My
wife
tried
to
call
this
hotel
many
times
before
our
arrival
for
several
days
to
make
some
specific
requests,
but
the
front
desk
never
answer
the
phone.
We
always
ended
up
having
to
talk
to
a
call
centre
person.
Once
we
arrived
at
the
hotel,
we
understood
perhaps
why
they
never
answer.
They
have
to
do
everything.
There
is
no
daily
room
service
during
your
stay,
so
you
have
to
go
to
the
front
desk
for
everything.
Running
out
of
toilet
paper?
Get
in
line
with
all
the
people
checking
in
and
out.
No
towels
in
the
pool
area?
Get
in
line
with
all
the
people
checking
in
and
out.
Not
only
that,
we
had
to
wait
20
minutes
before
a
front
desk
staffer
finally
arrived
with
towels
at
the
pool.
But
let
me
be
clear,
it's
not
their
fault.
Front
desk
staff
shouldn't
be
fetching
things
for
guests.
The
complimentary
breakfast
was
ok.
I
know
the
hotel
is
charging
market
rate
for
the
rooms,
but
in
our
opinion,
it
was
not
worth
what
we
paid.
Dirty
windows
in
hall,
dirty
balcony,
bird
poop
on
balcony
door.
Not
cool.
This
used
to
be
our
go-to
hotel.
Frankly
very
disappointed.
One
last
thing.
On
arrival,
we
noticed
a
lot
of
people
who
had
booked
via
3rd
party
like
Expedia
did
not
get
the
room
they
were
promised.
Not
a
lot
of
happy
customers
at
the
front
desk
leaves
a
great
first
impression.
No
idea
whose
fault
that
would
be.
