At another hospital, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and was prescribed a large amount of medication, which caused him to gain over 10 kg and become increasingly unwell. I was worried and looked for a nearby hospital, and at the first visit with the director of this hospital, I was diagnosed with mild depression with a clear cause. After being diagnosed with this, I returned to the hospital for several months, regained my weight, and am feeling much better. I was relieved when the director explained in an easy-to-understand manner that he was not in a manic state, even though the previous hospital did not give him medication for mania. I don't know what kind of medicines are being prescribed to me as an amateur, and I think that was another reason for my anxiety. I am grateful to him for giving me the appropriate diagnosis that suited me and what would have happened if I had not been transferred to this hospital. He carefully checks my symptoms every time, and if things seem to be bad, he takes the time to listen to me, and if it seems like there's no problem and I'm just going to give him medication, it's just a short consultation. It's very reasonable, so it's a good fit for me. . When I have a lot of problems, I think writing them down on paper before going to the doctor's appointment will save time and make it easier to understand, so I do this, especially since I am hearing impaired. The counselors and receptionists are polite and helpful. In some cases, there may be a waiting period, but due to the nature of the department, there may be times when I have to make a request myself, so I try to be kind and give myself plenty of time to go to the hospital. I think it depends on the compatibility with the hospital and doctor, and I think it's a difficult department because it deals with the invisible mind and monitors the patient's condition over a long period of time. I thought it was important to find a hospital that suited me. For me, this is a hospital I can trust in many ways.

2023/7/11 I think patients have mixed feelings about this. I think there is definitely some compatibility with the doctor. I myself have compatibility with you in various situations and places. When it came to the topic that I might have a developmental disability, Mr. Elde printed out the facilities and several hospitals for developmental disabilities, which Dr. Sakamoto said was outside his area of expertise, and gave me options. Ta. As a result, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a developmental disorder, but I am grateful for your kind support despite your busy schedule. Of course, Dr. Sakamoto also prescribed medication for developmental disorders, which helped me a lot. Currently, a veteran woman who has been there for a long time is handling the reception by herself. Revised again 2022/7/12 It's been several months since the receptionist with the unpleasant attitude quit. I was relieved that I was received so well. The new receptionist is also very welcoming. Please note that there is now a charge for consultations over the phone, so it is better to check the website or contact us. I would like to thank Professor Sakamoto for his consideration. The following was added on April 14, 2021. Things change over the years, so I felt sorry for the people who read the review by leaving the post with good information, so I edited the review to its current state and re-posted it. ☆ has been reduced by one. We are currently unable to handle emergency medical consultations. However, they will still give you simple advice over the phone. This is where my discomfort begins. From the time we opened until recently, there have been two women at the reception desk, and one woman has been there for a long time, and she is quick to respond and has a good feel. The other woman at the reception has changed a few times. I didn't feel uncomfortable even after the change, and even when the woman at the reception desk changed, she always informed me that my independence support medical insurance card was due for renewal. But the new woman who came in didn't tell me. Are you not doing your job properly? I thought. Since it is a mental illness, I think patients are more concerned about reception staff than normal patients. I feel uncomfortable with new women who have a cold, businesslike attitude. Later, I realized that my independence support medical insurance card had to be renewed, and with Dr. Sakamoto's help, I was able to apply in time, but the woman at the reception desk asked me to understand that it would take some time to fill out the application form. The woman at the reception didn't realize her oversight. I feel like there's not enough consideration. It's been many days since then, but I still haven't received an apology. Mr. Sakamoto apologized on my behalf and said that he was sorry for not being able to provide the proper guidance. After all, Dr. Sakamoto is a good doctor for me. postscript It seems that there are some attending doctors who conduct dependent examinations, but I am not very keen on such doctors and their method of examination, where they spend 15 to 30 minutes, up to an hour, listening to what the patient has to say, and then making the patient depend on the doctor. I've never been dependent on a doctor, but dependence and codependency can easily lead to emotional instability. This is just my personal opinion. Below are the contents of past posts. It's been 8 years since I visited Mental Elde. The reason I was able to go to the hospital this far is because of Elde's overall goodness. At my first visit, the director, Dr. Sakamoto, took the time to listen carefully to my upbringing and lifestyle history, and when he told me the name of my disease, that's when he first saved my life. I've heard that at other clinics and hospitals, the examination only takes a few seconds (what do you think? It's okay) and ends before you sit down in the chair. Even though some of my acquaintances are dissatisfied or anxious about being examined for just a few seconds, Dr. Sakamoto takes a few minutes to examine me. I also sat in a chair, but I have experience of being examined for a few seconds. Having said that, doctors everywhere primarily focus on administering medication, so you can't expect long hours like counseling. I don't consult all at once (because there are other patients and the consultation time is limited), but I talk about it in small chunks at the time of the consultation, and Dr. Sakamoto gives me advice each time. As I mentioned earlier, Dr. Sakamoto only took a few minutes to deal with a situation where there were many medical examinations that lasted only a few seconds. I have moved a lot, so there were times when I had no choice but to change clinics. Some of my previous doctors prescribed large amounts of medication, and I was sometimes unable to move the left side of my body as I wanted due to side effects. What happened to your acquaintance at that time? Is it strange? It was even pointed out to me. While some doctors prescribe large amounts of medication, Dr. Sakamoto is a great doctor for me because he administers just the right amount of medication for me and consults with me little by little within the limited consultation time. The reception staff will respond quickly and politely to your desired reservation date and time. When my condition suddenly deteriorated, I called the doctor before my next appointment and he was able to provide me with an emergency medical examination. The waiting room is private, so you don't have to meet anyone face-to-face.You call with a number given to you at the reception desk, so no one knows your name. I'm glad I met Mr. Sakamoto from Mental Elde.

Basically, it's just a 3-minute consultation and medication adjustments, but I have no major complaints with the doctor because he is cooperative with my consultations and suggestions. Currently, it looks like you have to wait several months for your first appointment. It seems that the receptionist who had a very bad attitude at one time has disappeared, so I can now come here with peace of mind.

I know Dr. Sakamoto for about 12 years. He is an excellent doctor who enjoys speaking to his patients on an equal level, patiently answering questions and being open to ideas. The practice is small but very well organized - appointments are easy to make and you never have to wait long in the waiting room. Thanks to Dr. With Sakamoto's help I was able to find a solution to many problems. I am very fortunate to have him as my medical partner. :)

I waited 3 months for a reservation. Mr. Sakamoto is “That must have been painful.” “It’s normal that it’s painful.” He confirmed my symptoms and saved me. This remains true even in the current examination. He also has a wealth of knowledge about medicine. At first, I was afraid of medicine, but when I told her that Chinese medicine was good, she tried it without making a bad face. He also let me choose, ``This is good for this symptom, which one is better, this or this?'' Even when I told her that my symptoms were so severe that I wanted to try an ordinary drug, she asked me, ``How about this,'' which was non-addictive, and relieved my anxiety. I also provide counseling services. Although the psychologist has changed along the way, both of them are wonderful psychologists. I feel like I can find my true self because the story is told in a way that naturally leads me to my feelings. Before my next doctor's appointment, I am making notes to ask Dr. Sakamoto about this and discuss this with the psychologist.

Mr. Sakamoto is kind and gives objective advice as well. I have been examined at various hospitals, but I hate psychiatrists and find it painful to go there. Professor Sakamoto was the one who greatly changed that sense of values. The reason was that I could see that he was studying and working hard every day to understand his patients without giving up. He is a brilliant and prestigious doctor, so I think he must be very busy. It is true that there are times when the consultation time is short, but please be sure to follow up with us on your next visit. Psychiatrists are human beings, so I think there is compatibility, but Dr. Sakamoto is someone who always delivers results. Thanks to Dr. Sakamoto, the stress of going to the hospital is now gone.

Mr. Sakamoto understands and confirms my feelings. Because I don't make decisions like previous teachers You can rest assured. You can rest assured that the medicine will be decided upon with you. I am also undergoing interpersonal therapy. It is also convenient as it is close to Kosugi Station.

Until now, there were many clinics that didn't give me a clear diagnosis, but Dr. Sakamoto gave me a diagnosis that I was satisfied with, which made me feel a little better. He is a kind and reassuring teacher.

I had been going to another psychosomatic clinic for panic disorder, but since there was no improvement, I decided to take care of him here. After seeing Dr. Sakamoto and improving my medication, my condition has been surprisingly stable. He listened to my story very carefully and in great detail, and suggested medicines and ways of taking them that suited me based on my daily life. In addition, we are able to leave the treatment to you with peace of mind because we carefully check the progress of your treatment, including any unusual events that occurred before your visit to the hospital, and any minor changes in your physical condition. Above all, I am very grateful that I can talk to him frankly and that it is easy to consult with him. I am really grateful to the receptionist who is always taking care of incoming patients and answering the phone, and is always so courteous and attentive even though she is always busy. Sincerely.
