I just want to say how much I love Hunter! She is quick and efficient and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had the worst waxing experiences in the past and she literally made today the best experience ever and so easy breezy! I will defiantly be coming back for her:)

Cleanliness I give 2/5. There was quite a bit of hair on the table where you can put your belongings. That table looks like it hasn’t been wiped down for weeks. Change over cleaning from the last client was less than a minute. The table was still wet and looked like it was only wiped down in the middle of the bed where the towel is put down for a Brazilian wax. I could see grease stains at the head of the bed probably from hair, so I used those provided wipes and cleaned the bed really quickly. Her work station has black spots on it. I’m not sure if it was old wax that just kept getting wiped over, instead of getting scraped off. 3/5 for the service. I felt she was rushing because she was busy, so it hurt more than usual. She was very nice though trying to distract me from the pain which I appreciated. Pricing was good, but I don’t think I’ll go back.

Most genuine prices in the town, Elizabeth cared for me while my Brazilian that I do not feel much pain, she was quick, place was clean, private, I loved it, 5 stars to Elizabeth 🥰

Everyone I’ve gone to at waxcetera has been highly professional and I always leave happy with my experience. Specifically Danielle and Hunter have been incredible and I recommend them to anyone. I love this place! So easy to book online, centrally-located, lots of free parking. Krista is so thorough and attentive to detail, I never book with anyone else :) Very clean, professional, and enjoyable.

I got my eyebrows done today. I am new to Kelowna, so I just googled and went for my appointment.The girl made it uneven, you can charge me for the work but atleast don’t ruin someone’s face. I told the girl that you made it uneven, but what’s gone is gone. So not happy after seeing my eyebrows now.

I called yesterday to see if they can help me after I had a horrible experience at another place. Danielle was amazing. Very gentle and patient. She took her time and fixed the other salons mistakes. She described all the products she used and told me their benefits. She accommodated me and my needs. Getting waxed here does not break the bank at all. All the girls here were so great. I already booked my next appointment with Danielle. Thanks girls for being awesome. Looking forward to making this place my regular.
