Always love coming to this Carrabbas in St Petersburg its location is right next to Sunken Gardens, and everything is right there on 4th st perfect location and it’s been there for a long time. The food, atmosphere and service is all good no issues at all.

I just want to say to all of you people that I have been from many restaurants to eat but in this case,this is the worst place I ever went, my family and I wet there and we ordered ribeye steak and we told the server/waiter medium well that’s temperature we wanted but the grill cooked did not do the temperature how we wanted he/she whoever was it did by his/her way in other words they do not care about the customers. AND THE OUT DOOR MANAGER WAS MAD WITH US FOR THAT!# I don’t really recommend you this place just see by yourself 👀 is this even a medium well ?

I ordered a 🍺 at the table more than 20 minutes of waiting time. Went to the bar the were NO bartender...see the pictures everything is well documented. The food was undercooked, and the chicken Alfredo pasta was raw .Chicken hello see the pictures and the manager was overwhelmed. Poor experience 😢

Trevor was our server. He was amazing! We started with calamari. I had the penne vegetable with creamy cheese sauce and Italian sausage.

On Saturday 10/23/2021 we visited and toured Sunken Gardens, for our Fall CFPACS (Central Florida Palm & Cycad Society) Meeting! Six of us decided to dine at Carrabba's for lunch, which is conveniently located next door to Sunken Gardens! I ordered a bowl of Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup 🍲. The soup was absolutely delicious, one of the best tasting soups I have ever had! The Classic Bread with Olive Oil and Herbs Dip 🌿, like always was outstanding. All other Five friends that were dining with me, were also very satisfied with their lunch items! Darryl (DJ) our waiter was welcoming, friendly and continuously checked on us, ensuring we were all content with our food and beverages. Great service. Highly Recommend. I will return in the future.

We had a 15 minute wait but it was so worth it. Food was amazing. Drinks was even better. You have to try it for yourself.

The classic combination of calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks were superb! Super fresh, tasteful, and satisfying! The ricardo sauce for the calamari is unmatched! Also, the fettuccine weesie was flavorful and super satisfying but I did not like the canned mushrooms, otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Nice Italian concept. We order as a appetizer calamari and fried zucchini was tasty after we order as a main dish 2 pasta they like it and I order red meat Tuscan grilled sirloin. Meat has no taste nothing. I don’t know maybe meat was frozen or somewhat I cannot recommend the meat. Servers were friendly and prices are reasonable.

Lovely waitress. She's been there a long time and knows our friends by name. The food was very good, which we did not expect. We will be back!

Service and staff were excellent. The quality of food itself was not as I remember. I went twice in a month to make sure it wasn't just an off day, but it wasn't. Bloomin Brands' food quality has steadily decreased over the years. Although the staff and service were excellent, I most likely will not return. Ps. The Black Berry Sangria was delicious 😋

I wanted to just share a fresh experience. After a long rough week in this crazy world we live in my wife and I decided to grab dinner here for the first time. Well most of the time people will review the restaurant but I wanted to review a person. We were pleasantly greeted by London and never looked back!! After sifting through the menu unable to choose something we left it up to her and we weren’t disappointed! She was incredibly positive, thorough, and knowledgeable about the wines and menu. Most of all was taken back at how much she smiled under that mask and the positive vibes she had. Most people these days hate their jobs and show up grumpy and do just enough to get by. Well we are here to tell you that isn’t the case with this young lady. I truly believe that she enjoys what she is doing and strives to read people and inject a little sunshine in the short amount of time she is helping you. We have now become regulars just to see her and brighten our day and fill our bellies with some very good food. As a local business owner I firmly believe that you do business with people and not the establishment as is the case with London.

The restaurant was not busy at all. Waiter was friendly and very kind. Our order was cooked quickly. Food was ok

Came here for dinner with some family and was not disappointed. Their appetizers were fantastic. Noah did a great job serving us, and I'd definitely recommend the linguine shrimp and scallop dish. All around, I had a great experience with friendly and accommodating staff.

Celebrating a birthday with mother-in-law. Took her to the gardens and she wanted Italian for her birthday meal. Can;t go wrong when the re's an Italian restaurant at the gardens. Perfect. Great service and always very good food. I always get the chicken Bryan as I love the goat cheese on it. My other half can't seem to get away from chicken Marsala. Excellent service today for sure.

This was my first time at a Carrabba’s and my expectations were exceeded. I worked at Outback 10 years ago & have tried different locations since and have never been so well taken care of or enjoyed the food as much as I did here. Matt was so attentive to myself and my daughter. He helped me navigate the menu with my lactose intolerance. Carrabba’s is my new favorite of the Bloomin’ Brand restaurants! I will be back time and time again to this location until we move.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants i've ever been to regardless. Very clean & sanitary. All the staff were very kind & courteous. They were continually checking our drinks & the food was hot delicious & the servings were generous. We had a party of 23 & they were certainly up to the challenge. Their menu was amazing & had something for everyone in our group. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in this general area. Definitely money well spent

My wife and I were in the area on vacation and were looking for things to do. I ordered the steak and Our server, Trevor was great recommending a chicken dish for my wife which she loved. When asked for places to Trevor introduced us to the manager, Amber who had tons of knowledge and wrote us a list front and back!! Trevor and Amber were so nice, Dinner was great. Conversation was awesome and we met two new friends at Carrabba's. Thank you for a great time. We shall return. Hope to see you again soon. Tom and Joanne

We celebrated a family members birthday. The food, service was excellent!

Amazing experience! Matthew was our waiter and was absolutely on it! Food came out with perfect timing, the food was great, Matthew refilled my water every single time and I drink a lot of water ahah. We got the fried mozzarella, chicken Bryan and a salad. All were great. Definitely we be back and I will always try to sit with Matthew!

Food was great. Service was lacking. I felt like the waitress really didn't want to be there. Did not receive any refills for water or bread. Hopefully next time will be better.

An absolute disappointment in the beginning. Ordered food for a neighbor that was ill. After an hour of waiting, I contacted the restaurant and the manager I believe her name was Amber or Amanda made everything perfect. The food I didn’t have a chance to eat because I have to work in the morning at 7 as a teacher. Waiting wasn’t great but my neighbor was happy. To have kindness tonight, left the perspective and reminder of how great people are. This location is phenomenal as are the people that work there❤️

We always have a wonderful experience at this Carrabba's location. The service and the food are always excellent. Tonight yet again we got another treat. Our server was a lovely lady named Renee and from what I understand she is new there. The service was amazing, we felt like we were the only customers in the restaurant. Her welcoming personality and her positive attitude made our experience wonderful. Next time we go there we will definitely ask for her by name.. Thank you so much Renee!

Ordered dinner this evening, to start i called in my order, it took three times of me being transferred to curbside before getting my order taken as I suppose the other two employees I spoke with were incapable of doing so. Upon picking up my order, I opened the curbside door and there were 3 employees there, the one girl that was working takeout, a hostess and one server. Not once was I acknowledged by any of the employees that were right there, I had to speak up and state that I was picking up my order even though I was standing in the doorway with the door open and all employees standing there not acknowledging me. The hostess handed me my food and then finally the curbside girl took my payment, when trying to hand my receipt back with the tip no one was grabbing it from me even though the curbside girl was right in front of me and I was stretching my arm out to her so she could take it from me so I went ahead and placed it on the table right next to the door. Once I arrived home I was very disappointed with my meal, I received a ramekin with a few sprinkles in it of the seasoning for the bread, should of just left it out the bag with how empty it was. The chicken I had was about the size of the ramekin. The only great thing about my meal was the steak. I’ve never had the experience that I’ve had tonight from this establishment, highly disappointed all around.

The food as always was great, and Jackie in car side was great, she did a great job making sure everything we asked for was in bag. I appreciate it and all the hard work on all my orders. It was especially nice getting home and everything I asked for was done and service with a great smile and a great dinner. Thanks again and will be back again. Great job guys thanks again.

Food was good. The host didn’t even greet us she was almost angry that we arrived. We sat there and watched her take out and put back paper towels for about 2 minutes which was whatever. But when she sat us down I said “Thank you” and she walked away and rolled her eyes. Then our waiter was rude and very impatient. My husband has a little bit of a delay and has a hard time looking over the menu. She was very disgruntled and seemed annoyed with us asking her questions about the menu. Numerous times of trying to get her attention as she walks by our table, only for her to completely ignore us and go to the table behind us. Then while eating we overheard her swearing at one of the workers and had an altercation out back then coming out and screaming it to her manager that she has to cut off an employee and he has to go making orders to her manager. Later then gossiping about it to the table behind me. It was my birthday and my husband informed her and she replied “Oh well I didn’t know I wasn’t told” (with another attitude and rude facial expressions) Lastly upon leaving I didn’t tip because of how unprofessional she was and how rude she was towards us. As we were walking out she was hollering “You guys” as she was walking towards the exit in other words we didn’t tip and she was angry. Will never go to this location again! I don’t know if she knows how she’s coming off or if she is just running around like this purposely. If I’m not mistaken her name was Laura R. But based on my review I’m sure the management will know who I’m talking about.

Our service was wonderful. Louanna was so attentive and wonderful. Never had an empty drink. Our food was cooked perfectly. No complaints about the actual service. The only bad thing I will say is the male bartender who was working during lunch was very loud, didn’t wear his mask properly while ALL other employees(cooks included) were wearing theirs. I understand it’s a “personal choice” but if he doesn’t want to wear one properly, then he should go work for a non-corporate place. We decided to go to carrabbas at the time of day we did because we knew it would be empty, and with children I want to lower the risk of being sick while still getting socialization. His conversation carried throughout the whole restaurant because he was yelling. Louanna and the food were excellent but he definitely ruined our experience. We will make sure to check to see if he’s working before dining.

Best Chicken Parmesan we’ve ever had. First visit for us and it was the closest to where we stayed. Glad we came. Great atmosphere and even better server. Food was fantastic and drinks added the finishing fabulous touch

Chicken soup is a touch spicy and full of flavor. The free bread to dip in oil is served warm and soft.

We had a great dinner here! The food was excellent and full of flavor and we enjoyed the bread with dipping sauces appetizer. Both of the soups were hearty and had some zing. Our server DJ was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The prices were reasonable especially considering the large portion sizes and the current supply chain issues. We will definitely be back!
