We spent 2 nights on our family vacation. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool with the slide. The hotel looks modern and well kept. Staff is respectful and friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast was great, the sensation for the kids was the waffle machines.

Well managed hotel. We were comfy and happy with our stay. Great pool for kids. Booking was a bit of a chore. Next time I'll book direct with the hotel and refuse to deal with an offshore booking agency.

All the employees are extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Every one should have a raise for their exceptional service. Thank you for making my trip as enjoyable and friendly as possible. Stay here if you like friendly people and newly renovated rooms. -Dee

Rooms were spacious and dog friendly. I enjoyed the hottub and free breakfast, however our sheets hadn't been cleaned (food splatter was under the blanket) but they gave us extra sheets so we could make our own beds and otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Good location and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and convenient. My only complaint isn't the hotel's fault: government of all levels has to get tough with the drug addicts and quit giving them a safety net or else they will just continue being addicts and stay in choice places like Kelowna.

After a debacle of dealing with Flair Airlines, they finally agreed to set us up with this wonderful hotel. It is extremely clean and the staff are fabulous. It was definitely a big sunshine on a stressful day! The pool area (w/ Waterslide) was very clean despite facing heavy use. The rooms were a fair size and spotless. The hot breakfast was replenished frequently and you were greeted by friendly staff willing to help at every corner. It is very evident that the staff/management take pride in this property. I will definitely recommend this property to any of our friends who are looking for accommodations in Kelowna.

I just recently left a long positive review for the Comfort Suites on Tripadvisor. So yes, here we are again. Just flew in from Amsterdam and just chilling a day before driving back home. Always clean, friendly and good. Pool looks great. Good breakfast. Staff are doing a great job keeping up with the summer rush.

Customer service was just amazing. Both rooms were dirty. The toilet seat was absolutely DISGUSTING... and in the other room we found a rotten apple by the night stand. We didn't complain, I didn't think it would make a difference! We had fun I the pool. And our breakfast was yummy. Overall was a good stay.

We have stayed at this particular Comfort Inn & Suites a few times. They never disappoint. Nice & Clean .. great continental breakfast.. and the ladies up front are awesome. Dalila made sure we had everything we needed and was great. We will choose stay there again and again

Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was sufficient with an excellent hostess. The pool and water slide were great for kids indoors. And the hot tub was perfect for adults. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent with great pressure. We stayed 1 week this time and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice amenities, very clean rooms & friendly staff that allowed us to check in early. Smallish pool but it has a waterslide, so it’s great for if you’re travelling with kids. We were also allowed a 4 hour early check in, which was nice. Complementary breakfast with an amazing lobby & dining area.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great (Waffle maker is a crowf pleaser), rooms are spacious and clean, indoor pool with waterslideis rare. Location of perfect and staff is helpful and friendly.

Our hockey team spent the weekend at the hotel for a hockey tournament. The staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating of our schedule. Hermelina, in the breakfast bar, was interactiving with the parents and kids, encouraging, helpful and kind! The front desk staff was always accommodating and lovely to deal with! Not to mention the kids (and adults) had a blast on the water slide! Great job Comfort Suites on a job well done!

If a good night sleep is what you're looking for, may I suggest another hotel. I've stayed here a few times, and the pillows and mattresses in the rooms suck. Pillows are hard, lumpy, and about half the size of a queen pillow. The mattresses are well used with dips and lumps. Of all things, 'Comfort' is what's not being delivered. 😕

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Also has free complimentary breakfast in the morning. Price is reasonable to other hotels and availability in Kelowna area.

We would stay again ! Great bang for your buck - Family hotel. Location - Restaurant and Liquor store within a two minute walk. Sushi and curry options. Free Breakfast and a decent cup of Java. Breakfast area was clean and was staffed for the complete service from what I could tell. Pool and water slide were clean and well kept. Loved the bar table looking into the pool area. Husband and I were able to sit back and relax while supervising our son in the pool. Room was clean had no issues with housekeeping. Staff was friendly & helpful and had no signs of Covid burnout and actually cared about providing good customer service with a smile on their face!

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, quiet and had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub was perfect for the kids to burn off some energy. The buffet breakfast was pretty good too.

We came with an entire hockey team and the hotel was great. If you have teenagers that can eat, the breakfast will save you money. The pool was nice. There's a small fitness room with some workout stuff. The staff was great. It's close to 3 hockey rinks. Lots of food options close by aswell.

Stayed here multiple times and each time has been excellent! Very clean, staff is super friendly & we're made to feel safe. Housekeeping staff Krystale & Jessica were stand outs ~ so sweet & thoughtful. Highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel is by far one of the perfect Family hotels in Kelowna! The location isn't too far from the busy downtown areas, yet right near the shopping mall and several restaurants. The staff and Manager are very helpful and friendly. To boot they offer a delicious breakfast buffet. The best part is the pool and slide, fun for the whole family!

Place had a few issues, at least our room did. Put the furnace on and after an hour it set off the fire alarm, checked furnace after and it seemed to have never been cleaned. Fire alarm was also low battery and got woken up by its chirping at 12am. Stains on the couch before we entered our room, shower faucet was filthy. Other than that staff are nice, complementary breakfast was nice but the room was just mess. If you’re looking for a place to stay for the night with the family it’s not bad but I probably wouldn’t recommend

Everything very clean and neat. Lots of room for luggage. Air conditioning is not loud so that we can sleep better. Love the slide in the pool. Kids have lots of fun. Friendly staff.

Amazing stay for a family/kids. Would come again. Pool is small-ish so during peak times could be a challenge, but my boys loved the slide and pool. So much fun was had. Great that it's indoor as well for non-peak season. Staff were all so kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Only wish there was room service 😅 would def stay here again

I stayed here for the second time in two months this past week. Again, the staff is so kind, they go above and beyond, and truly do want you to have the best stay possible. Front desk staff makes sure they’re covering all their bases for security and the safety of guests. The cleaners are exceptional at what they do and have been so kind both times staying here. Everyone at this hotel works very hard to make it the safest, cleanest, most welcoming place for anyone who stays! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Gets the job done but will not be a highlight of your stay. In comparison to a newer establishment this holtel is dated. Dark decor, worn and stained carpets, limited breakfast with paper plates and plastic cutlery, very weak coffee, and very busy with malfunctioning sliding doors. Pool area was crowded, loud and small for the amount of guests. There is rather small, sad, lonely looking hot tub in the corner. Our room was quiet and mattress and pillows were adequate. Bathroom was simple with a shower curtain bathtub/shower. If you want a hotel you remember and adds to your stay choose another, otherwise enjoy your stay!

Had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, but wish there were more gluten free options.

Very good hotel for a good price. Nice and clean rooms, bathroom clean and tidy. Friendly staff, and free breakfast was great, , always a bonus. Only reason i’m giving it a 4 rating because of old and not well functioning shower head. I don’t think it’d cost a lot to change then to something newer to get a better shower.

We stayed in the beautiful, family suit......privacy, comfort, space offered were more then we expected......Breakfast, 24 hour access to coffee, tea and fresh water were appreciated. Cherry on top; very friendly staff......I left my jacket in the room and a very nice lady at the front desk (Janice?) made an afford, and I got my favorite, leather jacket in less then a week...Thank you Comfort Suites :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The waterside and pool area were great and thoroughly enjoyed by my kiddos! The beds were super comfy and the room was very quiet, compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The only thing I would mention as a negative is that the room/bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit better. There was visible dirt on the bathroom floors and the taps were dirty as was one of the toilets. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling through Kelowna!!
