went to DHA office to have a rubbish bin installed outside home, very good service and arms available. it is busy with a lot of people waiting but waiting times are 10-15 mins usually staff speaks English which is a plus

DHA is giving you all the facilities just like if park your car in front of any shop to buy a thing you have to pay them 50 rupees, if you are going in park near your house you have to pay them yearly charges even if your are residents means there is nothing in DHA just come and pay them all the time after some time i think there will be charges to park your car in frotn of your house, you have to pay them before going toilet, you have yo pay them before entering in DHA .

Great staff and facilities but would definitely recommend to streamline processing. It feels like dealing with office clerics of 1850s. The amount of documentation required for a simple step which can be done with every day electronics is painful. Power of attorney should not require century old stamped papers with thumb impressions in blue not black and several steps of attestations, especially when both the parties are available in person and imagine having to do all this when you’re on a short trip from a foreign country.
