I spent 20 minutes in the store never to be greeted or helped. Helped myself to a fitting room, again completely ignored. I asked an associate to help me get fitted. She never came. Don't waste your time here.

I’m so terribly disappointed! I went into the Soma Boutique this morning. Everything seemed ok at first. I walked in and was greeted with “hello welcome in”. I let the older associate know what I needed and she gave me two bras to try on. I chose what I wanted and again told the associate what I needed. She then grabbed the bras out of my hand and told me I needed to wait. I waited 30 minutes before I realized how many people were being helped and checked out. When one is standing or sitting for such a long time one begins to watch exactly what’s going on around them. All the people being assisted are Anglo! I’ve had to deal with this sort of discrimination all my life. I had been blessed to not have to deal with this sort of thing for a couple of years now so when it happened it was like a slap in the face. I finally left empty handed from your establishment. Why would anyone WANT to be so awful?

I was at the store for a few minutes and no one was coming to help me . Just when I was getting an item on my own. This lady graved from my hand and said I need to put this back and get it from here .. pointing to a drawer. I did then realize that I had got there and was a few minutes to close. The store was still open . I couldn’t stop thinking why she’s so rude. It was a bad experience thinking I was there to buy not to ask for free.

I absolutely love this store! I live in The Hill Country and travel to Houston quiet often. I always go by this location and ask for Heather. She is quite the professional and very knowledgeable of the merchandise.

Top notch customer service and all of the ladies were extremely knowledgeable. Clean and very organized.

I was extremely impressed as soon as I walked in. The store wasn't huge but had a nice selection. My goal was to run in and out due to a huge sale. I walked out with a bagful because of their amazing sales representative Caitlin. She spent about an hour fitting me for a few items after realizing I bought the wrong sizes online. I was extremely impressed at her dedication to make sure I bought exactly what I needed. I will definitely go back due to the personalized experience I received.

I went in there with no clue on my bra size or what kind of bra I wanted but the sweet young girl Chaise took her time and allowed me to try on every to bra in the store. Not once did she complain or made me feel uncomfortable she even helped me take out the padding on the bras because I didn’t want any padding. She was very sweet and lovely. I will definitely tell my friends and will come back!
