A professionally run hotel . Friendly family atmosphere ,amazing staff, very clean and comfortable room ,also the loveliest breakfast. Stayed in for 2 nights on our way back to England after a tyre malfunction and couldn't praise these people enough for their kindness and support. I'd recommend this hotel anytime. :)

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and will continue to do so. There is always a warm welcome regardless to whoever is working reception and the staff go out of their way to assist in anyway deemed necessary. The rooms may be a little basic but well presented with TV, comfortable beds a good size bathroom and excellent shower. After a long drive, the coffee and biscuits are on hand free in reception. Breakfast is excellent with a good choice. If parking is a problem outside the hotel, there is plenty outside the shops a few metres walk away or at the rear of the very nearby ATU car repair centre where green city emissions stickers can be purchased. Adjacent to the ATU is a very good restaurant.

Spent a night here on a business trip in the area. Staff: very friendly Room: large, spacious and modern Wifi: fast Breakfast: very high quality and delicious Parking: a little tight but manageable. I have stayed here many times before and will stay again when I am in the area.

The staff is very nice. The place is very clean, the breakfast was tasty with a decent variety. I do wish they had air conditioning though. I was given a fan which was nice.

My favourite hotel in Kerpen/Sindorf. A clean and welcoming family run hotel. Has all of what you need for a good stay. Lovely staff.

Nice hotel, very clean, hotel uses a very good quality laundry service (spotted the truck delivering the laundry) staff very friendly and helpful and good humour, breakfast is an excellent choice of hot and cold food, the staff can speak English if required, I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends or return to stay again.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast Very Nice. Their coffees are delicious. It is in a perfect location, very close to the gas station, just across the shopping mall. Staff and owners are friendly good people thank you very much for everything I am glad to have you 🙏🏻😊👏🏻

Location is OK, but staff was rude, stayed there for 3 nights, asked for a second room keycard, they gave us one but it didn't work. When we asked to fix it, they said it cannot be done as they don't know how to create a 2nd card. Breakfast was decent, no AC in the rooms, very hot in August. Be aware!

Calm beautiful hotel with nice reach breakfast and friendly personnel. Very neat inside. Shall come back again.

Stay was excellent. We cought COVID during our travels so had to quarentine here with our 2 kids under 2 years old. The owners were very nice and accomidating. He even brought my family Ice cream when it was very hot. The breakfast staff was amazing brought a large cart of food for my family every morning. They made our stay much more enjoyable. Thanks!
