Very bad and messy reception Far away from the other hotels in Casablanca... I'm not satisfied with the hotel reception and the way they receive people... The guys at the reception should be more professional and serious. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel 🏨 in Kénitra. My Relax Hotel in Casablanca is better than this one in Kénitra. Staff is very friendly, room very clean, breakfast menu is okay, they need to do some update on it, and add more breakfast food options, like coffee, etc and try to keep breakfast warm. But overall is a good hotel.

Rooms are nice and cozy, not very spacious, bathroom size is above average than most hotels in Europe and this is a valuable thing for me. Recommend to book over 2 weeks in advance as its full all the time due to the fact that it is the closest one to the Kenitra Atlantique Free Zone

For a 3 star hotel it’s a fantastic location, service, dinner restaurant with great delicious meals! Great staff, friendly! There is a pool good for a small dip with the kids! The room is new design, clean, and big enough.

Nice rooms with fridge. Very quiet and clean place. Perfect choice for rest after a long trip. We stayed at the hotel on our way to Casa Blanca. The staff are super nice, cooperative, and patient. We met Sanaa at the reception and Yousra and Doaa at the restaurant during breakfast. Nice food especially their “mosamen” with honey. Good atmosphere! They have wifi.

What I can say, if I can make a review with -5, I will do it without any hesitation. They have the worst wifi service ever, hot water depends on your luck, and the most craziest thing is that they don't have room service.

Lovely little hotel, limited service as during Ramadan. However this made the experience more homely and personal, did not effect their effort to accommodate at all, even the muscian in the evening played while dining until the last guest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaners very good even folded clothes left out. The staff was friendly as a female staying in the hotel alone i felt very safe and looked after especially by Youssra who made me very welcome and we became friends, she went above and beyond 10/10 service. Poor breakfast No acces cards available at all I was waiting 45 minutes for someone to drop access cards tobe activate so I can get to my room 21 I was expected apologies or offert maison drink or something none of that happens sames everybody is not concerned about the issue Staff need more training unfortunately Thanks you

The food was terrible you pay for two persons and then they give you one towel and one cup to drink. The boiler for coffee dont even get me started. Very bad to even speak about it. Will never go there thats for sure. The people are friendly but the owner should put the effort in it before asking high price!

Me and my family stayed two weeks in Relax Kenitra and it was beautiful. The location is good and the food in the hotel is delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was professional, kind and smiling all the time. Espicially Yousra who helped us with everything during our stay, thanks to her knowledge with the city, she offered us many places to visit and it was a pleasure for us visiting unique places in the city. We will surely be staying in Relax Hotel on our next visit to Kenitra.

Lets start with positive things of this hotel, * very good location with car, even if you don't have car you can easilly market and shoping mall near by hotel, * I liked breakfast variations, * Employees are very very nice I am really appreciated 🙏, now we can speak about the things which re need to improve. * I don't think so it deserve 100 euro fr per night with this room conditions, air conditioner was not working, there wasn't trash in room, shower accessory hanger was not exist, bed was not stable enough, mainly room was mediocre * I stayed for 4 night and there is very nonsense administration they have about room key card, you need to activate it everday in reception. First hotel I see this kind of nonsense thing 🙂 I guess with the standart of this city it is one of the nice hotel but there is something which they can make it better to improve themself.
