Received an email about buy 2 gift cards receive 3rd one at 50% off, staff refused to honour the deal. It was a holiday email sent out. Exit Penticton much better service and experience. Update: Thank you Codi for taking your time out to acknowledge and correct the issue and experience we had. I want to note that we had a much better experience with your team member, Elliot. Elliot was kind, knowledgeable and assisted us very quickly. Everyone was very apologetic and kind. We are happy to feel comfortable enough to return here with our family and friends to give it another chance. Thanks again.

Staff were friendly and the room had a few neat mechanisms, but we ran out our clock knowing the combination to a lock that neither us nor the staff could open. We never did see if the lock was even set right, it was never opened despite quite a few attempts. We were not offered any additional time

Went there for a work Christmas party on Dec 7 and had a blast! CJ was an AMAZING host. She made the night so fun and is clearly very experienced and good at her job. We did the Pirate Cove and Haunted House. Both were a fun challenge!

We had a good time at Exit Kelowna. The room was difficult and challenging but lots of fun. Sydney helped us out alot and she was super friendly!

Super fun! Really cool puzzles to solve! We didn't quite manage to complete our room but we had fun trying!

Incredibly fun experience! We tried the Potions 🧪 themed room and had a blast! Any potter lovers this is the one for you! Lots of exciting twists and turns and we were able to escape with 2 seconds to spare! Looking for an exhilarating family friendly time? This is for you!

It was fun, staff were very nice. Seems like you should get more than an hour for $130 (family of 4) and they don't offer a lower rate for children (which they should because honestly they just make my solving the puzzle more difficult)

Came in on the 21st with some friends.it was a real unique and fun experience everything was really clean and well presented.the staff were very awesome had a great time will be back the next time I'm in kelowna

Had a pretty good time but found the room we did to be pretty easy when comparing to all the other escape rooms companies I've tried. They also charged my sister the full 34 dollars for entry on my 6 year old nephew. I understand maybe charging half cost for a small child but full price kinda brought us to surprise. Other escape companies I've done either don't charge for young kids or a small 10 dollar fee.

Good outing in the winter for families, couples and friends. Book online in advance to ensure smooth sailing when you get there. Booking times are to ensure a good experience for everyone. Staff is super easy to work with and helpful. For example: last time we went they had multiple groups of teens acting like......****s, they were loud, intrusive and disruptive to other customers. The staff maintained professional and patient demeanor the entire time. Including when they all did donuts and raced back and forth in the parking lot. Gold stars to the staff for not responding negatively.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the room we did! It was the haunted one. We would definitely recommend!! The young woman who was working on July 27th (the night we went) was super nice and overall gave us a very pleasant experience.

We decided to visit as a fun extra thing to do during our mothers day trip and it was such a great experience! It wasn't to hard to figure out what we had to do in the escape room (the pirate one) and we ended up escaping with 13 minutes left! Everything felt very clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly! We would 100% go back.

Called to book and was told we had booked for a specific time slot. When we came in they said it had already been booked and they did not actually book us in. First person we talked to accused us of calling the wrong room and implied that it was our fault we were not booked in. Their coworker came out and clarified they did speak to us on the phone and messed up. Offered no way to make it out. Bad customer service.

We had a great time, and the family enjoyed this venue versus "just" a movie or regular night out. Girls behind the counter were very friendly and informative!

This was our first ever Escape Room experience. So can't compare. However, we got maximum bang for our buck. The staff were very courteous and super helpful. The puzzles were very thoughtfully and aptly framed as per the theme. We thoroughly enjoyed the hour. It passed by in a jiffy.

It was an awesome experience. The staff were nice and friendly. Something I would do again as a group event

So much fun! My friends and I have beaten Potions, Black Ops and Haunted. The staff is always great in both their instructions and attitude. Heading to Pirate Cove next and then making an afternoon out of the Penticton location.

Pretty ordinary experience. One lock was missing, so we started with one puzzle already solved, then electricity in a separate room wasn't working, and EXIT host had no clue about any reasoning or logic behind game - only answers. Might have been an off night, but poor training of staff / compounding issues made for a pretty poor session overall, especially at a cost of $30 per head. Would avoid.

Had a great experience here. Staff were friendly and the room our group did (Haunted), had good flow to it and clever puzzles. Would definitely like to try some other rooms.

Kids and I had a great time! Have done three of the rooms and they were all well done and a lot of fun! Staff was great too! A great way to spend a rainy day indoors.

Love this place! I have done 2 of the rooms and have already booked to do more!! The potions one has been my favourite so far!! The staff are friendly, fun, and helpful! The rooms are very well thought out and you can tell they have put time and effort into them!

I love doing the escape rooms, I have already been twice recently and am booked to do more! The staff are always super friendly and explain everything really well! It would be cool to see more themed rooms available but I know there is limited space.

I had a great time at this escape room and it was a super fun thing to do for a birthday party. All of the staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. When we asked for hints they were very descriptive. I recommend trying it out sometime.

My wife and I did the Harry Potter themed room. It was very well done and an exciting room to play. The rules and story and everything was really well explained by the staff. Will definitely return!

After having never done an escape room, my family and I attempted the potions room on Saturday. It was a very creative setup and also challenging. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us our hints whenever we asked. In the end we did not escape, but I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to do a group activity. Definitely worth the time as it is well priced.

I normally love Exit and have a great time. I went last week with my coworkers and we were very disappointed. First I will say all the staff were wonderful and polite but our room was not maintained at all, there was 3 pretty important things broken in our room (Pirate cove) that we had to call staff in to fix. These broken items took not only a lot of our timeslot but we would not have been able to move on as they were all things that led to the next clue.
