I
think
patients
have
mixed
feelings
about
this.
I
think
there
is
definitely
some
compatibility
with
the
doctor.
I
myself
have
compatibility
with
you
in
various
situations
and
places.
When
it
came
to
the
topic
that
I
might
have
a
developmental
disability,
Mr.
Elde
printed
out
the
facilities
and
several
hospitals
for
developmental
disabilities,
which
Dr.
Sakamoto
said
was
outside
his
area
of
expertise,
and
gave
me
options.
Ta.
As
a
result,
I
went
to
the
doctor
and
was
diagnosed
with
a
developmental
disorder,
but
I
am
grateful
for
your
kind
support
despite
your
busy
schedule.
Of
course,
Dr.
Sakamoto
also
prescribed
medication
for
developmental
disorders,
which
helped
me
a
lot.
Currently,
a
veteran
woman
who
has
been
there
for
a
long
time
is
handling
the
reception
by
herself.
Revised
again
2022/7/12
It's
been
several
months
since
the
receptionist
with
the
unpleasant
attitude
quit.
I
was
relieved
that
I
was
received
so
well.
The
new
receptionist
is
also
very
welcoming.
Please
note
that
there
is
now
a
charge
for
consultations
over
the
phone,
so
it
is
better
to
check
the
website
or
contact
us.
I
would
like
to
thank
Professor
Sakamoto
for
his
consideration.
The
following
was
added
on
April
14,
2021.
Things
change
over
the
years,
so
I
felt
sorry
for
the
people
who
read
the
review
by
leaving
the
post
with
good
information,
so
I
edited
the
review
to
its
current
state
and
re-posted
it.
☆
has
been
reduced
by
one.
We
are
currently
unable
to
handle
emergency
medical
consultations.
However,
they
will
still
give
you
simple
advice
over
the
phone.
This
is
where
my
discomfort
begins.
From
the
time
we
opened
until
recently,
there
have
been
two
women
at
the
reception
desk,
and
one
woman
has
been
there
for
a
long
time,
and
she
is
quick
to
respond
and
has
a
good
feel.
The
other
woman
at
the
reception
has
changed
a
few
times.
I
didn't
feel
uncomfortable
even
after
the
change,
and
even
when
the
woman
at
the
reception
desk
changed,
she
always
informed
me
that
my
independence
support
medical
insurance
card
was
due
for
renewal.
But
the
new
woman
who
came
in
didn't
tell
me.
Are
you
not
doing
your
job
properly?
I
thought.
Since
it
is
a
mental
illness,
I
think
patients
are
more
concerned
about
reception
staff
than
normal
patients.
I
feel
uncomfortable
with
new
women
who
have
a
cold,
businesslike
attitude.
Later,
I
realized
that
my
independence
support
medical
insurance
card
had
to
be
renewed,
and
with
Dr.
Sakamoto's
help,
I
was
able
to
apply
in
time,
but
the
woman
at
the
reception
desk
asked
me
to
understand
that
it
would
take
some
time
to
fill
out
the
application
form.
The
woman
at
the
reception
didn't
realize
her
oversight.
I
feel
like
there's
not
enough
consideration.
It's
been
many
days
since
then,
but
I
still
haven't
received
an
apology.
Mr.
Sakamoto
apologized
on
my
behalf
and
said
that
he
was
sorry
for
not
being
able
to
provide
the
proper
guidance.
After
all,
Dr.
Sakamoto
is
a
good
doctor
for
me.
postscript
It
seems
that
there
are
some
attending
doctors
who
conduct
dependent
examinations,
but
I
am
not
very
keen
on
such
doctors
and
their
method
of
examination,
where
they
spend
15
to
30
minutes,
up
to
an
hour,
listening
to
what
the
patient
has
to
say,
and
then
making
the
patient
depend
on
the
doctor.
I've
never
been
dependent
on
a
doctor,
but
dependence
and
codependency
can
easily
lead
to
emotional
instability.
This
is
just
my
personal
opinion.
Below
are
the
contents
of
past
posts.
It's
been
8
years
since
I
visited
Mental
Elde.
The
reason
I
was
able
to
go
to
the
hospital
this
far
is
because
of
Elde's
overall
goodness.
At
my
first
visit,
the
director,
Dr.
Sakamoto,
took
the
time
to
listen
carefully
to
my
upbringing
and
lifestyle
history,
and
when
he
told
me
the
name
of
my
disease,
that's
when
he
first
saved
my
life.
I've
heard
that
at
other
clinics
and
hospitals,
the
examination
only
takes
a
few
seconds
(what
do
you
think?
It's
okay)
and
ends
before
you
sit
down
in
the
chair.
Even
though
some
of
my
acquaintances
are
dissatisfied
or
anxious
about
being
examined
for
just
a
few
seconds,
Dr.
Sakamoto
takes
a
few
minutes
to
examine
me.
I
also
sat
in
a
chair,
but
I
have
experience
of
being
examined
for
a
few
seconds.
Having
said
that,
doctors
everywhere
primarily
focus
on
administering
medication,
so
you
can't
expect
long
hours
like
counseling.
I
don't
consult
all
at
once
(because
there
are
other
patients
and
the
consultation
time
is
limited),
but
I
talk
about
it
in
small
chunks
at
the
time
of
the
consultation,
and
Dr.
Sakamoto
gives
me
advice
each
time.
As
I
mentioned
earlier,
Dr.
Sakamoto
only
took
a
few
minutes
to
deal
with
a
situation
where
there
were
many
medical
examinations
that
lasted
only
a
few
seconds.
I
have
moved
a
lot,
so
there
were
times
when
I
had
no
choice
but
to
change
clinics.
Some
of
my
previous
doctors
prescribed
large
amounts
of
medication,
and
I
was
sometimes
unable
to
move
the
left
side
of
my
body
as
I
wanted
due
to
side
effects.
What
happened
to
your
acquaintance
at
that
time?
Is
it
strange?
It
was
even
pointed
out
to
me.
While
some
doctors
prescribe
large
amounts
of
medication,
Dr.
Sakamoto
is
a
great
doctor
for
me
because
he
administers
just
the
right
amount
of
medication
for
me
and
consults
with
me
little
by
little
within
the
limited
consultation
time.
The
reception
staff
will
respond
quickly
and
politely
to
your
desired
reservation
date
and
time.
When
my
condition
suddenly
deteriorated,
I
called
the
doctor
before
my
next
appointment
and
he
was
able
to
provide
me
with
an
emergency
medical
examination.
The
waiting
room
is
private,
so
you
don't
have
to
meet
anyone
face-to-face.You
call
with
a
number
given
to
you
at
the
reception
desk,
so
no
one
knows
your
name.
I'm
glad
I
met
Mr.
Sakamoto
from
Mental
Elde.
