Unfortunately it was spring break and there were a few junior sports teams staying at the resort. We had no housekeeping service even though we specifically went to the front desk to ask for it when we left for the day but still bed wasn't made, no fresh towels etc. Housekeeping was even on our floor at that time but no one knocked on the door. When we returned the next night from being out still no housekeeping. We went down to the pool which had no towels so had to get some from front desk. The jets in the hot tub weren't working and it wasnt very clean. Wet towels were everywhere in the pool area. I get that staffing is limited but we still paid for our stay and we had terrible service. We have stayed here before with much better service.

We are so lucky the fund is pushed into the handicapped the room size is Bigger. the bathroom shower is walkin. It looks very good and open. However after I take a shower and come for the curtain when I'm using. When I'm finished shower I open the curtain I see the water leaking all over the place. The floor is not level. The water was not to the drain. However it was going out to the Bed Room😱 Well is was unexpected happen under the Marriott....... Hopefully if the Group management can Fix it.

Was pleasantly surprised while staying here. The staff were very polite and quick to get me checked in and on my way to my room. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. I experienced one issue with my fridge while staying here and after bringing it up with the front desk it was quickly fixed. Definitely and nice choice for a hotel with plenty of food options around the area as well.

Great location, not a far drive to downtown area. There is parking and outdoor pool with waterslide and hot tub. Free breakfast is great with family with kids. The price is reasonable for what you get, no complaints!

I Had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. I had no reservation and called the hotel last minute to inquire about the pricing, Danny at the front desk made the check in process very easy, he is very kind and also offered me a discount for my 3 night stay. A day later I had to check out due to an emergency, it was 2 pm (their check out time is 11 am) and the staff still allowed me to checkout at no extra cost. Highlights: For the pricing, This hotel is the best bang for your buck if you are staying near downtown Kelowna. I compared 20-30 different places (including Airbnb’s and vrbo’s) before I settled for this hotel. The rooms are newly built, well lit, and very clean. They also offer free breakfast and the quality, quantity & taste is amazing.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kelowna is a fantastic hotel with awesome amenities and very friendly staff. I travel very consistently for work/leisure purposes and am an Ambassador with Marriott Hotels based on staying over 100 nights a year at Marriott resorts. Too put into perspective what it takes too reach Ambassador status with Marriott you have to stay 100+ nights a year and spend a minimum of 20K annually on Marriott properties. I have stayed 465 nights at Marriott properties in the past three years alone and the service I received and respect I received has been better than what I experience at some Ritz Carlton or JW Marriott resorts with the Marriott brand which are considered the highest tier hotels under the Marriott chain/most expensive. Daniel Ruel and the entire team have done an incredible job of making me feel valued and provided hospitality much better than the vast majority (close to 90%) of the stays I have had with Marriott at the Luxury or Premium level resorts. Thank you guys for your continued hospitality and I hope the team gets recognized for their hard work and dedication too hospitality. Even me going out of my way to write this review was not requested by someone, I am doing this out of genuine respect for the way they have made me feel during my stays and I also come from a hospitality background and kudos too this team and the man in charge of this team! Well done and again my highest praise for all your hard work to constantly make sure I feel like a valued guest. Thank you Fairfield Marriott Kelowna team and I look forward too many future stays!

Great location close to the airport but this is among the loudest hotels I have ever stayed at. If you need silence to sleep look elsewhere. The mini fridge is very loud, hvac is loud and difficult to control. Staff here however are great, everyone was super helpful and even the free airport shuttle was great. Breakfast was good overall but disappointing they didn't have orange juice a breakfast staple. Also so food items were sub par but the selection made up for that. The fresh cut honeydew was a very nice touch. The rooms themselves were okay, nice big new TV, but no extra blanket, and beds were below average and not particularly comfortable. Also please get your indoor air circulation system cleaned, it's filthy! Maybe this will help with some of the noise... Overall if you can get it for a good price and noise isn't a dealbreaker the value is decent for a place close to the airport.

Nice and clean, very nice staff, kids loved the pool. The location definitely something to be desired. Our friends van was broken into in the parking lot.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament, the rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel, lobby and breakfast area were all very clean and up to date. They had the best continental breakfast I have ever seen included at a hotel. with 4 teams staying at the hotel, the staff did an absolutely amazing job keeping up with the rush demand at breakfast. The pool was also well kept, with a fun slide (and open in January). The staff were all extremely pleasant, kind and attentive. They also gave us a large conference room for our team to hang out induring the evening. Well done Fairfield staff. I have been recommending this hotel to other teams I know are travelling to Kelowna.

After a two-night stay with my family of four, comments as below: Room: The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, which was a great start to our stay. Good to find a microwave in the room, which came in handy. However, one downside was that the toilet ventilation seemed to be very weak or non-functional, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, we noticed that an undersized bed sheet had been used, which affected the overall appearance of the bed. Swimming pool: The hotel's swimming pool had a fantastic feature: a 3-floor-high rotating water slide, which provided a lot of fun for both kids and adults. However, we did notice some cleanliness issues in the pool area. The water and the stairs leading to the top of the slide were not very clean, and there was a persistent rusting smell throughout the pool area. Breakfast buffet: The breakfast buffet offered a simple selection with limited choices, but it was generally satisfactory. They had options like cornflakes, yogurts, a variety of drinks, and 2-3 hot dishes (such as eggs, ham, and bacon). Additionally, they had a bakery section with waffles and other pastries. However, on the first day, we were disappointed with the scrambled eggs, as they had a hard, chewy, or rubber-like texture. Similarly, the ham was very tough and hard, which was not enjoyable. Overall, we satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

Awesome staff. Went out of their way to provide excellent service. Were genuinely friendly. Good location. Convenient to airport and restaurants. Hotel looks like new. Immaculate on the inside. Very clean and up to date. Very quiet in my room. Breakfast was great and the first time for me perogies have been included as part the morning breakfast.

First time staying in this hotel and it was great Location closer to the mall/shopping plaza and 10min drive to the kelowna lake. waterslide and small pool for kids. Complimentary breakfast, And also 24/7 coffee, tea set up in my lobby. The rooms and hotel was very neat and clean! The front desk hotel staff were friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious and modern. Great service. Yummy breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Location is central... several options to eat dinner. Enjoyed my stay!

The staff are great but this is probably the worst Marriott property I stay at. No recognition of Bonvoy status, the food is terrible, the gym always has broken equipment and they can never give a late check out. I understand they are busy but work it out.

We made the mistake of showing up at this location and making the reservation at the second location. We had just got off a 9 1/2 hr flight and the staff were more than accommodating for our mix up and worked it out so we could stay at the hotel we were at instead of driving across town. We were so thankful for the customer service!! Thank you all!!!

Decided to stay at the Fairfield Inn due to an unexpected travel change that forced me to stay in Kelowna another night. Front desk staff were very kind and allowed me to check-in early so I could have a shower and rest. They went out of their way to help me and had no obligations to do so. I greatly appreciate the hospitality! The room was clean, well furnished, supplies were in order, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I needed a good rest and that's exactly what I got. On top of that, I went out to meet some friends in the afternoon and ended up dropping my phone out of my pocket in the cab upon arrival back to Fairfield. The front desk once again helped me to contact the cab company and make arrangements to have my phone returned to me. I can't thank you enough for helping. If it wasn't obvious by now, yes, I would stay again and absolutely recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites to anyone asking.

Stayed here for two nights. Fairfield is at the lower end of the Marriott brands and I have found them to be a bit hit and miss (a number have aging decor). You could tell this one had been updated, was very clean and service was both friendly and efficient. Breakfast was quite good if typical for this type of hotel. Always appreciate the mix of hot breakfast options as well as some continental choices and waffle maker. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Tim's is a 3 minute walk away. The best gunsmith in Kelowna is just down the street too. The free breakfast rocks.

I can't believe car charging costs 5/hr here if you have a electric car. It is cheaper and faster to charge at the Tesla super chargers about 3 blocks away. If you want free charging goto the holiday inn across the street. The sofa bed is horrible, we stayed for two nights and had to change to another room due to neck and back problems. The water slide is great except that when you go up the slide with kids in their bare feet it smells like urine. Rude workers. I say Hi to the cleaners and they simply ignore you. The breakfast lady will harrass you if you take seconds, she actually asked for your room number and accused us as someone who is homeless. Nice clean rooms tho, not what I expected for a holiday.

This is a BASIC business-class hotel with friendly staff and was very clean. The complimentary breakfast is itself also very basic and underwhelming. The holiday inn express next door looks to have about the same offerings, signaling that the same person owns both locations. I truly despise the location of the towel rack in the bathroom. If I were even the slightest bit disabled, I would be at high risk of falling or straining my back trying to retrieve them. No towel hook or handle on the exterior area outside of the shower also seems like two more safety issues. I was told before I arrived that the hot tub jets weren’t working. So the temperature of the hot tub is not even close to suitable. I’m on day seven of my 12-day stay and they still haven’t been repaired. Makes me wonder if they have been broken long before my arrival. My last issue was that the television in my living room area was not hooked up to the internet, per the maintenance director’s observation. As such, I was not able to utilize the streaming services as advertised. I am finding lately that loyalty to Marriott and/or Hilton seems to be a one-way romance. Despite having a high status level, I’m not getting upgrades and services continue to be unavailable - two years into this pandemic. I might as well just start staying at the Comfort Inn or Best Western Plus.

Very friendly customer service. The front desk were very nice and professional and they made check in and out easy. The rooms were super clean and really cozy. Shoutout to the house men for turning on the entire water slide in January just for me and my brother. He was a very nice gentleman. I loved the hotel and recommended anyone in Kelowna to stay here.

We stayed one night in December and the staff were so kind & helpful. As I waited in the lobby, I noticed right away that other guests were treated with kindness and excellent service as well. We used the pool & hot tub and it was promptly cleaned of any leaves or debris prior to our dip. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good too. My daughter especially liked the pancake maker. We will definitely stay here again.

Being a Marriott Titanium Elite level, needed an in-expensive stay while in Kelowna for business. Fairfield location is perfect, rooms are a decent size, large flat screen TV, bathroom good size. Free parking and a good complementary breakfast (scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausage patty, pancakes, cereals, breads etc.). Staff were awesome. Travelled with our little pups and no issues there.

After being stranded with multiple flight cancelations, the front desk staff were AMAZING, so accommodating, and friendly. They helped make the best of an unfortunate situation. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great too. The staff really made the experience one of the best hotel experiences Ive ever had.

My Advice: If you are unsatisfied with this hotel, try staying at Ramada next door, you will be satisfied with Fairfield. Pros - Complimentary Teas, Coffee, Hot water, Infused water 24/7 - Friendly Staff - Good Working station in the room - User friendly TV; You can watch YouTube without even having to log in - TV is huge!! - Washroom is huge!! - Extra washrooms near the pool area - Soo clean and they make sure to disinfect the washroom after cleaning - Nice Pool + Jacuzzi with fun slide even though I got dizzy on the slide lol Cons - Stairs that take you to the gate of the slide are moldy, but I imagine that it’s hard to maintain this area with water constantly dripping

First time staying in this hotel and it was great! Location central to the mall/shopping and about 5-10min drive to the lake. Very family friendly with a waterslide and a small pool to entertain the kids. Complimentary breakfast with the traditional bacon, eggs, pancakes, bagels/toast and cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, thought to be very convenient in the morning. Also, 24/7 coffee, tea and lemon water was a great touch. The rooms and hotel itself was very clean! staff from the front desk to hotel staff were helpful and friendly. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and constantly cleaning to make everything right. Everyone seemed to want to make their guests experience amazing. I overheard one of the customers at breakfast saying to the staff what a great job everyone is doing and with a swift reply he said "we are trying to do our best." That's all customers want is for everyone to do their best and it really shows at this place. All in all, I will definitely stay here again!

Room was nice. The pool wasn’t heated/ was broken and the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. They said it would be fixed the next day but we were only staying one night. Kind of disappointing. Breakfast was okay.

We’ve stayed there a few times and have always slept well in the beds. Issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Tomoko at the front desk is amazing… 5 star review for her! She brought my wife and I complementary wine glasses on our getaway recently. Overall good value here!

Very nice hotel. Well maintained, staff are polite and helpful. Prices can be a bit high but average for type of hotel as well as surrounding accommodations of this type. Swimming pool with waterslide present, located close to highway and stores.

Had a WONDERFUL stay for two nights with three kids. Everyone was always smiling and happy from the front desk, the breakfast staff or the chamber maides. Always happy and helpful. A special thank you to Manny for keeping the water Slides going. Will definately stay again!

Mostly clean room and lobby. The toilet had splatter on the lid and seat from the previous occupant. Pretty gross. The room's ambient temperature was 25 C. That made sleeping tough because the AC is loud turning off and on and dries out your eyes and throat. We just had to sleep with the covers off. Breakfast was a bit better than others we've been at.

Used my Marriott Points to treat my friend and his wife as well as myself to rooms for the night. Upon arrival, I received a free upgrade to a King Suite. I would have liked to have been able to use my suite upgrade nights to upgrade my friend's room as well but the website wouldn't allow me to do this. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The King Suite was very nice and the gift bag was both unexpected and greatly appreciated. Hot breakfast buffet was nice but would have liked sausages more than the thin and greasy bacon. We were in town to check out craft beer breweries and I just wish the hotel had been closer to where we were going as it was a $20 cab ride each way. All that said, I would definitely stay here again.
