Has a longer happy hour than other HUB stores. Polite and friendly staff. Very relaxed and comfortable. The women's bathroom has a sign saying that if you're being harassed then you can talk to the staff and they'll help you. They also have a different nomihoudai with set food but is cheaper

Great place to go for a few drinks near Umeda/Chayamachi. Is a British themed pub chain and they have locations all over Japan. Is usually busy, particularly around happy hour and on Fridays, and generally have a good atmosphere. Separate smoking/non-smoking sections, good drinks offers during happy hour, and they sell their own ale which is a rarity in Japan. Have a decent selection of cocktails and food. Is a little expensive outside happy hour, but great if you're just going for a quick drink before dinner or after work. Food is also pretty good pub standards with lots of sharing/finger foods. Would recommend.

Alot less seats than your average hub and a fair bit busier. More of a open floor style at this location. Still great and WiFi works!

A throbbing meat market after about 10, most nights. If that's your thing, go for it. Crowd usually 20-35 yr olds and sometimes older. Fish and chips, various other pub food. Small smoking area but it's not walled off.

Walked around looked for food and stumbled onto this place. great atmosphere and they had FIFA playing. best of both worlds.

Worst place for foreigners in Osaka. Thinking that it’s just another hub, I went there. I was surprised to see that it was full to more than its capacity and they were still trying to accept additional customer. Ironically 99% of the customer were Japanese and in the age group of 18-25. Even if there was no place to even stand, the rude bouncers were trying to push customers inside. While holding my glass, I managed to find a place to stand and was enjoying my drink when one of the bouncer came to me asked me to move to the corner which was already filled with customers. I enquired where is the place to stand? The guy almost snatched my glass and tried to manhandle me as if there was no tomorrow. I let him go with my drink and came out of the shop. The shameless bunch of bouncers and waiters did no attempt to stop me while the Japanese customers witnessed everything in a state of confusion.

Good place even on weekdays. Was always packed with Japanese people. Weird that you have to wait in a line to get a drink considering it’s a pub, but it’s Japan what can you expect. The HUB beer was not that great, but they’ve got Kirin and Heineken on tap as well. Cheap prices Jack Daniels shots are like 500 yen.

Nice big open area for standing by the bar. Much brighter and friendlier than the nearby HUB Umeda-Chayamachi Applause HUB梅田茶屋町アプローズ店 which is pretty lonely in comparison to here. The only disadvantage is that it is a Gamba Osaka hometown HUB so expect the mood to reflect the score if they are showing a match.

Look at it on the second floor, and not one of the cleanest HUB locations I have been to. The crowd was more of a rowdy bunch and maybe that's why they have mostly male staff.

Hub is always a safe bet. Especially around happy hour.

More staff is needed. Waiting line is too long

I highly recommend the Original pasty on the menu.
