A wonderful renovation bringing this old gem back to life. The food and service is always consistently great. We stayed overnight and the room was comfortable and welcoming. We loved our own private bathroom which was immaculate. The newly upgraded footpath has made it even better. Well done Scott and team!

Great quality room for the night. Super comfy bed and great location for a stop overnight. Better than some five star hotels I've stayed at. The outdoor area is a great place to relax after a few hours on the road. Will definitely stay again

Food and service was great. Easy parking at rear. Local patrons add to the atmosphere and are welcoming too.

Here for a work trip, brought my partner for the trip too as she had time off work and the rooms and amenities are amazing!!! Best I’ve stayed in by far! and for the price you can’t complain!! Absolutely recommend 👌🏼

Don’t bother coming here with dogs. Despite the great looking beer garden out the back you will be forced to sit out the front in the hot sun to eat your meals with the smokers.

The beef rib was hard, black, over barbecued and certainly not slow cooked. Very poorly cooked and presented dry with no sauce of any type. I can certainly cook better !

We enjoy going to the Royal for a Sunday lunch. Genuine pub fare without too much pretension. We are regulars, which says a lot.

Great old renovated pub just off the highway. Plenty of grass out back for the kids to stretch their legs and food looks decent too. Did I mention it’s cool inside and the beers are even colder! Will come back

An outstanding hotel just off the Pacific Highway. Recent renovation has preserved the character whilst moving the pub into the next phase. Put on your 'must visit' list.

We stayed here in 2019. What a wonderful renovation. The whole main traffic intersection of the town has had an amazing makeover. Food was good, friendly staff. Not far off the highway. Great place for a rest or overnight.

The brothers have done an amazing job revitalising this pub and site, remaining convicted before, during and after COVID. As we all know the tougest period in a lifetime to renovate anything. Its hard to find a pub thats so family friendly and "have a quiet beer friendly" but it has been achieved here. Kew now has an outrageously good golf course and pub! If I was a real estate agent Kew would be one "hot spots" due largely to this pub. Really well done boys!!!

Mason on the phone was super helpful when I had some questions about booking the hotel. They allow for late checking if the bar is still open, but you just have to keep in touch with the hotel on the day of arrival, and its not guaranteed if the pub itself is closed.
