the behaviour from the staff named 'karan patel' was really rubbish. we were setting at the outside table of burger king kevelaer. we maintained all safety procedures like wearing mask, and fill up the form also. After a moment one of my friend joined with us. and suddenly the staff(Karen Patel) came and said to my friend to fill information form.My friend said ok, i am coming to collect the form. but he said that my friend must have to fill that form right now, otherwise 'get out' from the burger king now. he use the word 'get out'. and we were totally shocked by his rude behaviour. we simply didn't expect this kind of harsh behaviour from a reputed restaurant. I dont know how that kinda people work in Burger king even they can't behave properly with customers.

Worst fast food food ever tasted. We ordered four menus and every four menus and every single one of them tasted bad. Even managed to mess up the taste of my Cola, it tasked like it was mixed with Fanta. They messed up our order and forgot to give a quarter of our total order. The tables were dirty. Overall a really bad experience. Not what I'm used of the Burger King.

The staff are nice and friendly. I was surprised with the size of my burger, I didn't know if I should call it a sandwich or a pill😅 I guess I would call it burger pill😄

Cold French fries, mediocre service, full service bins everywhere. Not recommended. We were here on may 6, around 18.30

Just bad manners, my friend had a problem with the machine and he didn't got any ticket so we were trying to talk with the staff and then they just ignore us and after 30 minutes waiting for the manager he resolve our problem but meanwhile they attended every other costumer even the manager who was cooking inside. Really bad costumer attention. First and last time. The food was okay but it was collapsed with the experience

Great branch! The most delicious burgers are here. But sometimes a bit too expensive, but at least the vegan burgers selection is great. Highly recommend!

Very good, very fast, very clean. Just a good burger king. The kiosk is available in English as well, perfect for me who doesn't speak German that well. Overall just a good burger king.

Fine for fastfood. They don't speak ANY english though.

I said a simple sentence in English, the cashier arrogantly replied that he would not speak English.

No menus with beef available only chicken. The price for a few chips with chili cheese bites and coke was much too high. It was the first time I have been to a fast food outlet that has run out of food that is on half of the menus.

Tap your own soda is dramatic. Virtual buttons respond badly. Difference btween Coca Cola Zero or Cherry coke is hard to determine from the small pictures. The Hamburger was not very good but filled the stomach.

Thease guys were super friendly. They made really nice food, compared with other Burger Kings, I think this was the best I ate ever. Please keep up the good work.

Good and quick service. I always enjoy to eat a meal there.

Convenient for a quick bite and to save money , new 4 euro menu with hot dog, all you can drink and french fries is super. Open until late during weekend , nice staff.
