Sorry I can't give higher rating. Hygenists are great, Malfair is ok for the time he spends with you. Nicole is amazing. Where they lose points for me is the following: They don't direct bill with insurance companies, they aren't open on Fridays or wknds making you wait much longer but the biggest deal breaker for me is reception...Colleen is very stand off-ish and you have to work to get her to be nice. Some short notice cancelled apts on their end due to covid, flu, etc but not the same when it comes to patients needing to rebook w/o threatening fee. And anger from reception(only once needed to cancel) not a good vibe for me and now curt email asking if I want to come in again after last rude interaction. Should treat patients like customers, not invaders when they come in or on the phone.

Dr Stephen Malfair and his staff always do a great job on my acid eroded teeth. Everyone at this dental office has done a fantastic job in building my teeth up with fillings to get rid of all the chips and thinning areas. They feel great now. Getting to know some of them shows me how friendly and personable they are and makes the dental visit that much better. Thanks for all your good work Paul Dayman

Amazing team! Colleen at the front is super understanding and caring and the whole team is super caring and patient. As someone who has anxiety i will 100% recommend this dentist to anyone, they walk me through everything during the process and are great about finding a time that works for you. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This has been my dental office since I was a kid. My entire family still goes here. I recently had a dental emergency and Colleen fit me in for an exam within a couple of hours. 2 days later and my tooth is fixed! You can tell that everyone in the office genuinely cares about the patients. They go above and beyond. I struggle with anxiety and the team has been nothing but understanding, patient, and reassuring. Additionally I was struggling to get my new insurance plan figured out and they were super helpful with that! They will also be proactive in following up regularly, which is really helpful for someone like me (I promise to be more consistent, I did book my cleaning! Haha). I’m super appreciative of everyone here, thanks again!!

My experience has always been good at Dr. Malfair's office even though going to the dentist is not my favourite thing to do. I'm always provided with good care and the staff are very prompt and efficient. All the staff are kind, friendly, and professional including the front desk personnel, hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Malfair himself! My teeth are in great shape thanks to their work!!

I've always had a wonderful and friendly experience with Love your smile dentistry. Dr. Mayfair is fair and thorough. The hygienist are always amazing and just lovely ladies. Through the years (18+) I've never had an issue. Good location, good parking. Colleen we love you and the rest of the awesome staff! 👌
