A nice park adjoining Kelowna downtown. A lot of activities to do, taking photos, walking by the Marina overlooking the Okanagan Lake, admiring the historic Sails sculpture that dates back in October 1977 and listening to talented musicians singing at the park. Kelowna downtown has some restaurants and stores to shop on.

Greta place to go for a walk. It's so beautiful with the mountains in the background and being so close to downtown. The tourism office is right nearby and they are great too. The ogopogo is also a great picture opportunity. Definitely worth a walk through this park if you are driving through Kelowna. You won't regret it!

Located adjacent to downtown Kelowna, this waterfront park is a beautiful place to walk around and spend a leisurely afternoon in or engage in diverse activities including swimming, sunbathing, watersports, beach volleyball etc. We found an added attraction this time – an inflated floating playground on the lake for the kids. This park has a nice boardwalk, lots of green space, and offers a wonderful view of Okanagan Lake along with the floating bridge. We were lucky to be with a flock of Canadian Geese wandering on the grass in a very close proximity. Depending on the time (and date) of the year, various street performances can also be watched here viz. magic shows, music / dance performance, kids plays etc (we watched some during our earlier visit). A very enjoyable leisurely afternoon stroll in the park can easily be turned into a fun-filled evening with food and drinks as there are a number of restaurants and pubs offering a wide choice of cuisines within minutes of walking distance, mostly located on Bernard Avenue in downtown Kelowna. We really enjoyed spending our time here during our stay in Kelowna.

Beautiful park in downtown Kelowna. You can walk along the promenade and take in Okanagan Lake. It's a wonderful break from any shopping or dining you may take in. Lots of different things to take in along the walk.

Kerry Park was a great place for a walk as it was alive with activities. We listened to bands playing or buskers performing. Or tried our hand at playing the pianos found in the area. Lots of restaurants to pick from to sit and enjoy a meal watching boats docking in.

Kelowna's downtown lakefront is compact, beautiful, and full of life - everything from the bridge to Tugboat Beach is walkable, and Kerry Park is one of the numerous connected parks along Okanagan Lake. Be sure to pay homage to the statue of Ogopogo, the mascot of the entire Okanagan Valley, right beside the Sails.

Only place downtown where you can hang out and have a beer or ice cream 2 steps away and enjoy the view.
