Yet, Fortin brings it to the next level: they know their coffees, how to treat the beans, and make the best coffee from each bean. They have a great sense for speciality coffees, provide new brands/origins on a regular basis, and accurately describe the flavors. At Fortin, coffee is always special, never 'regular'. Best coffee(and matcha!) in the town. Good variety of beans, v60, friendly staff, some pretty good desserts. In hot weather there are also great options, like iced coffee and lemonades.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We opted for the standard coffee bean in our oat milk latte macchiato, and it was really nice. We were so impressed that we visited twice in the same afternoon. We'll certainly return when we're in Den Bosch.

I used to come alot to this place bc of the good coffee but the last time we got treated so unfriendly by a waitress without any reason, what a shame.

They make a pretty good Flat White. Often get my morning coffee fix here. Right in the centrum in a quiet alleyway. They use good quality specialty beans.

My wife loves this place because the coffee is always excellent and the staff are always friendly. My only complaint, the noise from the stacking of cups and saucers is sometimes overwhelming. Another minor issue that is worth mentioning, the door at the entrance seems to have been installed backwards. If you happen to be seated at the table at the very front of the shop, the door opens into you; had the door hinges been placed on the other side of the door frame, the door would open directly into the shop and bypass that table in the front.
