It is international bus station, because most of the bus to Poland or Germany leaving from here. This bus station always locked after 11pm. And in winter time passengers need to wait out side in ice cold temperature. And toilet is not free, have to pay 50 cents. And if the bus is late, they are not updating the time.

11 pm they kick people out even the door says it opens 00:00 - 24:00, no reminder in advance, just kick people out. Luckily it’s summer time and not freezing outside, but where do I suppose to go to toilet? On the street? So absurd!!!

There was a restroom that required payment, which I didn't mind. However, there's a separate toilet for parents and kids that's free, yet it lacks an actual toilet inside. This situation seems odd to me.

As Bus Stations go, this is one of the better ones. Good facilities Bistro /cafe) opens at 6 00am weekdays and there is ample seating and clean toilets (which were free at the time of writing)

Very modern, build for passengers comfort, copying and blending the ideas of bus stations from across the Europe. However, the old station had more open space, one or two green arean with plants in them, travel directions were clearer, there was a lot more space for buses to maneuver safely and access could be more large bus friendly (especially takingin to account, that it's newly build bus station with "improved" access roads. Well, probably this is the vision of an architect🤔). Overall, it was nice to visit it👍

Comfortable and cosy place. Looks recently built or maybe modernised. I love that they have a market and some shops inside. It should be mentioned that the public restrooms are not free to use even if you are a passenger, as it was in railway stations.

The waiting area is open at night too and is warm enough. There is a security guy, but he didn't even ask me for my ticket. Everything looked safe, nice and clean. Free WiFi from Rimi store.

New building. The station is clean and has nearly everything you may need toilets for 0.50€ restaurants, enough seats and Rimi supermarket.

Two cashiers working, waited in line for close to 25 min to exchanges tickets purchased. Several people had to book later travels, myself only managed to reach the cashier 4 min post the bus leaving. Then a new window opens. Apparently the cashier said eventough I waited in line for close to 30 min. meant nothing and I had to raise my voice and cut in line to get to the other cashiers slammed with people before me to exchange tickets before the bus left.

Very clean environment, was lucky to get a seat in the station. Busy little station. The toilets are spotless and clean which was nice to see. The buses … come regularly like every hour or two hours which I found extremely surprising - especially for busy buses and services they should be on the hour every hour. However, as opposed to getting a taxi that was gonna cost a lot of money .. the bus was ideal on the day. Bus was a little mini bus, comfortable enough price €3.80 per person. You can pay on the bus but make sure you have exact change as they don’t give change back.

There is information desk and buying ticekts desk, prices and time tables are good aswell and there aremany destentions options. Also outside the platform its not allowed to amoke and theres a diffrent location if smoking area andi really liked this thing.

Loved it! Really easy to navigate, no need to wait in a queue for tickets. They have self service terminals that can be used to buy tickets on the go

Inside the bus terminal, you'll find a supermarket, as well as various places to seat, with wifi. The staff at the ticket office spoke English, but they could have been a little nicer. From here you can catch several buses to different places in Lithuania and Europe. If you're at the airport, you can get on a bus that goes directly to the bus terminal, and costs 1€.

Nice, clean and even cozy station with a mini-mall inside. Especially if you arriving/ departuring at not super-early morning hours. In the early morning hours all coffeeshops, bakeries, supermarket, toilet – are closed. And the station itself (the building) is closed. I was arriving from Warsaw and needed to wait about 30 mins outside😬
