactory, as it was excessively spicy. This level of spiciness was unexpected and detracted from the overall dining experience. Furthermore, I noticed that the water glasses provided were not up to standard, as they contained dust and mud. Upon requesting a waiter to clean them, I received a dismissive response indicating that it was merely water and they had overlooked wiping them after washing. Needless to say, this series of incidents contributed to an unpleasant situation during the wedding celebration. Additionally, I found the air conditioning system to be inadequate, as it failed to provide a comfortable environment. It is my hope that management takes note of these issues and takes appropriate measures to rectify them. It is crucial for an establishment to consistently maintain its standards to ensure customer satisfaction. I trust that my feedback will be taken constructively and serve as an opportunity for improvement. Overall, based on my recent experience, I regrettably cannot recommend this venue for special events until the mentioned concerns are addressed.

It is a beautiful hotel with a very good environment. The beauty of this hotel is further enhanced as it is located next to the Kaluganga. A quiet hotel perfect for a family vacation. Room facilities are available at reasonable rates. Bathing facilities are also available along with refreshments. The hotel also has very secure and banquet facilities.

I just leaving this hotel. One of the worst hotel management in srilanka. I stay room number 216. When we go to that room wife said shower holder broken. But, we adjust the washroom. When we leave the hotel ,management said to pay for the water shower damage. We said we didn't damage. They, said nicely need to pay. We leaved now. People be aware with this hotel wash room. I suggested they are nor good. My family will say every one Don't go there.

Worst experience. They are not providing Wi-Fi. If you ask, they just give a wrong password. More frustrating that they don't have facilities for ironing your clothes. Inquired from the manager, he just IGNORANTLY mentioned that They are not providing

The risenra reception hall is quite acceptable in the quality and atmosphere. Air conditioning was good. Environment was clean and neat. Washrooms are quite okay and they have 2 changing rooms also. There was a huge parking area. That was fantastic. But the service of the hotel staff were poor. Food are not as in high quality. This may be my idea. Without foods and staff, the other can br recommended.

Visited today for a quick lunch and this hotel has a great menu so we can pick our favourite without any trouble. Surroundings of the restaurant is natural and beautiful. This hotel has a kind and supportive staff and delicious dishes too. And also there is a big parking space. Here you can gost your special functions too. Good sanitation process is followed and prices are fair too.
