The store quality of goods is always very high standard and overall is kept very slick. The most impressive part is the customer service. Customer service in Lithuania is very poor in general, but Senukai in Mega has really impressed me. All the shop assistants were extremely helpful, taking the extra steps to increase customer experience. I saw a cashier advising an old woman in front of me to get a loyalty card, so she could save on her shopping, and the assistant even helped her downloading and registering for it on her phone. Really really well done

They sell defective Miele vacuum cleaners which break on first use! They ignore EU consumer rights and refuse to honour consumer rights and instead send you to UAB AG Service for expensive "repairs". Buy here with caution!

Large place to get lots of things for home. From materials to electronics. Long working hours.

All good. Now since Depo opened across the street. Senukai became the place to go by default. Staff behavior changed: consultants they provide their assistance without even asking. Before it was 10 times ask and maybe you get help. Cashiers are friendly. Prices: in general they are the same as it was before, but new loyalty programs started like Naujakuriai. Always good price. Almost always 30% off everything. It has Mylimiausia card discounts too. Only thing is lacking now is that prices online and prices in stores would be the same, meaning that if someone is in Draugu ratas online be could get same prices in physical stores. This I find frustrating. I know that online store is completely different company based in Latvia, but mother company is still the same. So policies should apply to all branches.

Great place, here you can find everything what you need for your construction site: materials, tools, gardening, even games for kids. Worker are fairly helpful and knows their place around. And lastly it is way cheaper than other building materials shops in the area.

As a Brit in LT, it’s hard to describe a shop like Senukai. If you need something for the house for DIY or a refurb it quite literally seems to have everything. I’ve frankly never been to a store that was so well stocked with everything. Friendly staff, good location and everything I needed I got - at what seemed to me at least at good prices :)
