After staying at Daiwa Roynet's Sendai branch, I wanted to try another branch to verify the chain's quality. And yes, I would stick to my review at tripadvisor, except that the room and bathroom is a bit smaller than the one in Sendai, which is acceptable to me, given the terrible housing situation in greater Tokyo. The hotel is recommendable for standardized service and facilities and great value.

Decent hotel. There is family mart close by which is very good and staffs are very helpful there. The room was clean but I think it wasn’t really the best since there was rust everywhere in the bathroom. It’s overall a decent hotel with decent prices but I would rather stay somewhere else. Loads of polite staffs and they even give small bag of things(toothbrush, slippers etc) to children. I had to cancel a day staying here and the staffs helped me politely.

Australians visiting. Cannot speak Japanese.but staff very helpful. Clean with everything you want in hotel and.great location in Kawasaki. Much cheaper and less crowded than Tokyo. Train to city. Avoid peak times for train. Can recommend as basis for.Japan stay.

The size of the room and the bed (queen) were decent. Even the size of the bathroom was pretty roomy for this type of hotel. Kudos to an air purifier/humidifier and cell phone charger in the room. There were vending machines on the 10th floor, so I went there to get a drink. However, it's the smoking floor, and the entire hallway smelled smoke! YUCK! I don't understand why they placed the machines on the smoking floor. Between the hotel and the train stations, you can avoid any bad weather by walking through the underground.

Good location. Nearby have many different style restaurants. Professional staff. I had booked a smoking room, due the o ly choice at website, but when I check-in, they offer me a non-smoking room because I am traveling with infant. Very kindly and good service.

Great hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff who speak English (at varying level - but we never had any problems). Rooms are very clean and quiet. Sufficient power sockets, small fridge, all lights except bathroom can be turned on/off from the bed. The beds are quite hard (compared to what I am used to from Germany) but I got used to it quickly. Some nice features included, eg the toilet seat is heated, or if you decide to not have your room cleaned for a day you get a free bottle of water! There is a room with vending machines and a microwave. Only 5 minutes to kawasaki station on foot. Handicapped accessible.

Nice hotel. Good gesture. Very convinient, accessible to airport, family mart is downstairs, near to it many shops and restaurants to dine out. Located in kawasaki and is in the marketplace. Easy to Quarantine during Corona.

Good location but the room overall is below Japanese average. Great location around the area. They have a very good laundry area but too bad it is on a smoking floor.
