Perfect overnight hotel. Came in 1am staff had organised late check in which was easy to follow. Decent size pods and very good price. Staff also very helpful with questions the next day getting around. Will be back.

This is a very small hotel in a residential area of Kawasaki-ku Japan. There is transportation to the Shinigawa Station via a local line. FYI if you are using a JR rail pass you will still need to pay to use the local train. Breakfast is offered between 500 to 750 yen, which is very reasonable in Japan. The rooms are very basic, but really for the price i don't think you can beat it. The hosts and hostesses of the hotel spoke very decent English. I would definitely give this place a try.

The service was excellent and the rooms were wonderful. A hairdryer was provided at no extra cost. Breakfast was extremely affordable and filling. It was also fairly close to tokyo haneda so it was a perfect place to stay after a 13 hour flight. Would definitely go back again!!

Clean and silent environment. We did late check-in and hotel staff had already prepare the room access card on a shelf with clear instruction. First time so-called self-check in :) Next day we were allowed for late check-out. Definitely will come back for a late flight in the future.

I stayed for one night- a disappointing experience. Immediately when I walked into the hotel I smelled a powerful damp odor of mothballs, and the carpet was stained. The restroom floor was unclean with tiny curly hairs. The perk is that it is close to the Haneda airport (25-30 min by train).

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. The price is too good to be true. Not only does the area around it look sketchy but they don’t even have their own parking. I showed up to check in and they told me that I had to pay extra for parking and it wasn’t available on the weekend. This place shouldn’t be allowed to be called a hotel. If I could take away stars I would. The worst traveling experience by far. Stay away. Be aware of their refund policy. I lost $400 just to experience how bad this place is.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but good for a single person or a couple at most. Close to Haneda airport and by taxi it was just under ¥2500 at 3am.

It's super clean! The place is very cozy and calm but if you're sensitive to little noises in the night like snores,etc. Then you may not use the hostel.

The stay at this hotel and hostel in tokyo japan was good and my first ever hostel experience was pleasant. Would recommend to solo traveller. They charged reasonable for one night and its just 7 kilometers from Haneda airport.
