I have been bringing my very anxious yoriki to Social Pets to be groomed for years. She always comes out happy, smelling great and looking even better. She is very shy around new people but is extremely comfortable with both the baiters and groomers. I cant wait to take her in again as she is so energetic, happy and cuddly after she comes home after a spa day!

Brittany at Social Pets on Pandosy is amazing. Our Portuguese Water Dog, Phillis can be a handful. Brittany’s way of working with Phill left us feeling at ease. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to her to have their furry family member get groomed, plus the shop is super clean and it’s fun for the dogs to have a little shop around after their new hairdo!

We have been bringing Atticus for grooming since he was about 8 months. He was very nervous to begin with but Sarah worked with him and won him over. He is now four and a half and absolutely loves Sarah. He’s very happy with the treatment he receives and so are we. Highly recommend Social Pets.

Our portuguese water dog Rosie has been going to see Sarah and her team since she was little. Now 7 she is not afraid and beautiful when I pick her up. They do an outstanding job.

The best groomer I’ve ever taken my girl to! Brittany is amazing and so accommodating. Excellent service, and does a fantastic job grooming our sweet Bella. She hated getting groomed, but since we’ve taken her to Brittany she gets so excited every time, and never wants to leave! The grooming department has to be the best in BC. Ask for Brittany, she’s FANTASTIC! I’ve lived all over Canada and she is the only groomer who took the time to work with my difficult dog, he’s never looked better and seems happy to be there.

My dog is an absolute handful for his nail trim but this place is so kind and understanding and they always do it right away and it takes 10 minutes. Love it!

I have been taking my yorkie for the past three years. It has progressively gotten worse with the grooming. We have noticed very uneven cuts. From shaved areas to long areas. Don’t know if there is major turn over with staff but every time I have to fix it when we bring her home. Looking for a new groomer with consistency…

I didn't truly appreciate how hard Sarah and Brittany and their team work until I attempted to groom my own doodle!! We have two 60 lb doodles and have been extremely happy with how well they are groomed every 2 months. Sarah has been so accommodating to our schedules and I would recommend them to anyone.
