I have used Home Alive Pets for sometime now by shipping from their Alberta location. I find their pricing competitive and better be than local pet stores. They don't sell cheap stuff. They sell name brand products. I buy all my dog food from Home Alive Pets. I'm happy to see they are now here in Kelowna, it will save with shipping times. I love this store and will definitely make it my go to store for all our dog & cat food moving forward. It’s clean, well laid out, it has the biggest selection of dog & cat food under one roof(including raw food) at great prices with friendly & knowledgeable staff. Don’t miss their 10% off the entire store on the first Tuesday of every month. they also have lots of dried bully sticks that double as chew toys for your furry friend or lashing toys for you.

Bloody love this place! Everything you need for your pup is here. Toys gallore, medications, cleaning supplies, probiotics, frozen food, dry food, treats, harnesses, life jackets and it goes on! Definitely our favourite place to shop. We love the life jacket we got our pup from here!

Super place to get the best for your cat or dog. They have everything you need. The only thing they dont have is the really cheap foods you can buy elsewhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you need them. First Tuesday of every month is 10% off too! Lots of parking.

Amazing staff at this location! I have sound absolutely everything I have ever needed for my pets here. Ive always veen greeted with a smile and asked If I need help with anything. I especially like their 'how did we do' box by the door!

I am so unbelievably impressed with this pet store. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and their prices are really competitive. Their product selection shows how much they truly care about the health and well-being of our pets. What truly blows me away is that I’ve requested products that Homes Alive Kelowna could carry and I’ve actually started seeing them on the shelves! I feel heard and valued as a customer. I refer to this store as the Costco of pet stores! It’s awesome, so much selection and they usually have some pretty good deals too. I love that they have a scale, pet accident clean up stations and water. They also have a community board which is nice to check out. Very big selection for raw food and raw treats.

Solid selection of products, and higher quality products too. Looks like some BC and locally sourced options as well. I only have a cat so I cannot fully qualify their dog selection but it looked good!

Great staff and service. They also have a super lenient return policy which is very attractive for new dog owners that live a bit of a distance away. I feel comfortable overbuying as I know I can return within 90 days.

Lots for cats & dogs. Not 1 thing for birds. Birds like treats, toys, nesting material, all sorts of seeds. BUT not ONE THING FOR A BIRD! SMH

Homes alive pets are awesome, they have all the brands I'm looking for. Always have good sales. And samples. Staff is excellent. The only thing I dont like is they charge for delivery if you order online.

I've only been in a few times and each time my impression was that they have the same high prices as the little shops, but without the personal service feel you get at those. And everytime it took FOREVER to get through the till! Nothing particularly bad about the place otherwise, but I honestly see no reason to go here. PetSmart is lower prices and no worse for service while the smaller shops are no more expensive and have way better service.

Staff are always so pleasant and helpful store is always clean,well stocked and staff are always there if you need them. Prices are comparable or better than others definitely switching to home alive full time

This store is unreal. The options are endless and the only store in town that carries our brand of food, besides our vet. The staff is always available to help. There is a weigh station for your dog that is the only one I have found big enough to accommodate my dog. The best part is that they are open until 10pm, 6 days a week.

OMG! Such awesome hours they are open until. Mon-Sat 8:00am-10:00pm Sun 9:00am - 6:00pm "Home Alive Pets" has "THE BIGGEST EVER" for Cats & Dogs or Dogs & Cats as it stands to this day in the entire Okanagan Valley. I always ask for help here because by the time I am ready to pay, I end up with new information I didn't know before each visit here at this location. Prices are comparable to other local pet stores here in Kelowna, BC.

Large selection of raw and quality dry, dehydrated and wet foods. Lots of supplements and care /hygiene products. Great treat/chew bins. Always clean and stocked neatly. The staff are all kind & aim to please and many are very friendly, down to earth and personable while maintaining professionalism.
