Came here for pool package. A rooftop pool, not big but still enjoyable. My package came with pizza (large & tasty enough), juice and a towel. My friend had the one with fried rice; good portion and taste. Overall with the price, I wasn't disappointed. Not to mention great service from the staff 👍

We were a group of 9 women. Of the 5 rooms alloted to us the air conditioning in 2 rooms was faulty. After repeated requests one room was changed . Also the shower in one room did not have hot water and nothing was done about it despite repeated complaints. The hotel was supposed to give packed breakfast on 2 days for early morning excursions. That was provided only on one day( apparently a misunderstanding between them and the travel agent) To top it all, the cleaning staff broke a bottle of alcohol from one of the rooms. They did not have the decency to own up. After enquiry the manager came with a broken bottle and claimed that it was lying broken on the floor. No pic to prove it or any intimation that such a thing was found. Completely avoidable place. Poor service. Bad rooms.

All very good for the price. They need to update the dingy halls with new carpet and paint. The breakfast was very good. The aircon was cold and the water was hot. Noise levels were ok, but I can see where some rooms might be too noisy. Room was clean. Location to things is excellent. I would recommend especially if a good price is important to you.

This hotel is located strategically with easy access to shopping area. Unfortunately, the foyer hotel smells stingy and so gloomy. Got issue with the door hotel when we arrived. Iron not functioning welll. Not recommended for family.

I was great staff, great service from all the staff. I would recommend to them to upgrade breakfast and pool area. We were out in pool area no umbrella to relax under. When we asked the said they don't have. Even though showed in photo. The location great. Air conditioning was really good as well. And big shout out to Fredrick our guy that served us at pool bar. He was such good laugh. 👍 I did find pool bar didn't have all cocktails displayed on menu. But all round good. We thought we paid for 5 beds instead of 4. And asked to pay extra. Thank you for our stay and your patience 🙏 ❤️

The 4 star is due to the breakfast are not consistent, sometimes it's good & sometimes it's not. And it's not replanised well enough. But maybe it's the last day. The breakfast is good. Thanks for the service tho. It's amazing for a 4 days stay!

Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, satisfied enough given the affordable price (got promo from tiket geledek!). The manager on duty and staff were friendly and open for suggestions. Recommended for solo traveler or with couple who are seeking for affordable stays that is close to everywhere.

Went for the $8 Buffet Breakfast which was delicious. Great selection of food to cater to everyone's needs and the staff friendly and attentive.

Great value hotel and near to water park

A local basic hotel. Soundproof super poor. I could hear people talking loudly early morning at around 5:45am as if they are beside me. Toilet is small and cramped. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The shower water is poor and the rain shower is kind of faulty. When bathing, the whole toilet will be flooded and wet. Cons: please check and ask for hairdryer if not after 10pm no housekeeping. The room corridor looks old and run down. Breakfast: not bad. Western and local dishes. Live egg station with 5 type of cooking style. Small little pancake. Located at the ground lobby facing the road. Serving time starts at 6:30am.

It’s an amazing place. Staffs are polite and welcoming especially Nadia at reception was very helpful throughout. Near to Kuta beach and lots of places to fine dine at waking distance.

the reservation system needs to be improved, considering that the online reservation system is very difficult and slow. the hotel not prepared for silence day yet. division of work need improvement

Great customer service.. Agus was very helpful and kind. I expected ceiling fan in the room, although the room is air conditioned an ceiling fan should have been helpful. And requested for a additional 1 hour of time to rest since my flight time was but late. Management took care of the baggage, but they were strict on the timings. It’s not an complaint but adding this to the benefit of the travellers.

Rooms are very old and the hallway smells musty. Toilet water pressure is low and toilet seat is horribly dirty. Can hear people banging door and moving stuffs upstairs Service was ok, nobody carry your luggage. Asked for hairdryer and the service were quick. Location wise is great, very close by to attractions like beaches and malls.

This hotel is convenient as it’s next to the venue of the event I attend. It has the basic necessities required to stay, comfortable, with affordable price. Services in general are great, some noteworthy services were given by Nadia (receptionist) and Paul (engineer)

Good location and service. Room price is quite affordable, and so often sold out fast. Check in is a bit tiring since we were asked to fill in the online form by ourselves. Airport shuttle service available and is really helpful

Great 2 weeks stay. Convenient location and the staff was just fantastic. Special thanks to Ms Desak, Jenny and Agus from front office and Silver from F&B. Had a slight inconvenience when the whole hotel had no hot water which was eventually repaired the next morning. The service recovery was just fantastic with the receptionist( didn’t get her name) calling back to check after the matter was reported to the engineer. Later Silver came up with a fruit platter to apologise for the inconvenience. Very nice touch indeed. Stay here a couple of time before Covid. The hotel facilities have definitely aged and certain areas needs touching up. Looking forward to coming back again

Large hotel with wonderful garden view and sea view. Near to discovery mall and kuta square. We always stay there on holidays. Very recommended

I did not stay there, stop by for beer and pizza. Pizza was good andexcellent price. Nice restaurant to hang out.

To be honest, it's a bit scary. I think because the lights are off by the evening so it seems like a shady place. Check in process is quick and I got the first floor. The room is clean enough however the amenities are unavailable. When I call the FO to provide shower cap and soap, they charged me for 10K IDR. Lol, its the first time I stay at the hotel and pay more for the soap. Thank u favehotel!

Awesome 3* hotel, good service and tasty food

Location is excellent for shopping experience. Breakfast spread could be better. Hotel and room is new , neat and clean. Problem only with the thin walls of the room. U can hear people on the hallway and the room beside you speaks, laughs and gossips clearly from your room. Even the neighbour's alarm clock will wake u up in the morning !

Neither too good nor bad. With the kind of tariff they charge one expect better services. Especially at the reception the services are found wanting. A sort of laid back, casual attitude still exists.

Walked in to the food area/pub for lunch and was over charged. The food and price was good. Service was great too. Just double check your bill at the end before paying.

Good budget hotel, clean rooms, on a main street with shops, bars and restaurants and 10 mins walking distance from beach. Nice rooftop pool and great views of sunset from roof deck.

We have stayed at Fave hotel several times since 2019. It is clean, comfortable and the service is excellent (especially Agus who went out of his way to help us). The restaurant is also tasty and not expensive. Definitely recommended.

Good budget hotel,everything is near to the hotel. I book for 7 room so far everyone is happy. Only room 250 where the toilet cover is dirty.

I just checked out yesterday, stayed there for 4 nights...and it was a pleasant stay for me and my family The room: I stayed in room no 311, just next to the elevator, spacious and clean room, everything was working well, and i got the discovery gate view, and i love the scent of the liquid soap in the bathroom Public area: Spacious parking lot and easy access to rooms, proper swimming pool at the rooftop, and not to big but still proper lobby area Surrounding: Easy access to anywhere, walking distance to mall and cafes, and also many choices for ordering online foods All of these i can get with a really cheap price, i don't think you can get any better deals than this in kartika plaza area Bravo Favehotel Kartika Plaza Team, see you again real soon!!
