    This is the worst surgery in the whole of Braford. They have very low customer satisfaction scores when compared with other GP practices . They have 7000 patients and only two GP's where as other practices nearby have 7 GP's for 8000 patients. They are overstretched and it clearly shows in they way they treat their patients. Their appointments are usually weeks away and they have lost my samples on a number of occasions. This is a very bad practice that needs to be investigated.

    Such a rude receptionist! Lazy and unhelpful doctor! My father was registered with an other surgery before but recently changed here as the other one was too far for him to go, this was our first ever and last experience with them! My father had an infection in his toe it was getting bigger and bigger day by day and changing colours, we rang for an appointment the receptionist asked us to send some pictures proof for them to see if he even needed to be seen by the doctor! We send the pictures and heard nothing! For days, called back and asked for an appointment again and got told it’s not bad enough for us to be seen by a doctor! We will just send a prescription for you to collect in 1 hour, and make an blood test appointment after a month of having those medicine. Okey fair enough…. We went to collect the prescription multiple times and were getting told that it hasn’t came through…. Got in contact with receptionist again after being in a que for a whole 3 hour LITERALLY! Only to find out that the doctor was too lazy to send the prescription over to the pharmacy! when we clearly said “it’s an emergency” my father toe was so badly infected it was getting bigger and it was so painful he could not even walk!!! The receptionist doesn’t even let you explain your problem and cuts you of in the middle of you talking!

    One of the worst surgeries out there . Doctor Abbas and Rafaqat do not care about children or adults, they seem to think drinking water and calpol will cure all infections, not gathering the fact there are bacterial infections that exist too . I had a bad infection that Dr abbas did nothing about but shivan prescribed me antibiotics and I was fine. They think the NHS are their dad they don't want to give antibiotics out., report them to health ombudsman

    Appalled at the practice. The level of care and consideration given when you have an appointment is obsurd. The Dr's just brush off there jobs and don't even give you a proper consultation never mind a referral.The practice does not do a great job. Phone lines are ridiculous can never get through. Receptionists are not trained properly to do there job. Not there fault as the management is all about the finances and doesn't really care whether a good service is provided or not. Dr's to busy playing squid games.

    They really don't even deserve any stars if I could give zero I would. Absolutely horrendous in giving appointment it's like fighting a battle and your always going to loose because 'receptionist are only doing there job' . Ring between half 8 and 9 I have been on the phone since 8:40 to get through an hour later for them to say no appointments it's a vicious cycle EVERY DAY and these don't seem to care there. They say there capacity of patients is 2000+ there's no good having that many people if you cannot cater to them with your time slot being half an hour to book appointments till 6. I actually get advised to ring out of hours whilst the surgery is opened what logic is that. Its absolutely disgusting I don't know how the company is running and this isn't even how it is because of covid its gone on for a long time you'd think they had a duty to care lol silly me.

    My experiences here were absolutely ridiculous. It led to the reason for my transfer to another surgery. It is run by one of the most insensitive, disregarding and unhelpful doctor known as Dr Rafaqat. From rushing patients appointments and making them feel unwelcomed to failing to complete mandatory assessments. This just shows the laziness of her way of working and the failure of her role as a Doctor. A Doctor is someone who is supposed to make you feel valued and find the correct ways of getting better, which is 100% not found here. Don’t just stay because it’s convenient. Find a better surgery which will treat you like a human.

    The most appalling receptionist and service ever they open at 8:30 I rang them up about 5 times no answer so I drove there watched the receptionist laugh and talk amongst themselves whilst trying to ring them and get through and honestly the NHS need to do a thorough inspection of this so called doctor surgery.(pharmacy is actually very good)

    Almost impossible to make an appointment. No wonder more and more NHS services are being contracted to private companies when the level of service is so poor. After 23 attempts, my call was finally selected to be put through to a receptionist however I've been on hold for 40 minutes and still waiting to speak to the receptionist. This is not an isolated incident. Last month I couldnt bare holding and went into the surgery to make an appointment only to be told to go home and carry on trying on the phone. The staff are truly doing everything possible to avoid speaking to patients or book appointments so the doctors can carry on surfing the net. Update 6/12: took me an hour and 27 minutes to get through to reception. Spoke to Ross who simply was not interested at all and told me to call again the following morning to speak to a doctor. Unbelievable. This receptionist Ross/Rose needs to undergo a customer service training course.

    Worse doctors ever. I can't breathe due to a bad chest infection that keeps coming and going so the doctor gave me anti depressants instead of amoxicillin. No wonder people are dying. My advice, change doctor or go straight to hospitol

    This surgery is absolutely atrocious, the doctors just rush patients never give the help needed and the receptionist are even worse were they don’t do the job that is required for them to do. It has happened several times where I just ring and no one picks up, they once answered the phone after an hour which is terrible. This surgery is one of the most unprofessional, all they want to do is get they’re salary and are careless about patients even if they have the biggest problems they are not their to help. The best way to clean up this surgery from my experience is to get rid of the so called “dr” fozia Abbas, this “doctor” gets rid of you without providing you with any help or information and just fobs you off with inaccurate medication where Google can be better alternative. I warn you people to do something about this I’m sure I’m not the only one, I have also contacted local councillor. Need to start sorting themselves out ASAP, worse patient service ever.

    Wanted to book an appointment was at the surgery.. was told if i need to make an appointment need to telephone. So i told the receptionist I will call straight away.. ok she replied.. didn't pick call at all tried 3 times...10 to 15mins on hold didn't pick. Don't know why couldn't give me appointment when I was right there at the surgery... just ridiculous tbh..

    Absolutely sick of these some of these receptionists always making mistakes with my child's medication I put the prescription in and when I go to collect it Only half the stuff is there phone up to speak to someone and they are so rude no telephone manner if your going to be a moody cow why come to work. This doctors is terrible can't even get an appointment everything is over the phone if your luck to get a phone call and not all the receptionist are moody just 2 of them the rest are lovely and do help this one just could not be bothered.

    Only if I could give them 0 stars!!! Been on call 8:50 for over an hour and no one answered!!! Called again 10 minutes later they said you have to call before 10. It has also been over a year since I reported my fungal infection. Still no treatment or any referrals made for me. Absolute joke. Transferring my gp. I will not recommend anyone to join valley view. Stay away if you care about your health!!! I have also made a report against them to nhs authorities.

    The surgery was quiet the guy seeing my Mother in law was nice, the receptionists were so unhelpful at all desks and practally voiceless, not the best experience. Not one member of staff managed a smile or greeting.

    Absolutely disgusting surgery. Doctors need to be investigated by the general medical Council. The receptionists are incompetent at job and very rude who need sacking - Never answer phone calls, nor know what is happening with medications or test results. Run by clowns!! Stay away!!

    Called today , spoke To the receptionist regarding pain in the throat and chest , been having a really bad cough and my throat is hurting , got a phone call from someone called Sandra , all they want is my throat picture over the phone , then telling me that it’s viral , the photo could not be sent I think there app is gone slow like their service , I asked to be seen at the surgery but then I was told by her that they are working from home . We know what viral means , and if it lasts more than 5 days then it’s an infection , I will be going to the hospital and if it is a infection then I will be making a complaint about this surgery to the hospital.

    I have rang this surgery on 2 occasions today waiting the 1st time for 16 minutes and then getting cut off. The 2nd call I was waiting for upto 15 minutes before I decided to walk into the surgery. As I got in to the surgery there were 4 members of staff sat in the reception area. NOT ONE OF THEM WERE ANSWERING THE PHONES. ABSOLUTELY APPALING SERVICE.

    One of the worst GP ever. Rang them about my health check. Waited 7 months for the confirmation. Finally rang me and said that we do not deal with your health ask someone else? What a ridiculous service. We will never ever visit again. What a shame that I have to ask them about my health check. They need to know about there jobs.

    By far the WORST surgery i have encountered. Never able to give a clear answer, receptionists haven't a clue about time scales or SLA’s. Never able to get an appointment pre covid let alone post covid. Avoid using this surgery at every cost have made countless mistakes with medication for both kids and partner god knows how they are still functioning.

    I don’t understand why this surgery has very low ratings on Google. I have been with them over 8 years now and i am pretty satisfied with overall experience with them. Dr. Abbass deserve 7 stars as every time you deal with her for yourself or kids she will go out her way to satisfy you explain the issues and best possible treatment. I encourage people must share their positive experience as well with the surgery so it reflects online as well as the online image is definitely not the same as my experience over the years. Thank you valley view doctors and staff

    We transferred over to Valley View Surgery due to their walking service for patient and have been patient there now for over four years. I have had to have frequent appointments due to a number of health issues including stroke last year. I have found the reception staff highly professional and patient with me. A number of times I have shouted at them off loading my stress on them, raising my voice especially over the last year however the maintained their professionalism and continued to support me. I have found all the GP very caring and professional. They are all extremely helpful and caring. I have always got appointment when I needed it and have had doctors call me back when I have left messages.

    I called up today at 8:30 been on the phone for half and a half hours and they picked up at 10:03 and I asked for a appointment and they said they don’t have anything I should of called before 10am this is ridiculous! These people don’t care and they won’t be so busy that someone has to wait for so long so they can here to call back another day as it’s 10am and don’t have any appointments available after 10am
