A great spot to take your dog for a swim. The beach is pretty rocky so if your walking in the water its good to bring some rubber sandals

This is ultimately one of the best dog beaches in Kelowna. The beach is clean and water is close and accessible to the picnic table. Our dog just jumped right and had a blast.

Most beautiful scenic dog park in Kelowna. Large off leash area with panoramic lake view. A picture is worth a thousand words. Just wish people visiting would pick up after their pets. Let's keep the park clean.

New favourite dog park in Canada. Our pooch enjoyed the beach front! The storeline is small slippery stones but it's still enjoyable to swim! There are spaces out picnic tables and a few are shaded. Great off leash beach for all to enjoy. Everyone we met was friendly. Will definitely return next trip to Kelowna!

Nice area for being 1 (one ) of only a few DOG πŸ• ALLOWED spots still open. They seem to becoming less and less dog -friendly .. and dirtier . Like many parks etc..the ity needs to maintain them MUCH better.

A little bit of a drive from downtown Kelowna but worth it. Lots of space to play with your dog and a pretty good view.

Must love dogs! A great beach for dogs to run and play off-leash, swim or drink from the lake. Not a great place for bikes, or runners, or to lie at the beach, as it is very rocky. Not a place to picnic as dogs do what dogs do, including table dancing.

We have visited an excellent place. Among the best vineyards we have found on our tour of British Columbia. The quality of its wines and the complements that accompany it have caught our attention. This vineyard is characterized by a modern, spacious architectural design and beautiful views of Lake Okanagan. We cannot forget the quality of the sommelier Jacob. Thank you very much .

Nice place for some friends and your/their dogs. Lots of dogs without leashes (it is a dog park after all), and a bit of a hill to walk down/up from the parking lot. Bring sandals, some of the rocks are sharp. Shade can be a bit sparse, but there are a fair few decent areas if you look.

Took me a minute to find a dog friendly park that was on the lake. Loads of upon run green space at the top to the right of the parking area and friendly and easy to navigate mini switch back trails down to the water with benches and shaded seating so your furbabies can play in the lake and have shade on those scorching summer daya

Lots of seating around here, some great views around and across the lake. Beautiful place. Plus there is a off leash dog park with lots of friendly people. If you are ever sad I'm sure you could go and a friendly pup or two would come over to be friends and play. I can't see anything wrong with that. Go and have some fun!

Rocky Beach, but dog friendly, not overly busy and plenty of space. Small boat launch, washroom ( port a potty ) picnic areas

Dog owners have been responsible. We typically stay up on the very top side with the grassy field. It could do with some more trees but is well mowed and a good spot for the dogs to run about.

Quick stop after a hike. Great views with a rocky beach. Was very quiet.

Great dog park. Our pup loves to swim and chase rocks on the beach.

This park is soo worth the drive down lake shore from anywhere in Kelowna! With the beautiful multi purpose field to the newly renovated pathways and stairs it's like Disneyland for dogs and people alike! Took a visiting girlfriend a few weeks back and we were in awe of the beauty this time of year! Well done city of Kelowna!

This is a wonderful Dog Park! There is an upper grass field and a lower trail that leads you down to the water. Lots of room for many dogs to play. Bring your own water for your pups. There is no fresh water for the dogs. Yes there is a lake but in the upper field there are no trees and no water. If you just want to swim you can drive past the park and park in the lot closest to the lake. Great spot!

A nice little off-leash area that is along the lake. Didn't have to worry about a sandy dog as it is rock beach. There are a few fox tails on the upper areas so be careful of that.

First time taking my 9 month german shepherd pup there. After about 10 minutes he loved the lake. Love going here. πŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’™

This is a lovely, big dog beach. There is plenty of space to distance and it is smooth rocks which is good for the dogs toes. Dogs had a blast!

One of the few dog parks situated on the water. Big green space to throw the ball in the top level (with really incredible lake views) and a lake side walk on the lower level. The beach is rocky but has lots of big picnic tables to sit at. I would suggest parking at the upper level because it's bigger and less crowded. The bottom level is also a boat launch, so just watch your pet while in that parking lot. There is stairs and a (steepish) path going up and down between the two levels. If you have mobility issues you would be fine to park on the bottom level and walk the gravel path along the lake. The green pitch on the top is accessible for people with mobility issues but might be a little more challenging for a wheelchair.

Nice park, parking sucks sometimes in the summer but it's awesome to take the dogs though, difficult to launch a boat due to lack of space... but awesome spot to paddle board, kayak or swim (it's rocky!)

Nice spot to take pictures of the okanagan lake! A must stop if you are driving around the area. There are some parking spots available.
