I have been dealing with Sandberg Jewellery for 30 or more years and would not go anywhere else. They are professional, so friendly and helpful . Erik made my wedding ring and it is so beautiful, enjoy wearing it everyday. He has also custom made several other pieces which I love , Erik is a true artist. Our whole family shops there for the perfect gift or for personal wear. They have so many unique pieces and great prices . I went in at the start of October with all my old gold and diamonds and wanted a ring made to represent what I wanted. Eric said he could definitely do the ring. I old him I didn’t want to pay anymore than 1000.00 especially since I had all the gold and diamonds. I even bought in more gold to bring the price down more. He quoted me 17.95 us and my gold should come out to 2224.56 which is 90% spot price. After 6 weeks I decided to call and find out how it was going and he said he hadn’t heard back from the person making the ring. At no time did he ever say that he was sending my ring out to be made or I wouldn’t have used him. Plus he told me he wasn’t using my gold but new gold. I started calling every other day because I didn’t feel good about this. Finally December 20th I could pick up my ring. When I got there it was beautiful but the hammered look looks very bad. Not sure who did it… and I was charged 1875.00 that included an extra 200.00 off for taking so long. I was in complete shock with he final price being 2100.00 when I had stated twice to them that I didn’t want to pay more than a 1000.00 dollars. Not sure where they got that price from and was I paying two different jewellers to make my ring which I didn’t agree upon at all. Now I have to take this ring that represents all my family members to another jeweller to be fixed. I have never been so disappointed and paid so much or something that I already had all the gold and diamonds for. I would never recommend this jeweller ever to anyone. From Laurie Nesdoly

My husband and I both had our wedding bands custom made by Sven on very short notice and he did not disappoint! He made a hammered gold band for my husband and a dainty band for me to perfectly match my engagement ring! The staff were so friendly and the rings were absolutely perfect! Definitely recommend!

We recently celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. I wanted to get a special ring made that wasn’t something you would see in a jewelry store that copies current fads or what is currently popular. I had a concept of what I wanted the ring to look like. Erik was fantastic he understood what I wanted and made some great suggestions. He is a true artist. Both Erik and Kate are very professional, so friendly and helpful. This was an easy decision to work with Erik in the making of this special ring. The ring turned out perfectly just what I wanted and my wife was so touched in the beauty and the effort that had gone into the making of this ring. She loved it. I have a ring made of tungsten and meteoric iron (not expensive but has a lot of sentimental value) that had begun to corrode. I took it to three jewelry shops closer to home to be cleaned, and none would even attempt it because it wasn't made of gold or silver. I took the ring to Sven Sandberg's and the jeweler cleaned and polished it right away, for a very reasonable price.

Just wanted to say I just had the best customer service ever from Sven Sandberg Jewellery in Kelowna mission. Had a watch I purchased from California and needed it sized. Phoned several other jewellery stores in Kelowna with all having the same answer. They can do it....but they have someone come once a week too pick up watchrs for sizing . So over a week basically . Well Sven Sandberg Jewellery , sized my watch on the spot and , didn't even charge me. Check them out. Really Goldsmiths are in house and very Knowledgeable.

Once again, I had a wonderful experience at this store. I needed some sentimental rings repaired and soldered together. I was called the very next day with an estimate, which I accepted, and was told it could take up to 2 weeks for the job to be done. I received a call 2 days later that the rings were ready. I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly service and the compassion for the importance of these rings. Thank you so much.
