I've been to a lot of gyms in DHA but I'm an active member of Activo since 2019. The gym environment is wonderful and totally hygienic. The best thing about Activo is their trainers, Everyone is so helpful and professional.

My affiliation with Activo Fitness Gym dates back to December 2019 - the very time Hammad opened up the branch in Phase 4, DHA, Lahore - and so it's a been around 3 years now that I have been regularly hitting it. Not like it was lacking anything, had it all covered from super supportive & friendly training staff to state-of-the-art machines to the fine things such as lockers, air refreshers amidst others, the expansion of a dedicated cross-fit & functional fitness floor gives ample space and room to get any kinda work out in. 2 separate weight training and cross-fit floors push you to do & achieve more in terms of your fitness targets (pictures of both floors attached). Really gotta appreciate all the innovations & the flexible schedules (especially for Ramadan) Hammad bhai comes up with. In my opinion, Activo and the management is worth every praise and they totally deserve every accolade they get! *** If you are in Lahore or specifically in DHA, you should definitely check out Activo Fitness Studio in FF Block, Phase 4, DHA (on 1st floor of Butt Sweets). Been going here for months and I am absolutely loving it. It's a very neat facility, well equipped with required machines and perfectly managed by Mr. Hammad. The trainers give due attention to all clients and spread great motivation and enthusiasm. The amazing track/music selection makes the experience even better! :D This place feels like 2nd home. If I look forward to attending Activo every evening -- need I say more?

This gym is spot on. Equipped with everything one would need. The staff is good and the timings are perfectly aligned with what I was looking for. Great place to be at. I'd advise that most machinery and mats to be sanitized often as a lot dirt and sweat accumulates gradually. I wish more people would put on deodorant and put the weights back to their places but hey that's how it goes.

Activo Fitness Studio is one of the finest gyms in the vicinity!! Excellent weights and machinery!! The place is quite spacious where you can workout without feeling congested! Flexible males and females timings with well qualified/certified trainers!! Overall its a great place for your everyday workout!! 👍

It’s been two years, and still in my view this gym is one of the best gym in DHA Lahore. The guys are friendly and the way they help one another build is on another level.... specially “ALI” He is too friendly and helped me to build.... whoever wants to join I prefer this ..... 🔥🔥

I am really impressed with Hammad skills to manage gym so efficiently. I did exercise in lot of gyms but never found gym owner so educated and down to earth like him. Overall gym ambiance is cool and very motivating. Best co gym atmosphere I ever found in any gym. Highly recommended.

Activo Fitness is one of the best gym. They have some of the best trainers in the business. I've been a member of this gym for over two months and I've already noticed a significant improvement in my energy level. The environment is pleasant, and the staff is helpful. Visiting Lahore, I had to keep up with my training so called the gym and I was happily taken as a guest on a very nominal charge for a week. The gym is perfect with all that one needs to do hardcore training. I would love coming back here. A very humble and supportive staff ❤️❤️❤️

Joining Activo has been an incredible experience...The workout classes are going exceptionally well and as a person who had a hard time losing weight, I would recommend anyone to join asap if they're really into losing weight or maintaining their figure.

The best gym I’ve found in Lahore ever. Our gym instructor(Aneeka Khan) is the best instructor ever, she motivates us very well moreover she is the sweetest person in the universe. Activo Fitness is my current gym of choice in Lahore. The quality of the equipment and classes you get for the money you pay is excellent. My favorite aspect of this gym is definitely the instructors; both Anika and Rehma are exceptional teachers who impress me every visit with their abilities and positive attitudes. One of the best Gym located in DHA Phase 4 Lahore. Neat and clean environment with COMFORTABLE vibes for ladies and gents both. GYM fee is affordable if we compare with other gyms in town, it includes access of multiple floors with full range of machines. Highly recommended.

The one month I spent at this gym was a nightmare, no tissues, extremely dirty gym, dirty and dusty machines and mats, dirty wash room , impolite management , they don't turn the acs on even on the cardio floor unless you pleed with them almost everyday , there's no ventilation and gym is always very hot and suffocating , the sweat smell is always trapped inside , trainers are ok but the other management doesn't know how to talk to members !!! Will never ever even think about going there again ! 👎👎👎
