Was crowdy, but got food very quickly. Tasty.

Order waited 30 minutes. There was an inscription that it is ready on the screen. When I approached, it had not been done yet, after 10 minutes it turned out that they forgot about it and marked it as done. Magic. And the cleanliness of the establishment itself is constantly suffering. From the good - a delicious new burger. From the bad - constant problems in this McDonald's and spoiled mood. Since then, I've been to this cafe several times. And I noticed that there are 2 different shifts and some of them work just fine, quickly and cleanly in the hall. But the second shift, all the time has problems

This specific McDonald's cannot identify as a "fast food" restaurant. 1 hour wait at drive thru during midnight, whilst all the deliveries were served with priority.

Bad service. We were waiting our order 25 minutes, but there were not many people in the cafe. The staff is very slow. And then they brought a barely warm burger. My friend has been waiting for the order for 30 minutes

I've been living 1km away from this Mc for years. Happened to finally get my chance and order food to home for my finally at 23:40.. We've got delivered 01:51 AM. Even though initially bolt app showed us we are going to get our order in 30-40min. They just kept postponing our order. We came to realization that they can and always will prioritize drive in people , while will keep people, families at home waiting for 2+ hours. That's just unacceptable. Are you even serious. Never again we will be ordering anything from Mc Donald to home and we strongly suggest the same to everyone else who wants some quality " fast "food delivery. :)

Slow food restaurant. There were couple people but had to wait 1h 15min. Worst mcd

For me the service was fast though it was in rush hour. Taste as like as other MC d’s and location is nice

Always gives you regular nuggets instead of spicy ones and think we would not see that. Always mixes up the orders does not give you sauces. Going downhill hard

Got skipped in the drive thru somehow because apparently their second window is not working for some reason. Then had to wait to get out of the queue after everyone got their orders. Sign from the universe to stop eating this 'food' I guess.

The drive through is rather slow, but the staff is very kind and friendly. Food is ok - standart McDonald’s :D

I mean we went on a rush, fast food is always fast food. There aren't good prices, a bit higher but with the app slightly cheaper. Service fine. But we have been hungry after a couple of hours. So the food quality is kinda bad to medium depending on what you order. Perhaps the management should look up more to quality and serve better food. Or am I just picky?

They should rename their "drive-through" to a "stand-through"... Incredible..

Had to wait for my food at least 45min, nobody cares, asked the personel why i have to wait so long, didn't say anything, just walked away, looks like they serving drive through and food deliveries, custumers inside are served last. PATHETIC!!!!

Food was fine but a little bit cold. Order was a little messed up. We had to wait for about 30 minutes for our order. Restaurant was very slippery and littered. The worst McDonald’s in Kaunas.

Food’s delicious, but a bit dry and unseasoned, maybe more seasoning on the fries and it would be nice, plus a sauce for large meal would be nice

The food was alright, but the service was terrible. There were maybe max 10 people, we waited 25 min for a wrap and a couple burgers.

fries are tasteless, no flavor, nothing, rude staff and waited for my order about 20 minutes. Next time don't forget to put salt on the fries! :DDDDDDD

Easy to order not need wait for a long time to receive a food.

I order Big tasty with bacon, they gave me big mac need to wait 20-25 min to take food . Whas not much people, did not give napkins .communicates very arrogantly. Not recommended.

It was a nice place couple years ago, now just disappointments: missing food (takeaway, home delivery) three times already, very dirty and staff doesn't care, some employers can work on till and handle money then without washing hands prepare food - hygiene?!, toooooo long waiting time even if no busy.

Arguably one of the better tasting McDonald's in Europe, overall very good food and while the nice ladies inside had forgotten my coffee during my drive thru, after I headed back they gave me a nice free pie to compensate. Overall a great experience

Pretty good service, but the amount of kids coming here will ensure you will have to wait at a complete minimum at least 15minutes if not going through the drive-through.

Came for a fast lunch on the rush time, not much people at the time, but drive-in was starting to queuing up to the near by street. Food was warm and tasty, had to wait less than 15 minutes. The toilets are ok.

Bought a bigmac, and I'm not sure if it was me, or was it the burger which made me go to toilet very bad. Afterall good food. Fries are plastic tho

What can I say just like any other Mc Donald’s around the world a lot more choice than the uk and the food always tasted fresh sometimes it does have long q so you may have to wait abit before being served

The waiting time on Saturday was terrible - around 45 min. There should be more personnel employed. I hope managers take it to the account.
