Doctor like family ,they ask ,they inform,they call you if you miss something.10/10

Nurses were very sweet and helpful. I had an issue with my COVID pass and everyone was trying to help me there. Receptionist was able to speak English well too (in case you're a foreigner).

Same appointment slot was allocated to two people and the doctor attended to me 30 mins late and did not do any physical exam and was busy with her own work during our consultation, she was not present at all only the assistance who was translating was at least kind to answer my questions while the doctor just sat and did her own work, during a consultation that I had to pay for

I made an appointment and they gave me a date. I called them again the week of my appointment and they confirmed it. The day of the appointment I arrived and they had no idea about my appointment. I waited two weeks for this appointment and all they could do was tell me there is nothing they can do. I have never experienced such lack of responsibility. I'm looking for another clinic so any suggestions are welcome
