What an amazing B&B! My girls and I stayed here to attend my nephew's graduation. Harmina and Tony were excellent hosts! A warm, seamless welcome, spotless home, delicious breakfasts (Tony! the cinnamon buns were outstanding!), engaging conversation, a warm and inviting home away from home. Location is fantastic, just minutes from the airport. We really enjoyed having use of the kitchen and the entire lower level to ourselves. Would highly recommend. Topnotch!

Tony and Harmina made us feel so welcome and at home. The homemade breakfasts were incredible. The full use of the tv lounge area and kitchenette was an added bonus. Will definitely return. Kelowna is a beautiful city and area to visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay with Harmina and Tony at their lovely B&B. They were very friendly and genuine. Even though we had a fairly early start to the day, Tony made us a scrumptious breakfast. We were very comfortable in the suite which was very clean. The view from the patio is absolutely lovely. We highly recommend this terrific B&B.

We picked this B and B because of the great reviews and it was beyond our expectations. Tony and Harmina were great hosts and the room wonderful, quiet and spacious with the large full en-suite bath. The common area with a living room, kitchen and dinette gave it more like a private apartment feel than just a B and B. Breakfast was a highlight on the balcony, great meal and even better company. The location was quiet, peaceful and serene without the noise, bustle and traffic of this busy city. A great stay for couples and real value when visiting Kelowna during the summertime.

Really enjoyed our night stay last night. Was quiet at night until early am though but we went to bed early enough anyways. The hot tub was amazing and so warm and clean and was such a great relaxing idea in this very cold snap winter we are upon. The egg quiche was so good and so was everything, especially the muffins! Harmina and her husband are such lovely hosts, they really make sure you feel welcome and comfortable at their establishment. The place was clean and comfortable. The bathroom to our room was massive and gorgeous! I felt like I was staying somewhere in California due to the weather and the style of decorating. The breakfast provided was incredible, the husband made a delicious savory pastry puff that was out of this world. If golfing is your jam, they have a little putting area on the deck for you to play! Also a HUGE golf course is right across the street. They are close to the airport, but about a 20 minute drive from downtown Kelowna. Overall, had a lovely time!

The hosts are such lovely people! We felt right at home. Comfortable. Clean. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved meeting Tony and Harmina at their home. We were so comfortable from the minute we got there and each mornings breakfast experience was an absolute pleasure. We came with our 19 month old daughter and they treated her like she was family and were very accommodating. The location was perfect for us when attending a wedding, and located a short drive from the highway and airport. Breakfast was better than anything you'll get in a restaurant and the two of them are amazing hosts. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone !

Tony was a gracious host, unfortunately we can't say the same about Harmina. Food was good, the suite was clean but kitchenette cutlery was spotty. Wifi was basically nonexistent. Very noisy first night there. Other than that, Kelowna is a beautiful place to visit and escape city life. We probably won't stay at another B&B next time we vacation.

Lovely spot to stay! My family (myself, brother, and mother) stayed here for a night and were delighted by Harmina and Tony's hospitality. The room was clean, access to the kitchenette was great, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. They were incredibly kind and even sat out with us in the morning; we had a very pleasant conversation. And, their inn/house overlooks a beautiful view of the golf course and distant mountains. We even saw some actual quails during the stay! :) Altogether a truly delightful stay.

The Quail Ridge BnB is a must stay!! The hosts Harmina and Tony exceeded all of our expectations and there were so many thoughtful touches during our stay. The BnB is located in a beautiful and quite neighbourhood overlooking the golf course. The BnB is clean and well appointed. The hosts made checkin easy and were very accommodating. The breakfast included in our stay was outstanding. The hosts were very mindful of dietary preferences and requirements. We enjoyed our breakfast on the deck and had some lovely chats with our hosts. Additionally, the BnB is only a short drive from the Kelowna airport, so it makes for an excellent option for travellers. We would highly recommend the Quail Ridge BnB to our friends, family and other travellers!!

Super nice place. The location is fabulous and the comforts are excellent. The hosts are fabulous and the breakfast we enjoyed is the way better than any restaurant. Highly recommended

Harmina & Tony were great hosts! This was a beautiful home away from home bed and breakfast. We had a lovely time chatting with them over a delicious breakfast of fresh crepes, homemade muffins and bread and fresh fruit. We loved our stay with them and will definitely be back again. Anthonie and Harmina are the best hosts possible. Very sweet and considerate, and also “gezellig”. It’s like staying over at your grand parents, spoiled with a delicious breakfast each morning. Their house is wonderful, spacious and clean. Including everything you need, with an amazing view over the golf course. A true hidden gem!
