Been a customer of theirs for years always been fairly good food. Noticed new owners the last couple of visits. Went there for dinner tonight. They got the order wrong one dish was wrong so, just ate it, no big deal. The quality seems to have gone through the floor the rice was inedible, tasted like it had been cooked a couple days ago with a very " old oil" flavor... 2 bites and that was the end of that. The wait time was an hour where it used to be 15 minutes. The guy running the phone and counter said it was because it was Friday but there was no line up or anyone waiting when I arrived for the second time to pick up our food. Also, noticed it was not particularly hot either. Last time for us.. couldn't see paying for something that bad.. most of it went into the garbage not worth 40 bucks for 2- 3 item meals..

I ordered Cantonese Chow Mein and Wonton Soup... The 2 stars are for the Wonton Soup and as far as the so called Cantonese Chow Mein well...first they weren't even Chow Mein noodles, nor were they crispy...they were soggy Ramen Noodles! If you don't know how to make something then Don't put it on your menu!!!!! So disappointed....

This remains one of my favourite Chinese take-out locations. The sit-in experience isn't much, but you will get good service. The food is very consistent quality and their menu is quite expansive. Their noodles, chop suey options, and meat like dry garlic pork, ginger beef, and sesame chicken are always good and taste the way I expect. We order from this place very frequently(more than once every 2 weeks on average) and the food quality and quantity is consistently good. Many places in kelowna cheap out on your meal, giving you more noodles than anything, but meal combos here are well balanced and you get generous meat portions. It is rare I can finish everything in one sitting. The good news is it usually reheats well as left-overs. Lots of bold and distinct flavours to look forward too if you are willing to explore. Some might not be to your taste, as with anything, but it's worth trying.

We usually order from here. The food was not up to par this time. Chicken fried Rice was tasteless, spring rolls were soggy and the sesame chicken wasn't crispy. The 2 beef dishes were ok. Will give them another try but if food is the same will start looking for a new place to order from. No one in Kelowna make good CFR.

Honestly, the service on the phone was quiet and average. The place on the inside looked pretty run down and my expectations were not high, but wow! This was some of the best Chinese food I've had in this town for years. It taste hot and fresh. Good flavor on the ginger beef, deep fried items were the perfect golden brown with what seemed like clean oil. In terms of food and my personal experience today it was delicious and I would highly recommend.

Find this restaurant check out the menu seems decent. Ordered. Pick up my order- for sure recommend that check the food before leave Got home INCOMPLETE items/order. Called back the restaurant. Person answered didnt even apologize to me or offer something that will feel me valued customer “ come back here and pick up your rice” I asked for a new whole order and they refused. Wont travel back just to pick up rice only. After 10mins travel-Arrived checked food seems rush cooked food not even warm, so decided to have a full refund as i dont feel it was good food anymore and i dont trust the people now as they ruin the food and rush to cook it. DOESNT LOOK SAFE CLEAN FOOD Not recommended at all. Dont order in here.

I'm impressed. I got the 4 item dinner combo (s&s pork, ginger beef, chicken chow mein and BBQ pork chop suey). The meat portions were very large. Everything tasted great. Other place might be a little bit cheaper but this is definitely worth it. This was my first time coming here as I've been looking for a new place to order from and I'll definitely be back. This photo was after I already had a few bites of each item. 10/10

Excellent Sesame chicken. If the other dishes are as half as good as this chicken, I have a new Chinese favourite

I have ordered from here before and enjoyed the food. I was disappointed twice now and the people don't seem to care. T he first time they gave me recooked deep fried prawns that were like rocks. When I brought them back the guy said I would eat them no apology. Whatever their food is decent and so is the price. Until now the price has gone up by $2 in the last 6 months understandable with the economy. Tonight I picked up my usual order and brought it home only to discover sadly the portion was smaller. I called to complain only to be told if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. So I shall I am just disappointed by the indifference in customer service.
