(3 day / 2 night, vacation - had other rentals after) Personally the worst experience at a hotel ever. Started the stay with going to see the pool which was shallow at maximum depth of 1 meter and warm (not cool and refreshing on a 40C° day). Rest of the day spent outside in the city. The following night, the room above us had loud guests that arrived around 1am, I sent handful of texts to front desk, to which took almost half an hour for a reply saying they would go take care of it (I think they quieted down... or maybe just got tired and settled down). BUT that didn't really matter, the soft bed was extremely itchy... thankfully, a bug, maybe earwig, crawled over my back to give a greater sense of comfort with the itching and the party upstairs... we ended up swapping to the hard bed (which thankfully didn't itch). Lets talk about the shower now, I took a picture of the high quality shower head... to top it off, the drain struggled to stay open so the shower ended up as a nasty bath at the feet. Overall, this experience has made me never want to ever visit any best western again. (the included breakfast was nice, and in person workers were friendly. Though the breakfast was incredibly sweet (lots of sugar in those waffles and french toast).)

I was VERY disappointed in the hotel service and maintenance for what I paid. While the check in service was friendly and welcoming, the reception I got from a housekeeping request wasn't. My daughter and I were staying on our own in the hotel room for 3 nights. She was in a competition and between us we had used all the towels. I made the early morning request for new ones at 7:30am and saw her write down information (were told to do so before 10am), and told to leave the dirty towels in the tub. When I returned to the room in the afternoon they hadn't been changed, so I left it. When I came back again around 6pm, they still were there so I called the front desk. She suggested that I carry all the dirty, wet towels down to the lobby and they will exchange them. She then said they could send me some. I was given two towels and the dirty ones weren't taken, so I moved them from the tub myself. I also discovered that the security lock on the bottom of the sliding door didn't work. Normally this wouldn't be a concern, but we were on the ground floor, backing onto the parking lot, dumpsters and parking lot of the adjoining Home Depot. There were a lot of transient individuals in the area, not to mention a fight outside our window/sliding door at 3am. There was supposed to be security? I didn't even mind the stains on the carpet as it was a pet friendly room, but I would like to have security - just glad I hadn't noticed the lock was broken the first night. Regardless, the service and maintenance was definitely subpar to the fee I had to pay for 3 nights in a standard room.

Loved this hotel. We stayed here in July with our three small doggies and had a walkout room facing onto a grassy courtyard. It was a little noisy because lots of teams were staying, so lots of kids and youths around. But we loved the atmosphere: so nice to see kids having fun! The pool and hot tubs were great: the complimentary breakfast was amazingly good. We will be staying again this month.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfasts were good, the rooms pleasant and clean. Loved the pool and surrounding gardens. We were allowed to stay and use the pool and gardens for as long as we wished after we had checked out. This really added to our stay and enabled us to de stress before getting on the flight home. The food in the pub next door was excellent and staff there pleasant efficient and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

I am a rewards member. This is my 2nd time staying here. First time I was in the tower which was a far cry better than this stay where I was this time out in a first floor room out back in the motel style rooms. I travel for work and stay in a lot of hotel rooms and have seen some not great but this one really was not good at all. There was splatters of some liquid on the roof of the bathroom ceiling that looked to be cleanable but is obviously getting missed. On the bedside table there is crusty food or drink all dried up that I am not sure how old is. And overall room is not giving a cleaned up vibe along with the entire room smells off tobacco smoke like so there has been smoking allowed in this part of the hotel. Lastly the sliding door that goes outside on the first floor was never locked! Really did not give a safe feeling even after I locked it once I realized hours later into the night. I would pass on staying at this hotel.

Got stranded in Kelowna for the night, came in with a back pack and not much else. Levi saved the day. He found me a room and made sure I was taken care of. I was, and continue to be impressed by the care and service he gave me. Truly an asset and difference maker in the Hotel. The only concern was the rather esoteric coffee machine in the room, which I couldn't get to make a decent cup without grinds in it (unusual since it was a Keurig).

My family stayed here for 4 weeks with our 3 cats well we waited to move into our new home and I can't say enough amazing things about this hotel and it's staff. For starters Mary, Maggie and Jeanette who all work the front desk are INCREDIBLE. They always made sure we were well looked after. Housekeeping was amazing. We didn't want them entering the room because of the cats so we just put the garbage outside and left notes for anything we needed and they would leave it outside our door. Also the complimentary breakfast is not just cereal and toast. There is a full hot breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage and more. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Terrible I do not recommend this BW location to anyone. Service has gone down over the years and this use to be a great place to stay. Or staycation was meant to be a fun night out with the kids to use the pool eat some pizza. The pool had no towels and one of the hot tubs was empty. There are carbon monoxide warnings in the rooms that I have never seen there before. The breakfast was not good is was worm and not appealing. The pastries they have now did not get eaten. The staff not friendly or helpful they sent my mother to a washroom but did not give her the code to get in the said washroom. I was not able to get through to the front desk when calling. They did not acknowledge my Diamond Select Status which was very disappointing. I do not recommend staying here as there are much better options real close. The Fairfield Inn and Suites has friendly staff a good breakfast and a fun pool water slide.

I just went there to visit another business housed within this complex. I was really impressed with how clean, neat, tidy, and attractive it appeared as we walked around the outside. I would gladly stay there if needed. Kudos Best Western ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a beautiful hotel, would almost classify as a resort. We stayed here as part of a wedding group and everyone's room was fantastic. Those who stay in the tower felt secure as only guests staying on the upper floors have access to those floors. There were also teams staying and we didn't hear anything. Our room was on the first floor and had a balcony to the courtyard. The breakfast buffet was delicious and changed daily in regards to the meat, and bakery items.

9 days stay at this hotel. Good location, has a pool (more about that in a minute), breakfast is included, lots of parking spaces, EV charging stations. The service is great, everyone is smiling and doing its best to help guests. Everything I asked for was delivered without any problems. Breakfast is served with a good variety, repeated daily with some changes (bacon vs. sausages, pancakes vs. French toast). Always fresh, good taste. You can have as much or as little as you want. Take it to your bedroom, no questions. The pool is my only concern as the water was never crystal clean. I understand it is not a fresh but "sea" water pool, however I think it is not filtered well resulting in sickness both of my kids and I had for 3-4 days. I am not going into details, but it sure was not pleasant for the three of us. The other issue was noise made by some guests and their kids. We were on the ground floor, but some parents let their kids run up/down the hallway really late at night.

This was super modern with recent renovations which is super nice. It’s near highway 97 which seems like it will be super noise but it was not. The service ever was super nice. The breakfast service was odd because they wanted tips for an include costs to the room and I had you use paper plates which isn’t good for hotel. They do charge green fee which they should put towards upgrading the rooms with reusable cups and refill soups, shampoos and conditioners and then I would mind paying for it.

Due to the recent loss of my home in the wildfires this August I spent a month staying in the best western plus and had an amazing experience overall. Great breakfast with lots of choices, lovely staff, restaurant and pub in the same parking lot with great food and weekend entertainment, nice indoor pool with 2 hot tubs, an enclosed garden area, balconies on the tower and small patios for ground floor, electric car charging stations, RV and boat parking areas, storage (I kept my bike here), nice beds, child and animal friendly , 10/10 will stay again when coming back to Kelowna to visit after relocation. 🙏🖤 and thank you again to all the staff who were so supportive and amazing during such a difficult time for me and my daughter.

We had a pretty good stay at best western in Kelowna. The hotel room was clean, we had a great view of the city, the hotel upgraded us for free, and the staff were friendly. They gave us an extra robe when asked which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was great, a good variety of items and an espresso machine. My only complaint was that the hotel pool was so dirty and murky, you couldn’t see the bottom of it. Was really disappointed as we were looking forward to using the pool. The outdoor hot tubs were also quite dirty with bugs and dirt but not as dirty as the pool. Would love to come back if the pool was cleaned properly.

My wife tried to call this hotel many times before our arrival for several days to make some specific requests, but the front desk never answer the phone. We always ended up having to talk to a call centre person. Once we arrived at the hotel, we understood perhaps why they never answer. They have to do everything. There is no daily room service during your stay, so you have to go to the front desk for everything. Running out of toilet paper? Get in line with all the people checking in and out. No towels in the pool area? Get in line with all the people checking in and out. Not only that, we had to wait 20 minutes before a front desk staffer finally arrived with towels at the pool. But let me be clear, it's not their fault. Front desk staff shouldn't be fetching things for guests. The complimentary breakfast was ok. I know the hotel is charging market rate for the rooms, but in our opinion, it was not worth what we paid. Dirty windows in hall, dirty balcony, bird poop on balcony door. Not cool. This used to be our go-to hotel. Frankly very disappointed. One last thing. On arrival, we noticed a lot of people who had booked via 3rd party like Expedia did not get the room they were promised. Not a lot of happy customers at the front desk leaves a great first impression. No idea whose fault that would be.

Our bedding had stains on it. Our back deck had 2 doggy poo bags on it. TV has like 10 channels most of which are in another language and no guide feature. Room service never came despite requesting it. Parking lot is cramped and difficult to access at all.

The hotel is very roomy and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Very clean and bright. We loved the breakfast because they rotated different foods every day. My daughter loved the fresh fruit cocktail. Coffee was good, and they even had a nice complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. Every staff member is so nice and friendly. especially the lady ( Rhia) who helped me check in. She was so helpful and always had a beautiful smile. I definitely will bring my family to say this hotel again. I like the security of the night time too. You can not enter the hotel if you don't have a door key after 9 pm. Feel safe.👍👍👍

Great room and hotel. Helpful, friendly and speedy checkout and check in. Would have been 5 stars but had some room and billing issues. Was fixed promptly when front desk was advised. Would stay again.

The staff at this hotel are very good and friendly. There are Tesla superchargers on site as well as charge point chargers. They have an eco-friendly wing. pet friendly rooms by request. Hotel is undergoing renovations and is still a great place to go as the renovations are not intruding on the guests They have newer tower rooms that are separate from the part that is being renovated. Also, there is a very convenient, easy to use and eco-friendly taxi service called Current Taxi. that operates a fleet of all electric Teslas off this site. Getting taxis at this hotel should be relatively easier, and to boot it is the best rated company in Kelowna.

I give this place 5 stars because I can say I've stsyed/lived in many hotels in kelowna, and for some reason it seems to always be a favorite! I can't really think of any reasons to complain... I actually have a friend who is staying here at this very moment, and I've been there probably 5 out of the 7 days hes been there! Nice rooms, nothing really extravagant but comfy, clean and the best continental breakfast!! Only the best part was the waffle badder you poured into the waffle maker and chose from diff toppings, like real strawberries in surup or blueberries. I'm not sure if they have that anymore :( witch almost made me take back a star lol! Anyway... It's a good hotel to stay at and I would recommend!

We will definitely be coming back. The chef who was doing breakfast went above and beyond for my son. The staff was amazing. The pool was great my son just wanted a slide. That's not a big deal.

As a best western platinum member I expected better, we (wife, two sons and myself) arrived at the hotel and checked in. Staff was friendly but we got to the room to find out dirty and a literally booger on the wall followed by tooth brush splatter on the mirror. We asked for a different room but they told us they were sold out. So we slept there at the end of our stay they gave us one night free on our three night stay. But ultimately I would rather pay full price and have a clean room.

Just checked in. Front desk very friendly. Hotel seems clean. Slightly outdated but still stylish. Renos in progress. Two bdrm suite is an awesome setup. Update: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Sausages, small omelettes, pancakes, chunky hash browns, juices, oatmeal with all the fixings, toast, and bagels were served buffet style. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

Really nice room with well equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tubs great. Breakfast wonderful - everything you would want. Bit of a long walk to get to our room and confusing parking lot and layout but provided with map. Would recommend

This is not our first time staying here. To say this stay was disgusting and a disappointment was an understatement. Very dirty hotel room. Garbage and crumbs on carpet, dirty bed cover, literal snot on the wall beside the bed where I'm supposed to sleep, lamp gave electrical shocks when you tried to turn it on, no soap, toothpaste splashes on mirrors in bathroom from previous guest. When we complained we were told that there was no housekeeping until tomorrow and they were completely sold out so they couldn't move us rooms. So we had no choice but to be expected to stay in this filthy room and housekeeping would do a "deep clean" the next day. Toothpaste still wasn't cleaned off the mirror, and my husband ended up cleaning the snot for me so I didn't have to look at it (Disgusting). Difficulty getting allergen information from the food area in the morning. Pool was a bit outdated and starting to show signs of mould. Cut my finger on a piece of sharp tile in the hot tub. Definitely outdated, needs quality control for housekeeping, and don't think I would stay here again. We are platinum rewards members, and they did comp is one night during our stay for our trouble. Definitely newer and cleaner options in Kelowna for the same price that we've had good experiences at. Not the Best Western standard we've come to expect, and Google will not be the only place I'm leaving a review

I stayed with my daughter and grandson for a hockey tournament. Most of the staff around during our 4 days stay were polite ,pleasant to deal with. There were 4 teams of players under 13.. Continental breakfast was great. Until this morning a woman who can be a grandma to these kids was nasty.in the breakfast room Anyone could tell she doesn't want to be there working with these many kids. The pancake machine was not working properly creating a long lineup. At 7:30 AM being talked to unpleasantly left an unpleasant experience with these young people not to mention the adults in the breakfast room. It's sad this could almost be a perfect time. One person ruined it. The housekeeping staff was also great.thank you.

Location is very convenient, close to downtown and many retail stores and mall. A lot restaurants around this place. Room are standard size and type. Breakfast is complementary which is great and its continental. We love having breakfast.

Extremely clean and well run hotel. Love the tower view. The Tower rooms we have stayed at multiple times is QUIET, SILENT even. Love that you don't hear others in the rooms, above, below and beside you. All amenities needed are close by. Always stay here when visiting Kelowna. Thanks for the amazing work and 5 Star service!

I checked in using Hotwire. It was a disaster. Between being told to clean my own room and the key not working 5 times. Three of the front desk were great one HORRIBLE.

Room was a bit dingy and floors had some hair and dust in the bathroom. Hallways reeked of marijuana, which isn't the end of.the world - just not the nicest smell early in the morning. Parking stalls are way to small!!

Stayed at best western last night, had some issues with a room and Tess and Athena helped me right out with smiles on their faces. Such a good customer service experience from them! Best western management, if you’re reading this, they deserve a raise!

Great place to gather if you're traveling with family or a group! The central courtyard has lots of room, picnic tables, BBQs and access to the pool. The morning breakfast makes it an easy way to start the day without any hassles. Rooms are nice & clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.

I very much enjoyed my one night stay. Would been great to stay another night but had to continue on my journey. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk as well as the service staff were great, supportive and helped with a couple requests I had. The bed was excellent and I had a sound sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the galley staff and waitress great. The omelet, sausage, crescent, fresh fruits and juices were all top notch. My shuttle ride to the airport was on time and got me there with much time to spare. The driver, Phil was professional and assisted me with my bags at the airport. My over all experience was great and I would stay there again. It would be nice if the pool would open up 06:30 or 07:00 to accommodate people who want to get in a swim before break fast. Good hotel and I had an excellent stay.

The front desk staff was amazing! They accommodated every one of our needs. When family had a cancelled flight they were so good about taking care of their needs. Friendly, professional and welcoming. Thanks to Nia who was there every day and Roberto who helped my family out late in a snowstorm!!! What a great staff
