Amazing food. Staff could smile more. Not sure what was going on there that day...felt like I was caught in the middle of a tense love triangle or something...🤷‍♀️ Oh yeah, the food was amazing 😉

SOOOO GOOD. This Place is delicious! Lots of fillings for your burrito, and they give extra without extra cost. It’s like chipotle but way better.

I was in picking up an order for a customer. The store is clean, eating area looked well taken after, kitchen area looked clean and organized. Staff arent very attentive or good at communicating wait times. There is also no sense of urgency. The items I watched being made looked like very big portions. They were playing Mexican music too.

I ask for the trio taco deal with soft corn shells. 2/3 of the shells were ripped. I asked for 2 shrimp tacos and 1 chicken to which the lady said it would be a 6 minute wait. I said it was fine and both the workers rolled their eyes at me and looked at each other to which they said “really” in such a rude tone. They rushed my whole order. It was $18.65 and I gave $20. The girl was staring at my money for so long and looked confused and she kept repeating “your order is $18.65”. I told her I gave her $20 and I had to tell her the change I needed back lol. Overall rude workers and overpriced food.

This my FAVOURITE place to eat. Seriously love everything whether it’s delivered or pick up. So fresh, so quick. Great value!! Thanks to all the staff there :)

Nice place to have your Mexican appetite full filled. They have nice selection but some items don’t have vegetarian options. Overall good and cheap.

THIEVES!!!!!!!!! People passing through town Beware of the thieves working at this Mucho Burrito. Woman working at front on July 14th around 9:30 p.m. Asked me if I was just coming through town and then pretended the transaction didn't go through later finding out that she double charged me. Then they avoided my phone calls Time After Time and took turns pretending to be the manager and taking down my number for the owner saying that he would be in contact.. then once phoning back week after week pretending they didn't know what I was talking about and retaking my information down. THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If there really is a owner at this place named vic stop hiring non locals to Canada too be Thieves at your mucho..

Chain mexican food with great vegan options. Burritos are consistently fresh and delicious and the amount of food you get for your dollar is almost unbeatable. Always Friendly staff is also a nice quality for fast food restaurant.

Went in tonight, Sunday March 5 around 7pm. No one was in there and the guy with the mustache was picking at his nose and mustache. We walked in and he put on gloves, but didn't wash his hands. I'm not sure he is just a quiet person, or just doesn't care about anyone, but he just..wasnt listening at all. We ordered two bowls, we both said we wanted beans. He asked what kind and we said pinto. He said they had no pinto... I was like "okay why give the option then?" He only gave my hubby beans, even though we both said we wanted them. He gave us no veggies at all, even though we asked. For $30, we have a bowl of rice, some meat, a plastic spoon full of cheese and sauce. $30 is a lot of money during this time of the year and eating out isn't something we do often. We've tried this place twice now and both times we've had issues.

So I have been to this location, asking for 0.25 cents more for every topping to add after 4 and this is so sudden! And the burrito had hair in it and ice cold! Very Rude staff! Shame. If possible please show me the protocols where mucho burrito says it’s 0.25 cents extra after 4 toppings.

Burritos are good. Taste fresh. Great location. Lots to choose from on the menu. Parking can be tricky since it's street parking along Pandosy, which are metered. But not too bad since it's more of a walking and shopping area. Located inbetween the Royal Bank and Original Joe's. Lots of of other businesses in the area. Check out the menu online or check out the menu on the food delivery apps. I know this restaurant is on Skip the Dishes. You can take out, eat it or use the food app. I really like the food here. Open till 10pm except Sundays (9pm).

Great customer service, always friendly. The food is always fresh and top notch. We frequent this store and the one off Powick and always have a great experience.

Love the fact that local ingredients are sourced to make all their food. Fresh is best. And this place never ever dissapoints. I crave this place at least 2 to 3 times a week. Healthy, fresh and can never finish my food because the portions are so huge. Yummmmmmy!

We got Mucho to cater our staff party and it was absolutely fantastic! Amazing service, delicious food, great experience all around. Would highly recommend! We even go there on our lunch breaks ! Great for all occasions! Thank you to the owner Vic and the incredible staff for making out night complete!

Ordered for the first time today and found it to be exceptionally good. Fresh and delicious. We had burrito & tacos, yum & big portions. My only complaint was we ordered online and it hadn’t even been started when we arrived but not sure if this is standard, we were early or just a one off so we will try again & hope this isn’t a regular thing!!
