My schedule doesn't always allow for me to book with the same health professional, but it doesn't matter as I found that each staff member has treated me holistically, comprehensively, and compassionately. Our entire family is currently undergoing some form of treatment with clear results and a favorable experience. Very appreciative of all the staff!

Megan is a skilled, reassuring and personable physiotherapist. She is patient with questions and explains things clearly and carefully. I have seen Megan for a variety of issues (including vertigo, lower back) with great success and appreciate her holistic approach - and her sense of humour.

I've been working with Dr Ben Whiles for the past year & I noticed a huge improvement with a chronic shoulder injury within the first few visits. He was vital to my concussion recovery this winter & has made a big difference with my health & wellness overall. I know a lot of people can be hesitant to see a chiropractor, but Dr Whiles is definitely someone you can trust. He clearly articulates his treatment plan & ensures you are comfortable in each appointment.

Valeo is amazing! When I first started going to say I was down in the dumps is an understatement. I had all but given up on walking again “normally” and getting back to my regular life. I saw Dr. Matt Ward and now I am 90% back to me! He gave me confidence, straight answers and helped me become optimistic things could get better. Dr. Emily was absolutely amazing. Went in on a whim because of pain that I could barely describe right, but she was understanding, took her time, and understood my needs. She explained everything throughly, wasn’t rough, asked me plenty of times if I had any questions, and the office staff was ALSO amazing. The clinic was very clean and inviting. 100% recommend !

My appointment with Dr. Brittany Jeffries was everything I was hoping and looking for. Brittany is genuine, patient, authentically caring and educational. She listened to all of my thoughts and concerns and was incredibly thorough with answering all my questions in a way that equipped me to be in control of my health . What a fantastic experience! I heard about Dr.Whiles from a friend and I booked my appointment online, It was super easy and straight forward. They have a great system of reminders and the appointment went right into my iPhone Calendar! When I came into the office I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome @ reception. I noticed that it is clean and bright fantastic setting and totally made me feel comfortable. Dr Whiles came out right on time, I was very pleased as my time is important too and some other Doctors I have been to in the past have made me wait up to 30 minutes after the appointment time. Dr. Whiles was great too he actually listened and worked with me. What a breath of fresh air to have a medical professional actually hear you. Highly recommend seeing Dr.Whiles.

Great location and people there. Dr Whiles is amazing and offers different treatments rather than the usual quick adjustment chiro treatments, he takes the time, each time, to determine what needs to be treated. He is also top notch! I have been to at least 8 chiro's and no one beats Dr. Whiles, if you want to 'actually' feel better and get fixed, go here.

From the moment I walked in , I was greeted by a very friendly receptionsist and felt a very postive vibe. Dr. Bridgette Carlyle was amazing. I've been apprehensive to see a chiropractor in the past but her soft tissue approach along with manipulations was very comforting and put me at ease. She is very personable and really knowledgeable. She was able to help my issue in just one visit! I highly recommend Valeo!

I went to Valeo for my recovery after a small car accident. Tosh was my RMT and he was fantastic! Very professional, kind, and great at what he does. I highly recommend Valeo Health! Recently, I went to Valeo for an iron infusion with Breanna. I had gone to Valeo for an iron infusion almost exactly a year ago and didn't hesitate to go back. I can't say enough good things about the experience and the authentic care you receive. If you're considering an infusion or a vitamin IV, Valeo should be a top contender. You won't be disappointed!

Visited Dr Matt Ward as I have been having pain in my elbows when working out for around 8 months, Matt instantly knew what was wrong and how to fix it. Matt also provided me with exercise based accessory work to help me continue to be pain free whilst working out. An added Bonus after one session I got a new PR on a Squat Clean, the Clean being the main exercise I had not been able to work on for the past months due to the injury. Highly recommend Matt and his services. 10/10 would give 6+ stars if I could.

First appointment today with Matt , he got right to the issue with my shoulder pain .I have had many different doctors look at my shoulder issue and had no progress. Today after one treatment I could see and feel more movement. Great job Matt looking forward to more treatment.
