非常に不愉快でした。1度目は水曜日の診察で良くならず2度目の金曜日の診察で 別の医師で再度処方してもらい3度目の水曜日の診察で最初の女医に戻り 「酷かったんですね〜」と他人事のように流され呆れました。 さらに今の肌の状態を説明することも無く、保湿して下さい。で終わり。 そんなこと素人でも分かります。 最初の診察でもその医師は、深刻な状態で来てるのに半笑いでパソコン見ながら どうしてうちの病院来たんですかという質問。患者をなめているんでしょうか。 本当に腹立たしいです。 どんな思いで病院に来てるのか考えて下さい。 患者と向き合って話を聞く姿勢をもっと持って下さい。 2度目の医師は説明も分かりやすく親身な対応で感謝しています。 受付の方も症状を汲み取って下さり対応も素晴らしかったです。
